Abstract

Abstrak. Kebudayaan adalah sebuah kebiasaan yang sudah terpola terus menurus sehingga menjadi prinsip hidup dalam masyarakat.Dari pola prinsip hidup bermasyarakt itulah melahirkan prinsip-prisip nilai yang disepakati maupun diyakini kebenarannya dalam mengatur kehidupan masyarakat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk: 1)Mengetahui pelaksanaan tradisi ritual Kololi Kie (Mengelilingi Gunung) di Kesultanan Ternate; 2) mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi ritual Kololi Kie di Kesultanan Ternate; 3) Mengetahui model pelestarian tradisi ritual Kololi Kie  di Kesultanan Ternate.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi dengan menggunakan tekhnik pengumpulan data, yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Data dianalisis melalui empat tahap dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan selanjutnya menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan ritual adat Kololi Kie (mengelilingi gunung) di Kesultanan Ternate bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan ritual Kololi Kie akan selalu dilaksanakan setiap tahunya karena ritual adat ini adalah bentuk ungkapan rasa syukur masyarakat adat kesultanan ternate dan juga menghormati lahirnya Sultan Mudaffar Sjah. 2) Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam rtitual adat Kololi Kie  adalah nilai tenggang rasa yang sanggat tingi antar sesame terbukti dengan adanya ritual adat ini masyarakat bahu membahu dalam bergotong royong, sikap saling menghormati dan menghargai antar sesama muncul dengan adanya ritual adat ini. 3) Model Pelesatrian Ritual Kololi Kie Yakni: a. Memberikan Pemahaman kepada masyarakat adat kesultanan ternate dengan cara membentuk literasi kebudayaan dikedaton kesultanan ternate.  b. Pihak elit kedaton kesultanan ternate harus bekerja sama dengan pemerintah daerah kota ternate agar tercipta stabilitasnasional,dibidangideologi,politik,ekonomi,sosial budaya, agamamaupun pertahanan dan keamanannasional.Kata Kunci: Ritual Adat, Kololi Kie

Abstract

This research discusses the Teacher Quality Development Program by the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City District Education 2022. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of educational unit supervisors including professional development and career development. Professional development is directed at improving and developing professional abilities so that they can carry out supervisory functions, both academic supervision and managerial supervision. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive of how the implementation of the teacher quality development program by the regional technical implementation unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City Education District 2022. The research site was carried out at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of North Ternate City District Education 2022 from October to November 2022. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study found several things; (1). The supervisor of the education unit is appointed with the task of conducting guidance and supervision of education in the educational unit or school that is under his supervision. Supervision of educational units includes academic supervision and managerial supervision. (2). Academic supervision aims to assist or foster teachers in improving the quality of the learning process in order to obtain more optimal student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, managerial oversight aims to assist and foster school principals in their efforts to improve the quality of education through optimizing school performance. In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as supervisors of educational units/schools, basic skills are required as professional supervisors

Abstract

The main problem in this thesis is the implementation of school principal management in an effort to improve the quality of Civics learning and the factors that become obstacles for school principals in efforts to improve the quality of Civics learning. The formulation of the problems in this panel were 1) how is the management of school principals in improving the quality of Civics learning, 2) what obstacles arise when carrying out principal management in improving the quality of Civics learning. The purpose of this research is to describe the principal's management and the principal's constraints in improving the quality of civics learning at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Ternate. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using data collection instruments in the form of observation methods, interviews and documentation methods. The data sources in this study were school principals, vice principals, Civics teachers and students. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation 2 and conclusions. The research data show (1) principal management in improving the quality of Civics learning in schools namely (a) vision and mission-based management, (b) service-based management and (c) performance-based management. (2) The management constraints of school principals in improving the quality of Civics learning are (a) the teacher's lack of understanding in the use of teaching materials (b) the change of curriculum from K-13 to independent learning (c) the teacher's lack of skill in carrying out the learning process in class and (d) ) lack of interest in learning students in the classroom
