Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to describe the style of leadership, teamwork, compensation, job satisfaction and employees performance; (2) to examine the influence of leadership style, team work and compensation on employee performance; (3) to examine the influence of leadership style team work and compensation on employee job satisfaction; (4) to examine the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance; (5), to examine the indirect influence of leadership style team work and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT. Dunia Barusa Cabang Banda Aceh. 170 employees at PT. Dunia Barusa were investigation in this study. The study also fund that leadership style, teamwork, compensation, the employees performance, and job satisfaction have gone well. The results of hypothesis proving that leadership style, teamwork and compensation have an effect on employee job satisfaction, then job satisfaction has an effect on the employees performance. The result of research also proves that leadership style, teamwork and compensation have an effect on employee performance, there was indirect influence of leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction, there was indirect influence of teamwork on the employee performance through employee job satisfaction and there was indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through the employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Style, Teamwork, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance Abstrak  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan; (2) menguji gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) menguji gaya kepemimpinan kerjasama tim dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan; (4) menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; (5) menguji pengaruh tidak langsung gaya kepemimpinan kerjasama tim dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap semua karyawan pada PT. Dunia Barusa Cabang Banda Aceh sebanyak 170 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim, kompensasi, kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil gaya kepemimpinan, kerjasama tim dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, kerjasama tim secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan dan kompensasi secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata kunci :     Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kerjasama Tim, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe (1) the behavior of leadership, trust, human relations and organizational performance, (2) the influence of leadership behavior on human relations of employees, (3) the influence of trust on human relations employees (4) influence of leadership behavior on organizational performance, (5) the influence of trust on the performance of the organization, (6) the influence of human relations on the performance of employees, (7) the indirect influence of leadership behavior and trust on organizational performance through human relations. This research was conducted on Social Service of Manpower and Transmigration of Regency of West Aceh, with object of research is behavior of leadership, trust, human relation and organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of leadership, trust, human relations performance organization Social Service Manpower and Transmigration District of West Aceh has been going well. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap human relations, terdapat pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap human relations, terdapat pengaruh human relations terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi, pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi, dan hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung perilaku kepemimpinan dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui human relations.Kata kunci :  Perilaku Kepemimpinan dan Kepercayaan dan Kinerja Organisasi

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work attachment and job involvement on innovative behavior and its impact on the Employees Performance of  Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority. Population in this research was all employees at Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority, which was 135 people. Sampling in this study was using census method because it involves the entire population. Data analysis techniques used in this study was The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for testing the hypothesis. Proof of Hypothesis was done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of the 5 verifikatif hypotheses tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 and P value smaller than 0.05, then all hypotheses tested rejected Ho and received H1. In other words, job involvement and job attachment have the effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the manager of Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority. The intervening variable that innovative behavior has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words means that the improvement of employee's performance will be better done by increasing the Job Involvement and the direct working attachment without involving innovative behavior variable

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to analyze (1)  the influence of brand awareness on the interest of buying luxury fashion brand product on social media marketing, (2)the influence of trust on buying interest of luxury fashion brand product on social media marketing, (3) the influence of buying luxury fashion brand product on social media marketing (4)the influence of brand awareness on buying interest of luxury fashion brand product with gender as moderating on social media marketing (5) influence of brand name to buying interest of luxury fashion brand product with gender as moderating on media marketing social, (6) the effect of product superiority on the buying interest of luxury fashion brand products with gender as moderating on social media marketing. This research was conducted in Kota Banda Aceh with object of brand awareness research, product superiority, trust and buying interest, with 150 respondents. The results of this study indicate that brand awareness affects consumer buying interest in brand fashion luxury products, brand trust also influence the buying interest of brand fashion luxury products, product excellence affect the consumer buying interest in luxury fashion brand products. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of supervision of the leadership, compensation, discipline, motivation and performance of the officials of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Wilayatul Hisbah (SATPOL PP WH) Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were all employees of SATPOL PP WH Office Banda Aceh City, amounting to 204 employees. Because the population is relatively limited, the sampling is done by using the census method or the taking of all employees at the SATPOL PP WH Office of Kota Banda Aceh as the research sample. Data analysis technique used in this research is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for hypothesis testing. Proof of Hypothesis is done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of 8 (eight) verificatif hypothesis which tested in this research have CR value above 1,96 or P value smaller than 0,05, then all hypothesis tested reject Ho and accept H1. In other words, supervision of the leadership and compensation has the effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the management of SATPOL PP WH Office of Banda Aceh City. The intervening variable that is motivation and discipline has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words meaning that the improvement of employee performance will be better done by increasing the supervision of the leader and the compensation directly without involving the motivation and discipline variable

