Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the effect of Brand Extension towards Brand Image and Purchase Intention on Nutrisari W'dank product in Tampan district, Pekanbaru. Population of this research are consumers who lived in Tampan district and its respondents must be 14 years old or above who have ever consumed Nutrisari product. The method being used is area sampling with 100 respondents. Data are collected by giving questionaires to respondents. In terms of data analysis, this research uses path analysis by using spss version 17.0. The results of this research shows that Brand Extension and Brand Image affect both positively and significantly towards Purchase Intention on Nutrisari W’dank product in Tampan district, Pekanbaru. Moreover, Brand Extension is also affecting Brand Image significantly. On the context of direct impact, Brand Image gives higher effect than Brand Extension to Purchase Intention on Nutrisari W’dank product in Tampan district, Pekanbaru.Keywords: Brand Extension, Brand Image and Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Meranti Islands Regency Hospital Dorak Jl.Dorak. This study aims to determine how the Effect of Training and organizational commitment simultaneously or partially on the performance of nurses in hospitals Dorak Meranti Islands Regency. As for the population in this study were all nurses in hospitals Dorak Meranti Islands Regency, amounting to 85 people and the whole population sample were calculated using the formula of Slovin sample as respondents, the method of analysis used is descriptive and quantitative analysis with SPSS Version 20. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Training and organizational commitment) has a positive and significant effect on the variable (performance of nurses). The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the variables studied bebes (Training And Organizational Commitment) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (performance Nurses).Keywords: Training, Organizational Commitment and Performance Nurse

Abstract

The study was conducted at Tama PT.KaryaBaktiMulia Kampar District, with the aim to determine the effect of leadership and supervision either simultaneously or partially on work discipline employees at Tama PT.KaryaBaktiMulia Kampar district.Population of 110 persons and the number of samples is as many as 52 people. Which is based on the method of slovin. As an independent variable in this study is the leadership and supervision and the dependent variable is the discipline of work. While the data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 18. Based on the results of the F test is known that the leadership and supervision simultaneously significant effect on employee discipline. While based on the results of the t test is known that the leadership and supervision of partially significant effect on employee discipline. Based on the test results obtained by the determination coefficient R Square value in the study, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of variables influence the leadership and oversight of the work discipline of employees at Tama PT.KaryaBaktiMulia Kampar district. The recommendation that the authors propose for the company should be stressed sanctions and penalties should be more aware pimpinanan character, the nature of leadership should supervise its employees and workers to live more dispilin employees and employee performance will be better later.Keywords: work discipline, leadership, supervision

Abstract

The research conducted in hospitals Petala Bumi Pekanbaru. In order to determine the effect of competence and work environment simultaneously and partially on the performance of nurse in hospitals Petala Bumi Pekanbaru. Populations in this study are all part of inpatiend RSUD Petala Bumi nurse who total 35 people and the entire population by cencus method. Performed data analysis and quantitative descriptive  analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. From the test results simultaneously (f-test) showed that the independent variables studied competence and work environment simultaneously significant effect on the performance of nurse and partial test result (t-test) showed that the variable competence and work environment is partially significant effect on the performance of nurse. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) that the variable competence and work environment has an influence on the performance of nurses while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Suggestion can author is given to RSUD Petala Bumi is Hospital should further improve the competence and more attention to the work environment so that employes have a good performance and patient become more satisfied.
