Abstract

Study of Soakonora village of Karang Taruna Programs that have been realized since the year 2018 and to enhance community development (social welfare) in the village of Soakonora. Such activities (football and volleyball) in which children, youth and women. Participated to activities undertaken Karang Taruna Soakonora Village. On certain programs can be done with a conducive, in the village Karang Taruna learn Soakonora (Karang Taruna Youth Training, supervision and create an inherent good working environment). Chairman (Chairman) to all members of the Organization of Karang Taruna Village Soakonora so what is expected of the parties supporting the head Village/Soakonora Village Karang Taruna Builder, religious figures and community leaders the activities can be realized. The program distributed Karang Taruna to the Community-is very big impact and nothing is unmatched from Karang Taruna in other villages. This activity became a Community feel Life Guidelines of development, due to a social welfare which can reduce inequalities-inequalities which exist in the community, basically a youth who belongs to the Karang Taruna Village Soakonora capable of organizing the social welfare problem (Hijinks, free sex, Booze and Brawl. Therefore the Government authorize Village organizational karangtaruna are able to accomplish what is becoming the responsibility of the Youth pioneers the true Young Blood, tough, courageous, Honest and Act for the sake of ideals a nation's future Optimistic. Thus KarangTaruna the village Soakonora is a form of overriding high honor by the Government of the Village where it has been successful and the realization of the program due to the construction of a community around and created a Harmony and Creativity is intact. Abstract

The problem of juvenile delinquency to date can be said to have been a social problem to be faced by governments, communities and families. The reason is because the levels of adolescent delinquency lately often occur already leading to criminal action, even has been troubling the wider community.In the village of West Kombos the problem of delinquency teenagers is already a social problem, which often disrupts the public tranquility. There are various things that have led to the increase of juvenile delinquency in the region, among others, due to the lack of supportive environmental factors among many teenage children in the region who have dropped out of school so that due to poor conditions Environment, thus triggering the level of juvenile delinquency. This environmental problem also determines social polarization for adolescentsMany facts prove that there is a correlation between their criminality and other behavioral deviations; such as juvenile crimes combined with alcoholism, narcotics, radicalism, neurosis, psychopathic, promiscuity, and others. Thus a teenager who develops a habit of sociopathic behavior, usually potentially easily develops abnormal forms of behavior and other delinquent is driven by poor social stimuli or influenced by an evil social environment.The problem of juvenile delinquency in the village of West Kombos district of Singkil Manado has led to the form of social irregularities, as well as violating social norms and legal norms.Keywords: teenager, delinquent, behavior

Abstract

Organization or Forum as container where people get together, work together in a rational and systematic, in utilizing the resources of the Organization efficiently and effectively to achieve the objectives that have been determined. Cooperation was generally done by following the pattern of interactions between any individual or group to interact within and outside the organization. Interaction patterns are aligned with different rules, norms, beliefs, certain values as set forth the Organization's interaction patterns within a specified time will form a habit or form joint cultural organization always control the members of the organization. Student Forum of Tidore Islands City (FOMAKATI) is also a social organization of the region is the city of Manado. This organization is students of Tidore Islands City origin study in Manado City founded an organization of associations. This Forum was created to be shared between interaction containers among the students of Tidore Islands City during a study in Manado. FOMAKATI is an organization that consists of various individuals who have diverse backgrounds. This then makes the contradiction or conflict fought fellow members. The conflicts that occur in the FOMAKATI seen in the miscommunication and the separation of certain positions based on the difference in views and interests when the process of deliberation the turn of Chairman. The separation of the strongholds as mentioned by stewards and members due to ego-ego Group organization incorporated in Cipayung returning compete to snatch an important position in FOMAKATI. Abstract

Indonesian ethnic groups depart from members of the community that marriage is a sacred bond and is one of the gifts of the Almighty God that cannot be avoided by mankind. Marriage is not merely a bond between two different men and women but also the process of unification of two families.Marriage is a staple of the culture and the marriage ceremony also has a shift or change. As happened to the life of Toraja people who experience acculturation. In the marriage ceremony of the Toraja tribe community in Lembang Dende ' remained through the stage based on the customary order ranging from the process of the Ma'parampo decay to the stage of the marriage of Rampanan Kapa '.Traditional ceremony of Toraja people's marriage in Lembang Dende ' more clearly know that traditional ceremonies are not merely implemented but must refer to the customs prevailing in Toraja. Marriage procession, especially the customary law contained in it is already a thing that is no longer realized by society so that violations are already a common thing in society. The things that are very fundamental for the Toraja community, especially in Lembang Dende' itself must be preserved so that this culture is not eroded by the time. There are still a lot of elements from the Aluk that will always be refined by all elements of society and hopefully this culture continues to be preserved.Keywords: marriage, ceremony, tribe

