Abstract

Clothes as primary necessity is the most needed especially if there is a disaster such as flood, eruption, fire and some other disasters. It is better if the clothes belong to some unlucky people, and it can be through benefaction instrument. So it can create the economy balancing which then be able to make a development of economy equalization, especially the primary needed (daruriyat) it is about clothes needed. It can be as a solution to the overage clothes which had by the rich men and also as a way to consumptive attitude that has been a life style and character of rich men toward clothes trend mode. The main aim of this study was to review the basic problem: (1) What were the economic values which had on the clothes of syariah economy perspectives? (2) How was the clothes benefaction ijtihad of syariah economy perspectives as economy development?This study was a library reseacrh, where specifically it was mentioned as deductive qualitative descriptive design in frame syariah ecoonomy by using histroical approach, conceptual approach, and syariah economy contextual approach, by using deductive qualitative descriptive analysis model, they were data reduction, data display, and verification. Data collected was analyzed by using retropsective method.The results of the study concluded that: (1) the economic values which had on the clothes of syariah economy perspectives were the function value and the benefit of human sustainability guarantee which placed on priority scale of human’s need. It was primary needed (daruriyat) which can guarantee the equilibrium of doing the life activity whether based on muamalah or worship. (2) the clothes benefaction ijtihad  of syariah economy perspectives as economy development were through two models they were consumptives benefaction (using directly without any production process) and productive benefaction (processing the clothes which economical) as a relevant idea to the new paradigm of benefaction in Indonesia and also as solution to consumptive attitude of the community toward the dynamic of clothes trend mode.

Abstract

The study investigated the development of sharia tourism to encourage the growth of potential tourist destination improve the regional economy as a sharia tourism destination, as well as legal policies in fostering sharia tourism in West Nusa Tenggara. The study employed qualitative research approach using concept of sharia tourism, the legal approach, and the sharia economic contextual approach. The findings revealed that: (1) from the road map view,Sharia tourism carried out by West Nusa Tenggara Provincial government was a continuation of sharia tourism by establishing 99 sharia tourism villages having local wisdom. In addition, developing sharia tourism was done by performing itself as a sharia tourist destination that did not ignore other tourism. It was also an avenur for a particular tourism choice in West Nusa Tenggara. The sharia tourism was considered successful in attracting foreign tourist destination, especially tourists from Muslim countries and some attractive Investment. The development of sharia tourism also tend to increase positively toward economic growth at West Nusa Tenggara. This can be seen from the data released by West Nusa Tenggara Tourism Department and Bank Indonesia, which showed economic growth of this region without mining sector in 2016 has reached 5.72% increase, in 2017 up to 7.10%, and in 2018, despite the earthquake, it continued to increase to 7.23% /year. (2) from the view of legal policies, West Nusa Tenggara already has strong legal legitimacy, so it can guarantee legal certainty in developing Sharia tourism destination. So hat, Sharia tourism destination in West Nusa Tenggara have clear policy directions in their ideas. It was strongly supported by policies, and implemented gradually.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on local fashion products in Palangka Raya City. Product quality and price are factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions and are often used by consumers as a basis for consideration of a product until they decide to make a purchase. This research uses a quantitative approach method. This type of research uses field data on WYD (Wear Your Design) distribution of Palangka Raya as a local brand maker of Palangka Raya. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The population in this study used the Lemeshow formula and obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that based on the results of the partial test statistical calculations, it was concluded that product quality and price had a partial and simultaneous effect on people's purchasing decisions at WYD Distro Palangka Raya. The implementation of Islamic economic values ​​in the form of the value of benefit and justice in production and consumption activities in this study.

