Abstract

Many Indonesian people do not know that Moringa leaves can be used and used as an innovative management of food and beverage products that are beneficial to the body. Seeing the potential produced from Moringa leaf plants as a product management material, it can be used as an effort to increase the income of local communities through community creativity development programs. With this program activity, it is hoped that it can improve the skills of the people of Srengsem Village, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this Proker, apart from increasing community creativity, also introduces the basics of MSME and provides product innovation to the people of the Srengsem area, Panjang District, Bandar Lampung. The importance of MSME is the motivation for holding product innovation introduction activities through our work program, namely the development of community creativity towards Moringa leaves as food and beverage product innovations. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) are businesses run by individuals, households, or small business entities. The writing method used in collecting data is by using direct observation in Srengsem village, Panjang district, Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

One of the strategies in dealing with competitors is to take advantage of the potential of the community and renew the way of trading by using the latest strategies that are in accordance with the conditions in the current era. This service aims to provide knowledge and skills to traders in the Traditional Market, Kotagajah sub-district, Central Lampung in maximizing the potential of the community through marketing strategy education through strategic management intended to deal with outside competitors. This service provides knowledge to participants who attend, especially traders, to use the best strategy to increase sales. This service is carried out in the Kotagajah sub-district multipurpose building and at the Kotagajah traditional market, the method used is to provide training material through presentations accompanied by management implementation training. strategy. The achievement of this dedication was the implementation of strategic management training which was attended by regional apparatus of Kota Gajah, members of youth organizations, and women farmer groups.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada anggota dan pengurus Karang Taruna Imopuro mengenai literasi keuangan dalam rangka mengembangkan kinerja organisasi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna Imopuro Metro dengan para anggotanya sebagai sasaran kegiatan. Bentuk kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi menggunakan metode ceramah (presentasi) dengan cara menyampaikan materi kepada  peserta dan dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi (sesi tanya jawab). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 13 Januari 2021 pukul 09.00 s/d 11.30 WIB dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang. Capaian dari kegiatan sosialisai ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan dengan lancar dan memperoleh respon positif dari para peserta. Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, manajemen, investasi, organisasi, karang taruna