Abstract

Be an integral part of rural development, national development of the means, hence a broad-based approach to development villages could not have been on the talk in full that requires multi dimensional sectoral approach and multi to refute the to be obtained a whole description from a variety of factors that affect its implementation and an effect its consequences in the development of other sectors. So that the development runs on a continuous basis and being the force which bubbling through our society itself, so it takes a lot especially with regard to the establishment of a village community efforts to get to participate directly in village of various development activities.In village development there should have been the development monitoring is part of the participation of the community. Supervision is not solely the task of the government only, but also the responsibility of society itself, thereby avoiding several biases to the development of the that existed in the village.One of the maters in the process of the village administration is how build or government created a mechanism that can develop its mission in realizing prosperous society in purpose of creating .The government has to make the construction is based on community aspirations, and provide public services in the most of it.Although there is still barriers small in development and directing the participation of the Buo village, and in fact overall it can be said that the public participation the village has quite inadequate in implementing the project village or rural development.Keywords:  development, participation, implementation

Abstract

Indonesia has a tropical climate that is a rainy and dry season in which it is widely used for irrigation and rain-farming activities. With these two seasons, farmers can improve their farms and adjust the plants or what kind of crops to be planted in the rainy or dry season. Jirenne Village of Lanny Jaya, Papua, has a natural resource that is still abundant because of its fertile soil condition. Food crops are often used as a source of livelihood of Jirenne villagers such as sweet potato, sago and banana plants that are used as a source of basic livelihood.The mental attitude of community farmers Jirenne Village does not have the ability in agriculture to process the foodstuffs intensively, this is because the community in this village is also still believe in the tradition in which planting must have adherence to customs.But if planting during the dry season, it is likely that crops will not be able to grow well. This belief is inherent in village society, making it difficult to change. The attitude of believing mystical things still affects the people of Jirenne village.Mutual and mutual help in farming communities to participate in helping their fellow communities in planting crops to utilize vacant land for farming.Keywords: farmer, agriculture, foodstuff

Abstract

The study aims to understand more deeply about the social environment impact on changing the behavior of young womwn in the village Ammat. By referring to the focus of research which is what changes in behavior in young women are caused by the impact of the social environment of case studies (Village Ammat, Sub-district. Tampan’Amma, District. Talaud).Studies employ qualitative methods with descriptive types that emphasize more than depictions of objects examined in the light of the facts. The indentifications of informants was done in a way purposive sampling which suggests that the indentification of a deliberate informant with certain criteria is thought to be able to provide information related to the research problem of collection techniques used in this research observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The study explained that a young woman who experienced a change in behavior from a social environment had a profound impact on her friend’s environment. Keywords: impact, social environment, change, behavioral, teenage girls

Abstract

National Development is a reflection of the will to continuously improve the welfare and prosperity of the Indonesian people in a fair and equitable manner, as well as develop people's lives and the implementation of a developed and democratic country based on Pancasila. The development that was built on the practice of Pancasila is the development of the whole Indonesian people and the development of the entire Indonesian society, with Pancasila as the basis, objectives, and guidelines.The economic progress of villages and all regions or in other words equalization of economic progress is an important target in the country's economic development. Village potential management aims to encourage initiatives, movements, village community participation for the development of village potentials and assets for the common welfare. The potential in this paper is the power, strength, ability and capability that have the possibility to be developed.Management of village potential by the village government, in this case the physical potential in Mede Village North Tobelo Subdistrict, North Halmahera Regency is less optimal realization due to the lack of provision of facilities and infrastructure for sand miners. In order to develop the village's original income or village assets that become the main source in village development and for the welfare of the village community.The problems that occurred in Mede Village, North Tobelo District, North Halmahera Regency resulted from several factors, among others, lack of knowledge about village community empowerment by the government, lack of control from the local government, inadequate facilities and infrastructure in the development of village community potential, and lack of business capital that is not fully supported.Keywords: potential, village, role
