Abstract

             This study aims to examine the effect of Social Media and Celebrity Recommendations on Purchase Decisions with Electronic Word of Mouth (e-WOM) as a mediator for Shopee users in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were 168 Shoppe users using non-probability sampling technique. Then, this study used data collection equipment, namely a questionnaire (questionnaire). This study uses Hirarchical Lineal Modeling (HLM) as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved in mediation testing in this study. Based on the results of the HLM analysis, it shows that social media has an effect on E-wom, Selebgram Recommendations have an effect on E-wom, Social Media has an effect on Purchase Decisions, Selebgram Recommendations have an effect on Purchasing Decisions, E-wom has an effect on Purchase Decisions, Social Media has an effect on Purchase Decision with E-wom as a mediating variable, and Selebgram Recommendations affect the Purchase Decision with E-wom as a mediating variable.Social Media, Celebrity Recommendation, E-wom, Purchase Decision, Hirarchical Lineal Modeling (HLM)

Abstract

This study aims to measure the Psychosocial Effects of Driving risks mediated by fatigue of mini bus drivers in Banda Aceh - Langsa. The sample used in this study was a mini bus driver in Banda Aceh - Langsa numbered 110 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling. Regression method hierarchical linear models (HLM) are used as an analysis method for know the effect of all the variables involved. Based on analysis results, indicate that psychosocial influence on risk Driving, Psychological influence on Fatigue, Risk of Driving effect on Fatigue, Psychosocial influence on Risk Driving mediated by fatigue.

Abstract

This study aims to measure “the effect of service quality, trust, and brand image on repurchase intentions on P.O Simpati Star transportation services in the city of Banda Aceh” the sample used in this study was the users of P.O Simpati Star transportation services in the city of Banda Aceh, amounting to 180 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it indicates that service quality, trust, and brand image have a positive effect on repurchase intentions

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh mutu pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak terhadap kinerja sistem kesehatan di Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Studi cross-sectional ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan di rumah sakit, puskesmas dan klinik.Sampel penelitian terdiri dari tenaga kesehatan penyedia layanan kesehatan ibu dan anak, menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 384 responden melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling atau SEM yang dioperasikan melalui program Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mutu pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak dengan kinerja sistem kesehatan. Kata Kunci : mutu pelayanan, kesehatan ibu dan anak, kinerja sistem kesehatan
