Abstract

Mitra dalam PKM ini adalah Pengrajin eceng gondok (EG) di desa Peulante, Kab. Aceh Barat. Permasalahan yang dialami kelompok mitra adalah (1) Produk-produk Berbahan dasar EG belum memenuhi standar pasar dari aspek kualitas, (2) Rendahnya SDM Terkait pengolahan limbah EG menjadi pakan ternak, (3) Rendahnya SDM dalam Bidang Manajemen, dan (4) Rendahnya Kemampuan Kelompok Sasaran pemasaran berbasis digital sebagai wadah promosi produk. tahap dalam program ini adalah (a) Pelatihan Kerajinan EG Yang Berkualitas pasar nasional dan internasional, (b) Peningkatan SDM Terkait pengolahan limbah EG menjadi fermentasi pada pakan ternak, (c) Peningkatan SDM dalam Bidang Manajemen, dan (d) Pelatihan Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Sebagai Sarana Pemasaran Hasil PKM ini adalah (a) kualitas produk menjadi bermutu dan diterima pasar, (b) kelompok sasaran sudah mampu membuat pakan ternak berbahan EG, (c) kelompok sasaran sudah mampu melakukan manajemen keuangan, pemasaran produk, dan (d) Tersedianya Website UKM sebagai Sarana Pemasaran berbasis digital.

Abstract

Productivity is an important factor in determining the success of a construction work. Increased productivity will reduce work time, and that means it will reduce costs. In general, the value of productivity is determined by the factor of the volume of work, implementation time, and the number of workers. In order to get the job done well, a planning effort is needed by paying attention to these factors. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine the value of productivity in one component of building construction work, namely lightweight steel roof truss work. The object of study was the work of lightweight steel roof truss 4 (four) project sites, namely the 4 x 25 Shop Houses Construction Project in Meulaboh, West Aceh, the Building of the Rector & Administration Bureau Building of STKIP Bina Bangsa Getsempena Banda Aceh, the Construction of the Getsempena Lhoksukon North Aceh STIKES Building and the Construction of North Aceh RIKI STIKes Building, Bina Nusantara Idi, East Aceh. The roof truss material used is type C Truss 75 0.75 Thickness. The volume of roof truss work is planned to be 2022.38 m2. The study was conducted through field observations by directly recording the volume of work, the duration of each stage of work, and the number of workers involved. The results of the analysis show that the productivity value for roof truss works is obtained by an average of 2,062 m2 / hour or 16,499 m2 / day. In the implementation of roof truss work, the amount of labor used is the same in all segments, so the value of productivity tends to be determined by the magnitude of the ratio between the volume of work and the effective time of implementation. Thus, if the amount of work volume can be completed in a shorter time then the value of productivity will increase

Abstract

Productivity is one of the important factors in determining the success of a construction job. Increased productivity will reduce work time, and that will reduce costs. In general, the value of productivity is determined by factors in the amount of work volume, time of implementation, and the number of workers. In order for the work to be completed properly, planning efforts are needed by taking into account these factors. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine the value of productivity in one of the components of building work, namely roof cover work. The objects studied were the work of installing roof coverings and the installation of 4 (four) project locations, namely the 4 x 25 Shophouse Construction Project in Meulaboh West Aceh, Building of the Rector & Administration Bureau of STKIP Building Nation Getsempena Banda Aceh, Construction of the Getsempena STIKes College Building Lhoksukon North Aceh and Construction of the East Aceh Bina Nusantara Idi STIKes Building. Roof material using zincalume material. The roof work volume is planned to be 2022.38 m2. The research was conducted through field observations by recording the work volume directly, the duration of each stage of work, and the number of workforce involved. The results of the analysis show that the productivity value for roofing work is obtained at 12,061 m2/hour or 96,487 m2/day and for roof joint installation work is obtained at 13,926 m / hour or 111,405 m/day.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the determinants of the Education Budget Performance in Aceh, namely Local Financial Independence, Last Year Budget Balance, Government Size, and Local Revenue Growth using data from districts and cities in Aceh for year 2011-2015. The results of the study show that Local Financial Independence and Last Year Budget Balance has a negative effect on Education Budget Performance, while the other two variables have no effect.