Abstract

Handling economic problems in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic necessitates the importance of cooperation from all elements of society with the government in offering various alternative solutions. This study intends to explore and identify the epistemological basis of Islamic law in the construction of the Fatwa Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 Tentang Pemanfaatan Harta Zakat, Infak, dan Shadaqah Untuk Penanggulangan Wabah Covid-19 dan Dampaknya. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the paradigm of idealism and realism of Islamic law. The results of the study state that the epistemological construction of Islamic law in the MUI fatwa Number 23 of 2020 tends to emphasize the idealism paradigm of Islamic law. First, universal ethical moral values ('am) which are taken from the theological text basis (nas). Second, the use of the rules of Islamic law (qawaid fiqhiyah) which emphasizes the rules of maslahah mursalah (public benefit).Third, the opinion of classical scholars.This finding shows that the presence of the MUI Fatwa in responding to contemporary problems is not always based on the realism paradigm of Islamic law, but also based on the idealism paradigm of Islamic law by making the foundations of theological normative texts and the repertoire of classical fiqh thought as the epistemological basis of its fatwa, as well as in addressing socio-economic problems that arise. caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the current digital era, there are still many MSMEs that do manual recording, especially in Sampit City. The importance of digital financial literacy through bookkeeping applications for MSMEs can help them record their financial transactions and make it easier to recap the sales of products sold through the Cash Book application. The purpose of community service for MSMEs is to record financial transactions using the BukuKas application simply. The method used is service learning, starting from the preparation stage, dedication stage and reflection. As a result of this activity, MSME actors can use the BukuKas application, can operate transactions in BukuKas, and can find out the cost of goods sold, make financial records and make financial reports.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalis regulasi dan implmentasi biaya administrasi pada perbankan syariah. Masalah muncul karena biaya yang berkaitan dengan prosedur administrasi merupakan syarat untuk pelaksanaan pembiayaan. Dalam situasi ini, beberapa pihak yang diuntungkan dan beberapa pihak yang dirugikan. Artikel ini menggunakan Penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif melalui literatur kajian pustaka (library research). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya administrasi merupakan biaya yang timbul sehubungan dengan fungsi administrasi. Biaya administrasi termasuk yang terkait dengan penetapan kebijakan, perencanaan, administrasi, dan pengendalian di seluruh perusahaan. Agar biaya administrasi ini terhindar dari komponen riba yang dilarang oleh Islam, ada dua syarat yang perlu dipenuhi yaitu, Biaya administrasi harus berlandaskan pada perhitungan sebenarnya dari biaya yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan suatu transaksi, termasuk biaya pemrosesan dokumen, biaya materai, gaji dan dana penyelidikan, serta dana untuk telekomunikasi. Dari segi regulasi, pemberlakuan biaya administrasi ke dalam akad pembiyaan di dalam bank syariah Indonesia telah memenuhi persyaratan dan memiliki kekuatan hukum. Di kemudian hari, pengenalan biaya administrasi ke dalam akad pembiayaan akan memiliki efek hukum pada pemangku kepentingan di sektor keuangan syariah Indonesia sebagai struktur hukum yang disepakati dan dilembagakan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran online menimbulkan banyak kendala atau tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh siswa, guru dan juga orang tua pada masa pandemic COVID-19. Kegiatan edukasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tips dan cara menghadapi pembelajaran online bagi orang tua. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode service learning. Melalui kegiatan ini, kesadaran orang tua terhadap sikap dan cara mendampingi anaknya mengikuti pembelajaran online meningkat. Orang tua tidak hanya mempersiapkan fasilitas anak untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online, tetapi juga memperhatikan mentalitas dan mampu meningkatkan motivasi anak untuk mengikuti pembelajaran online.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berusaha mendiskripsikan bagaimana keberadaan filantropi islam pada kegiatan solidaritas ekonomi masyarakat Jekan Raya pada masa Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan pendekatan kontekstual ekonomi Islam. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi non partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa solidaritas ekonomi terbentuk karena: (1) masyarakat ingin berbagi atau membantu, melihat keadaan masyarakat yang terdampak sosial ekonominya akibat pandemi Covid-19; (2) solidaritas ekonomi masyarakat fokus kepada bantuan kebutuhan pokok. Solidaritas ekonomi Filantropi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya merupakan perbuatan baik yang membantu ketahanan ekonomi pada masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. solidaritas ekonomi yang dilakukan masyarakat Jekan Raya termasuk ke dalam filantropi islam, Bentuk-bentuknya berupa pemberian pangan dan makanan, uang, tenaga, pikiran, waktu, dan fasilitas. Keberadaan kegiatan solidaritas ekonomi masyarakat Jekan Raya terhadap ketahanan ekonomi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam adalah masyarakat telah memenuhi nilai tauhid, keadilan, maslahat, tanggung jawab, dan ta’awun.Kata Kunci: Solidaritas Ekonomi, Jekan Raya, Pandemi Covid-19, Filantropi Islam, Ekonomi Islam.
