Abstract

One of the reasons for the decline in rice production in Indonesia is that most of the paddy fields are already degraded, which is characterized by, among other things, low organic matter content. straw produced in rice cultivation is 7 tonnes / ha. However, the components of rice straw are mainly cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and small amounts of protein which make the C / N value high. The methods used in this activity are in the form of counseling, demonstration plots / pilots of making rice straw compost, guidance and counseling, field applications or planting rice using compost, monitoring and field evaluation. The results of the community service that has been carried out in Karyasari Village, Rengas Dengklok District, Karawang Regency were carried out by 10 members and this research was carried out well and by monitoring to see how successful compost from agricultural waste was.

Abstract

The government has launched policies to let Jeedlotters import the cattle to he fattened and also allow some companies to import frozen beef for special segment market. This research was conducted to know, how the Inkud Satwa Nusantara have the comparative advantage to tvns the business operation of feedhtting. Domestic resources cost analysis is used to determine the comparative advantage. The research concluded that the coeficien of domestic resources cost < 1, so the operation of feedhtting using the cattle import still efficient, and have the comparative advantage.

Abstract

Frying is a foods cooking method that using hot fat or oil as the heat transfer media. During frying, at foods occured heat transfer process from the oil to the surface materia! and fitrthermore from the surface to the inside material. The ''ehcity of the heal transfer process in material influenced (he frying process and the quality of prvduct. The velocity of the heat transfer process the each foods was influenced by the heat transfer properties of foods. Ihe objective of this research was to study the heat transfer properties of starchy foods during the flying process. The samples used on the experiment ira.v dried dough corn powder. The dough was made of a mixture of two variety corn with different amylo.se - amyhpectm content, with variation on the composition of the mixture. Bisma variety is used as the high amylose ( low amylopectin) and Pulut (waxy) is used as the low amylase (high amylopectin).The slabs of the corn dough was fried in fresh coconut oil at 180°C using the deep flying method. The results show that the heat transfer properties of starchy foods is influenced by the tempemture of the flying process and the moistwv content of the raw material. The correlation of the heat transfer conductivity (k) and the specific heal (Cp) with the temperature of the material (T) and the water content of the material (Ka) can be formulated as : k = a+ ajl' + a.iKa and Cp =+ a{T ~ cttKa. with ai, 0C2, a>, or as and a6 were the constants pammeter that were obtained by the Hooke-.!eeves minimize method.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know how efficiently the Inkud Satwa Nusantara runs the business operation of feedlotting, in the line with the current situation of monetary crisis in Idonesia. Cobb-Douglas ’s Function of Production was used to determine efficiency value in utilizing production inputs. The reseacrh concluded that in the situation of decreasing returns to scale, the efficiency in utilizing of concentrates (grain feed) and forages have been made. fVhile, partially, for overhead cost and labor was not efficient yet.

Abstract

To reach for the amount of adequate students to a lecturing process, UNISMA conduct assumed marketing strategy isn't it can improve the amount of new students. UNISMA conduct marketing mix (product, price, location, and promotion) in strategy marketing of him, but student respon to conducted by strategy and which factor is which most dominant in marketing not yet been mapped Target of this research is to know student segment, perception of student, and most dominant fator in conducted by marketing mix strategy. Result of research indicate that student of UNISMA most coming from circles of midle segment, marketing mix UNISMA was responded either by student, and from fourth of marketing mix, only price factor and most dominant product which motivate student candidate enter UNISMA.

Abstract

To maintain the efficacy of on an ongoing basi\, college need more and more many convergent the real capacitieses. Real capacities woke up around interest of competence eyre being based on capita! of humanity the interest extantness, motivation, and knowledge of aspiratif and of ethical all then- perpetrators. Capital potency can be multipied through the exploiting of technology\ and continue to be developed the intellect content of passing innovation. Considering college cannot exeed in various area, hence core competence require to be developed furthermore through cooperation between college which is synergic. To serve requirement all service users of college which is his order excelsior, is claimed high best service more and more his intellect content, so that real capacities of college need more focussed for the purpose of this.

Abstract

Abstract

Etika kerja merupakan pedoman untuk berbual atau berperilaku yang bisa diterima oleh masyarakat, namun sangat tidak mudah untuk mengatakan bahwa suatu tindakan etis atau tidak, karena etika sangat berkaitan erat dengan tata nilai yang berkembang dan berlaku serta dijadikan acuan oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu sangat sulit berperilaku etis dalam lingkungan yang kompleks dan terus menerus berubah. Eksekutif, usahawan, bisnisman, manajer dan kita semua tengah dihadapkan pada suatu dilemma : dilemma antara berperilaku etis dan berperilaku tidak etis; dilemma antara kepentingan pribadi dengan kepentingan organisasi/perusahaan yang menghidupinya.
