Abstract

This study wanted to determine the effectiveness of using Microsoft powerpoint based on video learning through a scientific approach in the biology e-module of monera for increasing the activity, interest and learning outcome of 10th MIA Insan Cendekia Jayapura students. Research Methods Research and Development (R&D). The research sample was conducted in class X MIA SMA IT Insan Cendekia Jayapura with a total of 28 students. The results showed that the feasibility of the E-Module Biology Monera material through the use of Microsoft PowerPoint media based on learning videos was feasible to be used as a learning media material with an average validator rating of 87%. The use of Biology E-Modules can also increase students' learning activities in the learning process with an average percentage result of 80% in the high category, and can increase high learning interest in students with an average percentage of 74%. The increase in student learning outcomes also increased with the n-Gain test results obtained an average of 0.73 in the high category.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan Penelitian tentang pengaruh metode eksperimen dan motivasi belajar terhadap penguasaan konsep pada pokok bahasan listrik dinamis siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri  1  Dum  Kota  Sorong.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh penggunaan  metode  eksperimen  (X1)  terhadap  penguasaan  konsep  (Y),  motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap penguasaan konsep  (Y) serta secara bersama-sama penggunaan metode eksperimen (X1) dan motivasi belajar (X2) terhadap penguasaan konsep (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode eksperimen, motivasi belajar dan secara bersama-sama metode eksperimen dan motivasi belajar terhadap penguasaan konsep pada  pokok  bahasan  listrik  dinamis  pada  siswa  kelas  IX  SMP  Negeri  1  Dum  Kota Sorong. Kata  Kunci  :  Metode  Eksperimen,  Motivasi  Belajar,  Penguasaan  Konsep Fisika

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan metode pembelajaran diskusi melalui media torso terhadap keaktian dan hasil belajar biologi di kelas XI IPA SMA Negei 2 Sorong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Quasi Experimental dengan sampel sebanyak 92 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas (Kelas Kontrol dan Eksperimen). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keaktian dan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas yang menggunakan metode diskusi melalui media torso dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode  konvensional. Untuk perbedaan hasil belajar dibuktikan dengan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000 dari uji Mann Whitney U. sedangkan  untuk keaktian belajar dapat dibuktikan dengan presentase keaktifan melalui 5 aspek yang diteliti, yaitu Visual activities sebesar 73,91%, Oralactivities sebesar 71,38%, Listening activities sebesar 61,95%, writing activities sebesar 70,93% dan mental activities sebesar 71,74%                                                                                                           .Kata Kunci : Metode Diskusi, Media Torso, Keaktifan Belajar dan hasil belajar

Abstract

A research has been done to determine the relationship between the leadership of Pricipal and Teacher Professionalism Attitudes to Science achievement of IX Grader of Junior Adventist Academy. The method used in this study is the correlation method with a target of the population of the of Junior High School Adventist Timika. The population is a bout 150 students and the number of research samples is 32 students. The result shows that there is a significant relationship between the leadership of principal with the science learning achievement of Junior High School the IX graders and the effective contribution 76,7%, there is significant relationship between the teachers professionalism with the science learning achievement of Junior High School the IX graders and the effective contribution 76,7%, there is a significant relationship between the leadership of principal and the techers professionalism with the science learning achievement of Junior High School the IX graders and the effective contribution 76,7%. The results of this study are expected to be useful in improving the quality of school leadership and teacher professionalism, as principal leadership and teacher professionalism can significantly increase student achievement.
