Abstract

Ibu paska seksio sesar akan merasa sulit untuk melakukan mobilisasi dini karena ibu masih merasakan nyeri saat bergerak. Selain hambatan mobilisasi dini, sebagian besar ibu paska seksio sesar akan mengalami hambatan dalam pemberian ASI karena di akibatkan oleh rahim ibu yang sering berkontraksi karena masih dalam proses pemulihan atau proses kembalinya rahim ibu ke bentuk semula, sulit untuk menyusui juga dikarenakan akibat rasa nyeri yang muncul dari jahitan paska operasi sesar. Keterlambatan produksi ASI dipengaruhi oleh perasaan nyeri yang dirasakan di area sekitar jahitan paska operasi, kelemahan, dan mengalami hambatan mobilisasi pada ibu paska seksio sesar. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan tahapan mobilisasi dini ibu dengan waktu inisiasi pemberian ASI pada bayi baru lahir secara seksio sesar di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di ruang Alamanda tiga di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta pada tanggal 20 Mei 2016. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian adalah 48. Teknik sampel yang di gunakan adalah Consecutive sampling. Uji bivariat yang di gunakan adalah Chi-square dan instrument peneliti menggunakan lembar wawancara. Hasil analisa menggunakan uji Chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%, diketahui P value 0.010. Hasil analisa tahapan mobilisasi dini dengan kategori cepat yaitu 58,3% dan waktu inisiasi pemberian ASI dengan kategori cepat yaitu 52,1%. Ada hubungan tahapan mobilisasi dini ibu dengan waktu inisiasi pemberian ASI pada bayi baru lahir secara seksio sesar di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : AIDS bukan penyakit, karena AIDS tidak menular. Yang menular adalah HIV yaitu virus yang menyebabkan tubuh mencapai masa AIDS. Virus ini terdapat dalam larutan darah, cairan sperma dan cairan vagina sehingga dapat menular melalui kontak darah/cairan tersebut bersumber dari Ditjen PP dan PL Kemenkes RI yang dilaporkan pada bulan September 2014 secara kumulatif HIV dan AIDS terhitung mulai 1 April 1987 sampai dengan 30 September 2014 total HIV 150.296 dan AIDS 55.799.Pemeriksaan laboratorium HIV/AIDS belum merupakan pemeriksaan rutin sebagai bagian dari persiapan operasi sehingga tentu dengan makin tingginya kejadian HIV/AIDS kalau tidak di deteksi akan sangat membahayakan bagi tim operasi yang kemungkinan besar mengalami paparan langsung dengan cairan tubuh pasien? walaupun telah dilindungi dengan pemakaian alat pelindung diri/APD. Sehingga untuk keamanan penata/perawat anastesi sangat diperlukan cara yang dapat membantu mengkaji resiko HIV/AIDS pada pasien untuk meningkatkan kehati-hatian dalam mencegah penularan dan pelaksanaan patient safety. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan dengan wawancara pada lima penata anestesi belum ada alat/ instrument selain dengan pemeriksaan laboratorium yang dapat membantu petugas kesehatan khususnya penata anestesi agar mampu mengkaji pasien beresiko atau tidak? terinfeksi HIV/AIDS, Dengan assesment resiko cara ini diharapkan persiapan operasi akan lebih hati hati dan optimal.Tujuan Penelitian? : Mengetahui ?pengaruh ?penggunaan Assesment Resiko terhadap Upaya Penata/Perawat Anestesi? dalam Pelaksanaan Patient Safety ;Universal Precautions di RSUD Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY).Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian Quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan Pre test Post test Design. Sampel penelitian dilakukan secara total sampling. ?Rancangan ini tanpa kelompok pembanding (kontrol) dengan pertimbangan terbatasnya jumlah penata/perawat anastesi yang ada di RSUD Provinsi DIY, pengisian kuesioner dilakukan dua kali. Pertama untuk mengetahui kemampuan penata/perawat anestesi dalam deteksi resiko HIV/AIDS pasien pada saat kunjungan pra nestesi serta upaya pelaksanaan patien safety;universal precautions ?sebelum diberikan Assesment Resiko dan kedua sesudah diberikan pelatihan menggunakan Assesment Resiko. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling dengan kriteria penata/perawat anestesi yang aktif dan bekerja di kamar operasi.? Data hasil pemeriksaan dianalisis secara diskriptif? dan secara analitik dengan bantuan komputer menggunakan uji T test dengan? taraf signifikan 0,05.Hasil Penelitian: Uji statistik bernilai 0,000 terdapat pengaruh penggunaan assesment resiko terhadap upaya penata/perawat anestesi dalam pelaksanaan patient safety; universal precautions di RSU Daerah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Menurut data Indonesian Society for Special Needs Education (ISSE) – lembaga yang memfokuskan perhatiannya pada pendidikan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus di Indonesia terdapat lebih dari 2,6 juta orang anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berusia sekolah di negara ini. Dari jumlah tersebut, yang mengikuti pendidikan di sekolah-sekolah khusus hanya sekitar 48 ribu orang, atau kurang lebih 1,83% saja. Anak retardasi mental juga perlu mendapatkan penanganan khusus dengan melibatkan orang tua dalam mendampingi selama di rumah antara lain melatih memotong kuku pada anak retardasi mental.Tujuan : Diketahui pengaruh pelatihan memotong kuku terhadap perilaku memotong kuku anak retardasi mental di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY)Metode : Jenis penelitian Quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan“Pre test Post test with Control Group Design“. Rancangan ini ada kelompok pembanding (kontrol), observasi dilakukan dua kali. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan kriteria anak retardasi mental usia sekolah di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Data hasil pemeriksaan dianalisis secara diskriptif  dan secara analitik dengan bantuan program SPSS for windows versi 16.0 menggunakan uji pair t-test, wilcoxon, mann whitney dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.Hasil :Memotong kuku pada kelompok eksperimen pre test dan post test dengan nilai p (sig) 0,000 < 0,05. Memotong kuku pada kelompok eksperimen. Memotong kuku pada kelompok kontrol pre test dan post test dengan nilai p (sig) 0,002 < 0,05.Kesimpulan :Ada pengaruh pelatihan memotong kuku terhadap perilaku memotong kuku anak retardasi mental di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) dengan nilai p (sig) < 0,05 berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.Saran :Buku saku pelatihan memotong kuku dapat digunakan sebagai model pemberdayaan keluarga pada  anak dengan retardasi mental di SLB Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY). Kata Kunci :Pelatihan memotong kuku, Perilaku memotong kuku, anak retardasi mental

