The growing rapidly of modern market in the mid of traditional markets and Small Medium Enterprises has not become energy and instruments in the development of people's economy in Indonesia. The number of modern retailers should also be utilized by small medium businessmen. This paper is aimed at explaining the existence of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and traditional markets amid the rapidly development of modern market. The dynamic is also felt by SMEs and traditional markets in Palangkaraya Town, Central Kalimantan. The method of this study uses descriptive qualitative approach. The object of study is all markets / modern stores and traditional markets in Palangka Raya Town. Based on the results of the analysis, this study reveals that the establishment of modern stores in Palangka Raya Town has a positive impact in the Palangka Raya Town. It becomes one of the factors encouraging the social and economic growth of the city. While the negative impact is that it threatens the resilience of traditional shops / markets and the similar small businesses and it can trigger social vulnerability (unharmonious).

This research is a study of sharia reasoning regarding fidyah or relief from not carrying out Ramadan fasting in the study of maqashid al-syariah al-iqtishadiyah, by knowing the objectives, secrets and virtues, as well as their context in the development and economic development of the people. This research is library research with a multi-approach study of the concept of fidyah according to Islam, then looks at the implementation of fasting fidyah through maqashid al-sharia and in an economic context. This research uses a conceptual, historical, and contextual approach. The results of this study Allah wants ease of worship, especially in fasting by not forcing servants to fast for the elderly, such as the elderly or the elderly, pregnant and nursing mothers, people who experience illness with very little hope of recovery, and people who work hard. The obligation of fidyah be paid by feeding the poor and needy in a dose of one mudd or equal to 15 tahil or 567 grams or it can also be converted into staple food. Fidyah payments can be made at any time, if it is delayed then the payment will be doubled. According to the maqashid sharia, fidyah is a form of benefit and goodness given by God to his servants with regard to three elements of care, namely religion, soul and wealth. The release of wealth to elderly Muslims, fidyah also gave birth to an indication as an instrument and potential as well as economic development for the people, especially the poor. the implementation of fidyah has value, wisdom, and benefit to the giver and recipient of fidyah

Problems still arise in the online buying and selling process even though there are strict rules made by Bukalapak as a service provider. Violation of the rules by unscrupulous users will harm the buyer. To minimize violations, buyers are provided with facilities so that they can make complaints about the products received. Complaints and other processes that follow it seem like khiyar in Islamic law that needs to be analyzed based on shariah compliance. This research is a library research, with descriptive data presentation, data collection using documentation techniques and data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study show an analysis of shariah compliance with the complaint process, the choice of reasons for the complaint and the choice of complaint solutions provided by Bukalapak. The results of the analysis show compliance with sharia principles based on the fatwa of the Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) and the Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES).

The government's policy to limit the movement of the community to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus affects the economic situation of most people, especially during a pandemic like this time. The community is expected to be able to contribute according to their respective conditions and abilities. One of the contributions that can be made is in the form of philanthropy. Philanthropy is not limited to loving others related to the economic field, such as zakat, infaq, almsgiving, waqf, or others, but has a broader meaning. This study aims to determine the spirit of Islamic philanthropy in the social activities of members of the Majelis Nurul 'Ilmi STMIK Palangkaraya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research using observation and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis in narrative or descriptive form using inductive thinking. The results of this study found that the social activities of the members of Majelis Nurul 'Ilmi were carried out based on the spirit of Islamic philanthropy.

Negara yang berpenduduk muslim seperti Indonesia, tampaknya mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dana-dana sosial keagamaan yang sangat potensial. Problem yang mendasari belum optimalnya pendayagunaan zakat di Indonesia disebabkan karena persoalan sistem pelaksanaan zakat yang belum terintegrasi antara penghimpunan, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaan. Belum terintegrasinya sistem pelaksanaan zakat dapat ditelusuri dari sistem pengelolaan zakat dan sistem pengawasannya, sehingga diperlukan kerangka teoritis untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut. Model alternatif solusi pengelolaan zakat yang efektif dan efisien adalah melalui kelembagaan pengelolaan zakat terintegrasi. Kelembagaan pengelolaan zakat terintegrasi yang efektif, efisien dan akuntabel adalah melalui kelembagaan perbankan syariâ€™ah yang memiliki dua fungsi pokok yaitu sebagai lembaga intermediasi dana profit-bisnis dan sebagai lembaga intermediasi dana sosial keagamaan seperti zakat.

This study explains the phenomena of certain Indonesian bankers’ fear regarding bank interest. This anxiety led bankers both of conventional and sharia to extreme attitudes such as the decision of employees to stop working or move to work in Islamic banks, assuming that his position is correct and considers conventional bankers to be illegitimate work. These two understandings and attitudes underlie the authors interested in analyzing and discovering how to build a tolerant and moderate fiqh concept in the world of Islamic banking and finance. This research uses a type of qualitative-descriptive research, with a prophetic approach and fiqh tolerance approach or fiqh wasatiyah in the field of Islamic banking and finance. The theory of maqasid al-sharia al-iqtishadiyyah is used as the ground theory of this paper. The results of this research show that: first, the anxiety of conventional bank employees is caused by factor of understanding and interpretation that bank that uses the interest system is usury system and usury is illegal. Second, that understanding and attitude of extremism can be seen as stopping work suddenly, disappearing without any reason, changing how to dress, easily forbidding something, and finally stop working in conventional banks

The main purpose of Community Service (PKM) is to bring educational institutions closer to the community, so that universities can help the community in the fields of education, counseling, developing human resources and community knowledge and prospering the economy. The targets of this Community Service (PKM) activity are zakat managers or zakat collectors in Palangka Raya City as well as the local community. So we need programs / activities related to zakat amil who carry out zakat management manually. So that this activity is carried out to develop the resources and knowledge of zakat amil in managing zakat more professionally and using technology. The implementation of community service activities at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business IAIN Palangka Raya has been going well and smoothly, the zakat collectors in the Menteng sub-district, Palangka Rata city are very enthusiastic about participating in the activities held.