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of engagement on recommendation intentions mediated by experience and satisfaction with visitors to the Aceh Tsunami Museum. The sample used in this study was 96 visitors to the Aceh Tsunami Museum. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involvedBased on the results of the HLM, indicating that involvement has a positive effect on recommendation intention, involvement has a positive effect on experience, involvement has a positive effect on satisfaction, experience has a positive effect on recommendation intention, satisfaction has a positive effect on recommendation intention, involvement has an effect on recommendation intentions mediated by experience and satisfaction .

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. The sample used in this research is hotel consumer or hotel visitor of OASIS Banda Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. The questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 126 responden. Non Probability sampling is used as sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The result of the research shows that product quality has influence to price transparency and product quality does not have an effect on purchasing decision and consumer satisfaction and price perception at OASIS Banda Aceh hotel, research result proves that price transparency influence to price perception at hotel OASIS Banda Aceh, shows that price perceptions affect purchasing decisions at OASIS Banda Aceh hotels, the results show that price perceptions have no effect on customer satisfaction, and the results prove that purchasing decisions give effect to customer satisfaction at OASIS Banda Aceh hotels.Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision, Price Transparency, Price Perception, Consumer Satisfactio

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand loyalty In Social Commerce by Apple Twitter Account Users in Indonesia. The sample used in this study is the user Twitter account who has followed Twitter account Apple Indonesia. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 100 questionnaires. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. SEM-based variants, Partial Least Square (PLS) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results showed that self congruence, information quality, and interactivity that significantly influence brand loyalty. The implications of this research, the management company that owns the brand pages on social media need to increase self congruence, information quality, and interactivity so as to increase customer brand loyalty.Keywords: Social Commerce, Brand Loyalty, Quality Relations, Social Media, Microblog

Abstract

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap loyalitas dengan variabel persepsi kualitas merek dan niat beli sebagai pemediasi, studi pada retailer showroom mobil Toyota di Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen pengguna mobil Toyota di Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) di gunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel persepsi kualitas merek dan niat beli memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepribadian terhadap loyalitas. Semakin tinggi kepribadian yang diberikan kepada konsumen, semakin tinggi persepsi kualitas merek dan niat beli, maka semakin kuat pula loyalitas yang dirasakan konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, loyalitas, persepsi kualitas merek, niat beli, retailer, Toyota                             ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine the effect of personality on loyalty with variables brand perceived quality and purchase intention as mediators. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents who are customers of Retailer showroom  Toyota Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that personality has significant effect on loyalty. In addition, the results obtained that the brand perceived quality and purchase intention variables partially influence the personality on loyalty. The higher personality, the higher the brand perceived quality and purchase intention, the stronger the loyalty of the consumer.  Keyword: Personality, loyalty, brand perceived quality, purchase intention, Retailer, Toyota

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to measure the effect of store image on store loyalty and perceived quality as a mediation at Solong Ulee Kareng coffee shop Banda Aceh city. The sample used in this study is Solong Ulee Kareng coffee shop customer in Banda Aceh is totaling 120 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that store imagepositively influence store loyalty, store imagepositively influence perceived quality, perceived qualitypositively influence store loyaltyand perceived qualitymediate the relationship between store image and store loyalty. KeywordsStore Image,Perceived Quality, Store Loyalty,Hierarchical Linear