Abstract

The development of autistic children both physically, emotionally, intellectually, and psychosocially has a problem that results in the inhibition of children reaching a level of emotional development that is appropriate to their age. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in children with autism includes autistic children providing emotional, social, informational, and practical support. An autistic child will feel that he is loved and wanted if more and more people in the family environment love and care for him. The purpose of the study was to know the effect of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on the emotional development of children with autism. This type of quantitative research uses a Quasi-experiment with the design Pre-test Post-test with Control Group Design. The observation was carried out twice. The first observation is to determine the emotional development of an autistic child before being given Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the second observation after being given Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Sampling was done by purposive sampling with the criteria of parents and autistic children aged 6-12 years in the autistic schools of the provinces of Yogyakarta and Ponorogo, East Java. Analyzed analytically using paired t-test and Wilcoxon, with a significant level of p <0.05. the emotional development of children with autism in the experimental group before Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) was given to most categories were good of only 34 children with autism (73.9%) and after Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) most categories were good for 44 autistic children (95.7%). In the control group before most were less as many as 28 children with autism (60.9%) and after most good as many as 17 children with autism (37.0%).The experimental group pre-test and post-test with a value of p (sig) 0.000, meaning there is a difference between pre-test and post-test in the experimental group. In the control group pre-test and post-test with p-value (sig) 0.000 meaning there is a difference between pre-test and post-test in the control group. There was an effect of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) on the emotional development of autistic children.

