<![CDATA[AbstractWorking in the electricity sector has a very large risk, but in the State Electricity Company of Gegesik the achievement of safety and health has not been achieved because in the implementation of fieldwork there are still many workers who do not wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmets, full body harness, as well as a lack of cleanliness and facilities. First aid in an accident. The method used in this research is qualitative with the type of research field reseach. And the results of the study show that the implementation of work safety legal guarantees based on Law Number 1 of 1970 has not yet been fully fulfilled, there are several articles that have not been applied, including article 14 point (a), article 9 paragraph (4), article 12 point (b) and article 12 point (c). Whereas the implementation of occupational health legal guarantees based on Law Number 23 of 1992 article 23 has been implemented as stipulated in the law. AbstrakBekerja di bidang kelistrikan memiliki risiko yang sangat besar, namun di PLN Gegesik belum tercapainya jaminan K3 tersebut karena dalam pelaksanaan kerja lapangan masih banyak pekerja yang tidak memakai alat pelindung diri seperti safety helmet, full body harness, serta kurangnya kebersihan dan fasiltas P3K. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian field reseach. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan jaminan hukum keselamatan kerja berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1970 masih belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi terdapat beberapa pasal yang belum diterapkan diantaranya pasal 14 poin (a), pasal 9 ayat (4), pasal 12 poin b dan pasal 12 poin c. Sedangkan pelaksanaan jaminan hukum kesehatan kerja berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 1992 pasal 23 sudah melaksanakan sebagaimana ketentuan dalam undang-undang tersebut.
