Abstract

In Indonesia the protection of plant varieties is regulated in the Law: No. 29 of 2000 onthe Protection of Plant Varieties. This law provides protection to crop varieties provided thatthe discovery of new varieties, Different, Uniform / Uniform, Stable and Have excellence.Disputes in terms of protection of plant varieties. The law is useful to provide protection andanticipation as well as to resolve disputes over plant varieties. In an effort to resolve thedispute, the Court will also be affected by globalization. Many countries, especially developingcountries, must adapt and renew their justice system, because of the urgency of internationalneeds. In the international sphere due to territorial and procedural costs, more and moredispute parties are using alternative mechanisms to resolve their disputes. The purpose ofthis research is to know the possibility of Online Dispute Resolutions on Intellectual PropertyCase study Plants Variety Protection.This research is non doctrinal research. The type of data used in this study is secondarydata. Data collection techniques used are literature and data analysis techniques usinginteractive analysis.Result and conclusions this study that Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is a disputeresolution that takes advantage of the Internet. ODR is not just an online version ofAlternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), but often called online ADR, eADR, iADR, virtual ADR,cyber mediation, or cyber arbitration, the ODR has many unique aspects both from atechnological and process perspective. ODR is effective to resolve disputes of Plant VarietyProtection due to; The flexible nature of the ODR by utilizing outstanding Internet technologyfeatures, making ADR an appropriate instrument for resolving conflicts quickly andefficiently.

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to implementation wavelet neuro fuzzy method to predict water level of Bengawan Solo river. The wavelet neuro fuzzy method is a model combination between discrete wavelet transformation, Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and fuzzy logic. Wavelet Neuro fuzzy modeling aims to reduce the weaknesses of each system, and combine existing advantages of each system, so the predicted result has a very small error value. Predicted when the flood is important because the predicted result can provide early warning information to the community around the river when the arrival of floods so as to reduce the risk of disaster and prepare for emergency response action. The data used in this research are high level of water level data obtained from AWLR Serenan post. The results of the wavelet neuro fuzzy method show the Mean Square error (MSE) forecast of 0.0613.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi nilai siswa ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang berfungsi untuk merekapnilai dari siswa. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapakan perekapan nilai yang ada pada MadrasahIbtidaiyah Islamiyah Ngrejeng Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang dulunya manual dapat menjaditerkomputerisasi dan kinerja menjadi lebih efisien dan dapat juga membantu kinerja dari pihakinstansi tersebut.Adapun Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi nilai siswa ini adalah SDLC(System Development Life Cycle). Yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu: (1) Identifikasi, (2)Analisis, (3) Desain, (4) Implementasi, (5) Testing, (6) Maintenance. Dan model penegembanganyang digunakan adalah model PIECES. Dimana model PIECES merupakan urutan aktivitas yangdilakukan dalam pengembangan sistem mulai dari kinerja, ekonomi, keamanan aplikasi, efesiensi,dan pelayanan.Dengan diterapkanya perancangan sistem informasi nilai siswa pada Madrasah IbtidaiyahIslamiyah Ngrejeng Kabupaten Bojonegoro ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam mengelolaseluruh data nilai yang ada, tanpa harus ada kesalahan dalam mengelola data tersebut. Sehinggasekolah atau instansi tersebut dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan secara maksimal.

Abstract

The computing field interested is important for students of the Faculty of Computer Science. Student interest also relates to research for the thesis required for graduation. At the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Duta Bangsa Surakarta, there are several research topics that are of interest to students including: Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Multimedia, Expert Systems and Intelligent Information Systems. Clustering is a method for grouping a number of data into several clusters or groups. Data that have closeness will be grouped into one cluster. Competitive Network is part of Artificial Neural Networks with unsupervised learning. This algorithm can be used for clustering. This study aims to produce a clustering system for mapping students interests on research topics at the Faculty of Computer Science, Duta Bangsa University Surakarta with a competitive network artificial neural network. The input data used were the results of the student's focus questionnaire on research topics which would be grouped into 5 clusters. The clustering process uses the Competitive Network algorithm with clustering parameters of the number of clusters 5, 1000 and Kohonen parameter of 0.01

Abstract

This study aims to produce a clustering model using the K-Means algorithm built to map the performance of lecturers' publications. The method used was research and development which includes the stages of data collecting, data preprocessing, clustering process and cluster analysis. The input data consists of 87 with 8 attributes, namely number of articles in Sinta indexed journal, number of articles in Scopus indexed journal, number of citation in Scopus, H-index in Scopus, number articles in Google Scholar indexed journal, number of citation in Googe Scholar, H-index in Google Scholar and H-index10 in Google Scholar. The K-Means algorithm was used with 3 clusters and 100 epoches. The results of clustering were distributed in 3 clusters, namely cluster 1 with 17 members, cluster 2 with 32 members and cluster 3 with 38 members. The results of the cluster analysis with the identification of cluster members and the value of the cluster centroid indicated that cluster 1 is lecturers with relatively high publication performance performance and cluster 3 shows relatively low publication performance performance. The data from clustering results can be used for decision support model input data for broader lecturer performance performance.