Abstract

One of the nurse's functions is to provide toilet training to children. This study aims to analyze the effect of toileting training on mother's knowledge in toilet training for toddlers at PAUD Arrahman and Lare Angon Yogyakarta. This type of research is experimental with pretest - posttest design with control group. The sample was selected using a random sampling technique that met the criteria, namely mothers who have toddlers in PAUD in the Gamping District, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The first observation was carried out to measure the mother's knowledge about toilet training for toddlers before being given training and the second observation was carried out to measure knowledge after being given training. The difference in knowledge between before and after the intervention was analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, while the difference in knowledge between the intervention group and the control group was analyzed using the Mann Whitney-U test. The results showed that there was a difference in the increase in mother's knowledge about toilet training for toddlers between the experimental group and the control group (p = 0.000). Furthermore, it was concluded that toileting training using pocket books was effective for increasing mother's knowledge in toilet training for toddlers at PAUD Arrahman and Lare Angon Yogyakarta. Keywords: toileting; toilet training; toddlers; mother's knowledge ABSTRAK Salah satu fungsi perawat adalah memberikan pembelajaran toilet training kepada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan toileting terhadap pengetahuan ibu dalam toilet training anak toddler di PAUD Arrahman dan Lare Angon Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest - posttest with control group. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik random sampling yang memenuhi kriteria yaitu ibu yang mempunyai anak toddler di PAUD di wilayah Kecamatan Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Observasi pertama dilakukan untuk mengukur pengetahuan ibu tentang toilet training anak toddler sebelum diberikan pelatihan dan observasi kedua dilakukan untuk mengukur pengetahuan sesudah diberikan pelatihan. Perbedaan pengetahuan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi dianalisis menggunakan Wilcoxon test, sedangkan perbedaan pengetahuan antara kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis menggunakan Mann Whitney-U test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang toilet training anak toddler antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol (p = 0,000). Selanjutnya disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan toileting menggunakan buku saku efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dalam toilet training anak toddler di PAUD Arrahman dan Lare Angon Yogyakarta. Abstract

Nutritional status is one of the factors that can affect the learning achievement in addition to other factors, such as family factors, environment, motivation, and facilities and infrastructure obtained in school. The low nutritional status of children will have a negative impact on improving the quality of human resources. Malnutrition is closely related to the achievement of low academic achievement. Objective: To find out the correlation between nutritional status with elementary school student achievement in SDN Naringin, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Method: Based on the result of the research, nutritional status was more than 8 respondents (13,3%), good nutrition status was 39 respondent (65,0%), nutrient status was less 13 respondent (21,7%). While the learning achievement of children is very good as much as 8 respondents (13.3%), learning achievement is good as 28 respondents (46.7%), learning achievement is quite as much as 15 respondents (25.0%) and less learning achievement as much as 9 respondents (15.0%). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between nutritional status with primary school student achievement in SDN Ngringin, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta with p-value 0,00 (p< 0,05). The relationship between nutritional status with the achievement of elementary school students in SDN Ngringin, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta stated tightly that is equal to 0.756.

Abstract

Background: Elementary school education is the basic level education where students were forged with many kind of study subject where each subject has to be mastered by the students. On the other hand students were also educated with attitude and behavior values that will be the basis for further developments in the future. One of the important attitude and behavior that needs to be educated early is environmental hygiene concern. Story book is a proper medium for attitude and behavior educaton for children, since they can accommodate children reading capacity and interest. Story books are usually written with short sentence, also simpler vocabulary and grammar compared to adult reading which makes them very effective in affecting the soul of the children. Objectives: To reveal the influence of story book with hygiene environmental schools hygiene concern theme towards attitudes and behavior of hygiene environmental schools hygiene concern on students of elementary schools in the District Gamping, Sleman Special Region of Yogyakarta. Method : Quasi-experimental "Pre test Post test with Control Design" Research Design. The research sampling was purposive sampling. Story books with environmental hygiene concern theme was given by reading together with the respondents and the researchers then followed by an explanation, while the control group didn’t exposed with the story books. Pre test and post test were used to determine the attitudes and behavior of hygiene environmental school concern before and after given the story book. Hypothesis testing using SPSS for Windows with T-test method with a significance level of p <0.05. Results: The attitude analysis result of the experimental and control groups with Independent sample t-tests obtained sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, which means story book gives significant influence on student’s attitude related to environmental hygiene concern. While behavior analysis result of the experimental and control groups with independent sample t-test obtained sig. (2-tailed) of 0,343 > 0,05, which means story book gives no significant influence on student’s behavior related to environmental hygiene concern. Conclusion: There is a correlation of using storybooks with environmental school hygiene concern themes towards the environmental school hygiene concern attitude and while no observed correlation towards the environmental school hygiene concern behavior.
