Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to measure the effect of Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Employee, Process, and Physical Evidence) on the Customer Satisfaction of Micro Credit Bank BJB Bandar Lampung Branch  and the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty. Sample in this study is customers of micro credit Bank BJB Bandar Lampung during March 2012 to March 2015, sampling method using Purposive Sampling with samples of 100 respondents. Statistical analysis using multiple linear regression by first using the validity test, reliability test, partial test, and simultaneous test. The results of this study indicate that Marketing Mix (Product, Employee, Process, and Physical Evidence) have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Where the marketing mix which had a dominant influence is the process and followed by the product. The relationship of consumer satisfaction with loyalty of a  positive impact on customer loyalty PT. Bank BJB Bandar Lampung micro credit customers.Keywords: Marketing Mix, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Aim of this research is to calculate, measure, analyze, and evaluate predictions of potential bankruptcy of Islamic banking using the modified Altman Z-Score and Springate models and identify differences in the predicted results.  This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis.  Model analysis used is the Modified Altman Z-Score and Springate models.  The research object used is 12 Islamic banks in Indonesia 2013-2019 and data collection includes literature study and observation.Modified Altman Z-Score model predicts that 1.19% of Islamic banking is in gray area and 98.81% is in a non-bankrupt position.  Meanwhile, the Springate model predicts 38.10% of Islamic banking is in a bankrupt position and 61.90% is in a non-bankrupt position.  This research only analyzes and compares the prediction results of the potential bankruptcy of Islamic banking with the modified Altman Z-Score and Springate models.This research can be used as an evaluation material for Islamic Banking in Indonesia in the face of potential bankruptcy so that companies can immediately improve their management and company performance.

Abstract

Purpose: Aims of this research to examine the differences among internal and external factors that affect stock prices before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: Research methods uses a quantitative approach method, obtained as many as 18 banks registered at IDX for 2016-2021. Data were processed using the Wilxocon sign test and the paired sample t test using SPSS software. Results: The results show a significant difference, during a pandemic ROA decreased by 1.3%, ROE decreased by 1.91%. Hypothesis testing using paired sample t test on the DER, exchange rate, and interest rates variables show significant differences before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. During the pandemic, DER increased by 0.03%, the exchange rate decreased by 0.02%, and interest rates decreased by 0.13%. Limitations: This research found that there was an influence on banking stock prices before and during the pandemic, as well as significant differences in stock prices. This research is also limited by using a sample of 19 companies in the banking sector that are listed on the IDX. Contribution: This research is expected to be input for banks in managing stocks properly and considering the Covid-19 pandemic. Research contribution to the field of science through the management of stock prices before and during the pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of the research was to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and activity on the financial distress of food and beverage companies before and during Covid-19. The data used is secondary data in the form of audited financial statements for 2017-2021. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression (CR, DER, ROA, TATO, Altman Z Score), normality test and paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity, leverage, and activity have a significant effect on financial distress, while profitability has no effect and is not significant to financial distress, and there are differences in financial ratios on financial distress before and during Covid-19. Companies need to implement operational cost efficiency and debt management strategies.Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Activity, Financial DistressABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, profitabilitas, dan aktivitas terhadap financial distress perusahaan makanan dan minuman sebelum dan saat Covid-19. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan audited Tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan berupa regresi linier berganda (CR, DR, ROA, TATO, Altman Z Score), Uji Normalitas dan paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, leverage, dan aktivitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress, sedangkan  profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap  financial distress, dan terdapat perbedaan  rasio keuangan terhadap financial distress sebelum dan saat Covid-19. Perusahaan perlu melaksanakan strategi biaya operasional dan manajemen utang.Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas, Financial Distress
