Abstract

Di Wilayah Desa Senggreng terdapat anak sungai Brantas yang merupakan perbatasanantara Senggreng dengan Dadapan. Anak Sungai Brantas yang bersebelahan dengan desa masihmerupakan  wilayah  desa  Senggreng.  Sungai  ini  menguntungkan  warga  desa  karenakeberadaan ekosistemnya banyak menghasilkan ikan mujair. Warga desa memanfaatkan sungaiuntuk dijadikan salah satu sumber mata pencaharian khususnya pencari ikan. Seiring dengan kebutuhan  ikan,  maka penduduk  membangun  petak-petak  lokasi  budidaya  untukmeningkatkan kuantitas ikan. Dengan melimpahnya hasil panen membuat penduduk lebih kreatifmembuat produk  olahan dari hasil panen mujair,  selama ini  yang dirintis adalah produkolahan krupuk mujair yang didirikan oleh Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT). Selama ini produkkrupuk mujair sangat prospek untuk lebih dikembangkan mengingat semakin meningkatnyapermintaan pasar. Namun ada beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra (IRT Krupukmujair) antara lain: tidak memiliki alat alternatif untuk mengeringkan krupuk sehingga prosesproduksi sangat bergantung dengan sinar matahari sehingga mengurangi kualitas  dan  kuantitas produksi,  manajemen  pembagian  kerja  dan  manajemen  keuangan belum baik, belum adanyapemberian merek dagang, belum bervariasinya produk akhir, dan belum maksimalnya promosiproduk.   Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ibm ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produkkrupuk mujair yang berkualitas dan kuantitas yang meningkat, serta pemasaran yang lebih luas.Sedangkan target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah krupuk mujair yang berkualitas, dalamdalam kapasitas besar dengan segmentasi pasar yang luas. Maka tindakan yang akan dilakukan adalah membuat alat mesin pengering krupuksehingga proses produksi dapat lebih lancar tidak tergantung cuaca, lebih efektif dan lebihmenguntungkan, melakukan pendampingan proses produksi, yakni dengan (1). melakukanpengeringan dengan alat pengering dan mengembangkan variasi produk menjadi produk siapmakan, (2). melakukan penataan terhadap manajemen pembagian tugas dan pelatihan keuangansederhana, (3). pendaftaran merek dagang ke Dirjen HKI DEPKUMHAM, (4). membangunmedia pemasaran produk menggunakan teknologi internet, dan (5). terpublikasikannya hasilpengabdian masyarakat di jurnal ilmiah nasional. Hasil yang ingin dicapai adalah : dihasilkanalat mesin pengering krupuk yang dapat membantu proses produksi,  produk  krupuk  mujair dengan  variasi  produk  mentah  dan  matang  dengan segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas, sistempembagian tugas yang jelas dan pengelolaan keuangan uang yang lebih baik, terdaftarnyaproduk krupuk mujair dengan merek dagang, dan terpublikasinya hasil pengabdian masyarakatke dalam jurnal ilmiah nasional.Kata Kunci : Krupuk Mujair, alat pengering, Pelatihan keuangan usaha kecil, merek dagang, promosi media internet.

Abstract

Semakin maraknya aplikasi Online di bidang IT maka berimbas pada kompleksnya kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang berkenaan dengan usaha perbaikan maupun pengembangan teknologi dari  bidang yang bersangkutan. Salah satunya adalah usaha server pulsa elektronik yang pada 10 tahun terakhir ini di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Salah satu permasalahan server pulsa adalah pengintegrasian database untuk penyelesaian masalah manajemen. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model teknik query database yang bekerja secara realtime menghasilkan pola query pengambilan field yang diperlukan untuk proses pengolahan data finansial server pulsa reload dimana datanya terupdate secara realtime sesuai dengan data yang ada pada database sumber tanpa mengganggu proses kerja server. Sedangkan hasil dari teknik query database realtime ini akan diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi keuangan server pulsa reload. Dalam keuangan server pulsa ada beberapa item yang penting untuk selalu dibutuhkan informasinya setiap saat yaitu posisi hutang reseler, piutang usaha, dan kerugian transaksi disebabkan kesalahan operator. Beberapa hal tersebut sangat bergantung pada data pada database sumber, sehingga perlu ada teknik query untuk bisa menangkap dan mengolah dalam bentuk aplikasi tersendiri namun masih tetap terhubung dengan database sumber. Oleh karena itu akan dibuat model teknik query database realtime yang akan menangkap field-filed kunci dari database sumber (SQL Server), disimpan dalam database penerima (MySQL). Hasil query database realtime ini akan diimplementasikan dan diujikan untuk mengolah data finansial pulsa secara realtime dengan mengaplikasikannya dalam aplikasi keuangan server pulsa reload. Rancangan kegiatan penelitian ini adalah dimulai dari studi literatur tentang Database,SQL, pemrograman .Net, dan mekanisme sistem kerja server pulsa elektrik yang kemudian dilanjutkan membuat model teknik query database yang dijabarkan dalam perintah query yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan dalam aplikasi. Setelah menghasilkan model teknik query, maka langkah selanjutnya adalah membangun aplikasi finansial dengan memfokuskan proses perhitungan posisi hutang reseler, piutang usaha, kerugian transaksi disebabkan kesalahan operator. Ketepatan dan kecepatan konversi data dari database sumber (SQL Server) ke database penerima (MySQL) adalah tolok ukur yang akan diujikan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Background: Universities need to conduct data searches to graduate. This data can be used in a variety of needs. A media needed to connect between the faculty graduates or graduates with other graduates so that they can be interconnected. But it is constrained because most colleges difficulty in recruiting alumni data despite already done in various media. It is necessary for a more effective alternative media for support in collecting data of graduates. Method: The design of the portal using social network approach. So the first step is to design the parent website Tracer Study focus to accommodate the main data of  graduates who are equipped with an interactive community features. Prototype portal tested and evaluated based on benchmarks dynamic, informative, and communicative, further refined to achieve an increase in visitors in every time data is consistent with the conditions or no distortion. Conclusion: The results of this research is a tracer study portal with social network approach to be one of the alternative media to attract graduates to interact with the media, and also that benefits the institution of data collection becomes more optimal.KEY WORDSPortal, Tracer Study, Social Network, Website, Alumni.

