Abstract

Erysipolothri rhusiopathiae was isolated from tonsils of 245 (37.5%) of 687 appparently healthy slaughter pigs. Serotyping was performed by an agar gel double diffusion test. Of these 245 isoates, 95 (38.8%) were serotype N, 58 (23.7%) serotype 2, 18 (7.3%) serotype 11, 13 (5.3%) serotype 12, and the remaining 61 isolates were sterotypes 1a, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, 19 and 22. Antimicrobial Minimum Inhibitiory Concentration (MIC) was determined by two-fold agar dilution test. All isolates were highly suspectible to penicillin G, ampicillin and crythromycin and moderately susceptible to olean domycin, oxytetracyline, chloramphenicol and dihydrostreptomycin and moderately suspectible to oleandomicin, oxytetracyline, chloramphenicol and dihydrostreptomycin. Sulfadimethoxine showed no activity against the isolates. Pathogenicity test showed highly virulent for mica (LD5 0 < 10 3-0 CFU) whereas serotypes 19 and 22 were non-virulent.

Abstract

This research was done in kampus Purna Graha on the street Nangka, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research to eximine attitude and social demographic to the interest for entrepreneurship in School of Economics Student Purna Graha Pekanbaru.Populations of this research is were student Purna Graha School with major on Accountacy and Management. The number of populatios were 1.063. are the sample were 91 person. Writer uses descriptive quantitative regression using SPSS version 20.00.The results shows that simultaneous regression test (F test) attitude and socio demographic has positive and significant effect to dependent variable (interest for entrepreneurship). The effect is 29,6 %, the other 70,4% is affected by other variables, which were not studied in this research. Partial test (t test) show that the independent variables (Attitude) have positive and significant effect to dependent variable. For on the other hand, social demographic variable, were found not significant to interest of entrepreneurship.Keywords: Attitude, Interest For Entrepreneurship, and Social Demographic.

Abstract

Belajar melalui bermain adalah prinsip yang penting dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Dengan bermain seluruh aspek perkembangan anak dapat terstimulasi. Oleh karena itu bermain untuk anak usia dini membutuhkan perencanaan yang matang. Tujuan pendampingan adalah  untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran di TK Mutiara Hati Mataram. Proses pendampingan menggunakan metode pengamatan, wawancara, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan workshop. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu pengamatan awal pelaksanaan pembelajaran, FGD tentang pengelolaan pembelajaran, penyusunan dan revisi perangkat pembelajaran, pembuatan dan pengaturan media, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan selama 5 minggu, proses pengelolaan pembelajaran meningkat. Intensitas dan frekwensi pendampingan dikurangi, dan perlahan menggunakan metode komunikasi jarak jauh. Namun pendampingan tetap dilakukan. Disarankan pada guru untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, dapat menggunakan cara magang, workshop, atau pendampingan di lembaga.