Abstract

Data mining and machine learning are two tools that play an important role in the study of data analysis and decision systems. Classification is a function of data mining. In the classification function, sorting or mapping occurs based on the proximity or similarity of data attributes to the specified label. K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The KNN algorithm is a non-parametric method used for classification and regression. Cardiovascular disease prediction models with KNN and SVM algorithms are used to identify and predict cardiovascular disease. The KNN algorithm uses Euclidian distance for the prediction process of training data. The SVM algorithm uses a hyperplane for the data prediction training process. The dataset used is 400 with 7 attributes, namely age, gender, systolic blood pressure, cholesterol, talach, oldpeak and slope. The results of the implementation of the KNN and SVM algorithms produce performance with an accuracy of 75.75% on KNN and 76.00% on SVM. The precision value is 76.78% for KNN and 83.93% for SVM. Meanwhile, the recall resulted in 77.14% for KNN and 67.14% for SVM.

Abstract

Pharmacy is one of the first public health services. The Management Information Sistem at a pharmacy that is still using a conventional sistem is only recorded on paper for all data management processes for drug ordering, drug purchases, drug purchase returns, drug sales, drug sales returns and taking stock. So that the information generated is less accurate. The data needed is sometimes lost or damaged when it is stored because it is still written on paper. The conventional sistem of pharmacies does the writing of sales reports on sales books that are done after making a sales transaction, sometimes it takes time because of the large amount of drug data that must be written. This results in the sales transaction service process taking a long time and complaints from consumers due to the long service process. In this research, the sistem will be designed using the waterfall sistem development method with the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) modeling flow. Then a sistem analysis will be carried out using the framework of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Service (PIECES). The sistem analysis resulted from this research is a sistem that can be used to manage drug ordering data, drug purchase data, drug purchase return data, drug sales data, drug sales return data and drug taking stock data so that pharmacies can improve services to consumers more effectively and efficient. The application of the PIECES method in sistem design results in a comparison of the sistem process between the running sistem and the sistem being developed.

Abstract

Elearning is the implementation of information technology in learning. Elearning was used in courses in Introduction to Business and Management, Business Process Management and Ebusiness. This study aims to use the Technology Acceptance model (TAM) to measure the level of user satisfaction. TAM method is used to determine the relationship between content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timelines, organizational support, user attitudes towards the information system (user attitude towards information). system) and perceived attitude of top management on the level of satisfaction of using e-learning on learning business courses and management at the Faculty of Computer Science, Duta Bangsa University Surakarta. This research is a descriptive study using the modified End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approach method. The results of the evaluation study show that the 5 variables (content), the level of accuracy of the system, format, easy of use, and timeliness significantly influence user satisfaction. While organizational support variables have a significant effect on user satifaction but variable usser attitude toward information system and perceived attitude of top management has an effect but not significant to the support organization. Abstract

Pengolahan data – data pembayaran siswa di SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta i masih dilakukan dengan cara mencatat di buku administrasi bagian pembayaran dan diolah dengan ms-excel, untuk menyelesaikan tugas tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data – data pembayaran siswa yang bersifat komputerisasi dan upaya untuk membantu mempercepat dan mempermudah administrasi pembayaran khususnya pada bagian pembayaran yang dilakukan siswa – siswa di SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta.Aplikasi pengolahan data – data pembayaran siswa di SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta merupakan sebuah aplikasi untuk menangani pengolahan data pembayaran yang dilakukan siswa – siswi SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta meliputi dana pembangunan, dana pendidikan, dana ektrakurikuler dan dana pembayaran lainnya yang bertujuan untuk menunjang proses pendidikan yang ada di lingkungan SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta yang diberi nama sistem informasi pembayaran siswa di SMP Al-Islam 1 Surakarta. Pembuatan dan pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan model Waterfall dan software Microsoft Visual Basic dan menggunakan database Mysql.Aplikasi ini sudah menggunakan sistem multiuser yang bisa dioperasikan oleh bagian admin dan bendahara sekolah pada bagian login saat aplikasi ini dijalankan sehingga segi keamanan dan kerahasiaannya dapat terjamin. Kata Kunci: visual basic, mysql, waterfall, pembayaran

Abstract

Sistem Kartu Rencana Studi adalah suatu sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang mendukung terhadap sistem perkuliahan di Perguruan Tinggi. Pendaftaran kegiatan pendidikan dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dengan mengisi Kartu Rencana Studi.STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta telah mengimplementasikan Sistem Kartu Rencana Studi (KRS) Berbasis Web. Setiap Awal perkuliahan mahasiswa diwajibkan mengisi KRS secara on line .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kemanfaatan serta kemudahan implementasi sistem informasi kartu rencana studi berbasis web dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 variabel bebas yaitu persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, dan faktor-faktor sosial serta 1 variabel terikat yaitu penerimaan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STMIK Duta Bangsa Surakarta. Dengan melakukan analisis lebih lanjut dapat diketahui kekurangan dari sistem sehingga dapat dilakukan penyempurnaan terhadap sistem.