So it is necessary to design a new Human Resource Management (HRM) business process system with the aim to improve employee performance in the Human Resource Director (HRD) division in terms of time and efficiency. Abstract

This study aims to build a portal system tracer study based on multiple platforms equipped with clustering algorithm to support data processing alumni institutions. The method used to build the portal is the social network, while the technique used to extract the data is clustering algorithm. Abstract

Face Identification is an important part in digital image processing techniques to determine the size, location and image value. Face detection is a step in the facial recognition system used for personal identification, monitoring system, criminal law, human and computer interaction and so on. This study featuring face detection using Naïve Bayes Classifier with red, green and blue (RGB) model features. This study uses images with variation of facial expression from training data and testing data. The first step is to create a model of facial skin color with RGB model feature which has done normalization process bygrayscaling image, binarying image and filtering image using max filter, then looking for average RGB color of facial skin, followed by building Gaussian distribution showing skin color classification and processed by Naïve method Bayes Classifier (NBC) in determining the classification result.From the test results with a total of 70 test data and a threshold of 0.1, the results of system accuracy reaches 90.25%.

Abstract

The  expanding world  of  the  hospitality industry makes the  company have  to  compete tightly  to  keep  its business. Quality of  service from  a  company affects  the  level  of  customer satisfaction, If the  better the quality  of service then  the  level of customer satisfaction is higher.  Decision support system to  determine service quality at hostel dorm  hostel using SAW method can  help companies evaluate the quality of service that  has been  given.  The results of the  evaluation can  be  used to determine policies relating  to efforts to improve  service quality.  The results obtained from  the  calculation of the  weight  of the  criteria  assessment with the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method succeeded, thus obtaining the VAR score (the result of the assessment at Malang  Dorm Hostel exceeded the 4-5 star rating of the customer is good-very good.

Abstract

An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence and is also an emerging field of computer science as the development of computer science today. This system works to adopt human knowledge into a computer.Problems often occur on apple farm environment that is pest and so we need an agricultural consultant who is able to diagnose pest in apple crop. Problems can be a complex decision-making for their for involving multiple objectives and criteria. He built a Pest Diagnosis Expert System application Apples With Certainty Factor Method Based Web.Certainty factor calculation method using the data that came from the symptoms - symptoms of apples selected by the user on the application. Pest Diagnosis Expert System Applications Apples With Certainty Factor Method Based on this site are in accordance with refernsi obtained from experts when interviews for data retrieval, and application testing has been done with the user and obtain the respondents amounted to 73.33%, for the accuracy of the results application in addition to the system for determination of the pest must be observed to obtain correct results - absolutely accurate. Keywords, Symptoms, Hama, Diagnosis, Certainty Factor

Abstract

Pregnancy is a normal function of the body and part of the life phase of women, during this period there is the possibility of pregnant women have a pregnancy disorder. To determine the type of pregnancy disorder the officer has certain patient criteria ie symptoms experienced by the patient. Decision-making issues can be complex because of the inclusion of multiple objectives and criteria. Thus, the method of Fuzzy Technique For Order Preference By Similarity To Ideal Solution (F-TOPSIS) was chosen. Fuzzy logic is a method of problem-solving control system, which is suitable to be implemented on the system, and in TOPSIS method there are alternatives and criteria of data that has been added and can be determined its matching rank. The alternative is used based on 12 types of pregnancy disorders only. While the criteria used to get a matching ranking is based on the symptoms experienced by the patient. In order to produce a suitable output with the data, the officer should enter the symptoms according to the existing pregnancy disorder criteria data. If the officer does not enter the appropriate symptoms, the user should enter at least 2 symptoms that other pregnancy diseases do not have. And if the user only inserts one symptom of the data, then the output does not match the existing data.Keywords: fuzzy, interference, pregnancy, diagnosis, TOPSIS

Abstract

Academic ability is the ability of a person who is included in the academic field with a measure can be in the form of value or so-called academic achievement. With this system helps in grouping students in their fields, and students can find out the competencies obtained based on the achievement index of the courses that have been determined. In making this system, researchers used Visual Studio 2012 and applied the K-Means Clustering algorithm method to get more accurate results in classifying student competencies. This system can be used for all departments, the testing is done at the Informatics Engineering Department of Malang Widyagama University. in this system uses the mysql database for storage. Based on the user test results that have been done, Based on the results of the user trials that have been conducted, of the 5 weighted values that have been determined, there is an average of the results of the trial which is 85.6% strongly agree with the existence of this system to find out the student competency group.It is expected that with this system.
