Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020, the world is being hit by the Coronavirus (Covid 19) pandemic. The Government of Indonesia created and endorsed a policy to break the chain of spread of Covid 19 by imposing a large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy. The PSBB policy further restricts the movement and activities of the community that slows economic activity. In fact, before the Covid 19 pandemic, tempeh chips products produced by The Delicious Sari home industry in the process of growing. This condition will certainly make the development of the home industry Nikmat Sari located in The District Kramatwatu Serang Banten Province becomes hampered even has a tendency to soon experience a gradual bankruptcy phase. This should begin to be observed and handled more seriously by the home industry Nikmat Sari if it wants to be able to survive and compete in the business world today by redesigning its marketing strategy. Therefore, the home industry of Nikmat Sari should start as soon as possible to vaccinate internal factors and external factors that they have in order to design an effective marketing strategy in attracting consumers' buying interest in tempeh chips products Nikmat Sari. One analysis that can be used to design marketing strategies using SWOT analysis

Abstract

The home industry is a home business that produces various commodity products that are processed manually or using simple production machines. One of the home industry centers in Serang Regency is clay handicrafts that have been around for a long time, mostly women. During their development, they still experience many problems, especially in terms of production and marketing. Based on this, the authors researched to analyze the production and marketing aspects of clay crafts. The population and samples taken were fifteen people, they were clay craftsmenin Bumi Jaya Village, Serang Regency. This is done to find out the various aspects of production and marketing they have been doing related to the clay crafts they are doing. The sampling was carried out through direct observation with the clay crafts actors. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, production and marketing can still be done, and it is just that what needs special attention is that marketing must be further improved and expanded, which so far only relies on consumer visits to show rooms and waiting for special orders from consumers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Analisis Efek Dampak dari Unmeet Need Kb Perempuan Terhadap Aspek Sosial Dan Ekonomi Dikabupaten Serang Data yang akan digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah unmet need KB diwawancari dengan menggunakan instrument kuisioner. Data primer yang diperlukan antara lain: (1) karakteristik/identitas rumah tangga dan prilaku rumah tangga unmet need kb perempuan, (2) kemudahan dan kesulitan yang dihadapi unmet need KB perempuan dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan khususnya kontrasepsi, pendidikan dan penyuluhan keluarga berencana (KB), (3) PHBK unmet need KB perempuan. (4) dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang dirasakan Unmet need KB perempuan yang mengalami kesulitanuntuk memperoleh akses terhadap pelayanan kontrasepsi, pengumpulan data sekunder diperoleh dari kantor perwakilan BKKBN danBPS Kabupaten Serang, Kantor Kecamatan dan desa, serta lembaga lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, communication and non-financial compensation on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja Tangerang. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, the population in this study are employees of the Cooperative Adis Company Tangerang, totaling 43 people. The sample of this study amounted to 43 respondents who were determined by the saturated sample formula. Testing of research instruments was carried out on employees of the Cooperative of Adis Company Tangerang, with random sampling, and in measuring the questionnaire using a measurement scale of 1-10, the data analysis methods used were data quality tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear tests with the help of SmartPLS software. version 3.0. The results of this study on the first hypothesis obtained tcount 2.112 > ttable 1.98 with a significance level <0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja. These results support the proposed hypothesis (accepted). The second hypothesis was obtained that tcount was 2.520 > ttable 1.98 with a significance level of <0.05, meaning that there was a significant positive and significant effect of communication on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja. These results support the proposed hypothesis (accepted). The third hypothesis is obtained tcount 2,324 > ttable 1.98 with a significance level > 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of non-financial compensation on employee performance at the Cooperative Adis Dimension Footwear Company Balaraja. These results support the proposed hypothesis (accepted).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of Serang district health office employees. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, the population in this study is the office of the health office totaling 105 people. The sample of this study amounted to 52 respondents. The research instrument trials were carried out at the Serang Health Office office staff, with random sampling, and in measuring the questionnaire using a measurement scale of 1-10, the data analysis methods used were data quality tests, outer model tests and inner models with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0 software. . 1. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.027. From the results of data processing, the t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (0.309 > 1.96) with a p-value of 0.758, then the first hypothesis is rejected. The results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.457. From the results of data processing, the t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value (4.834 > 1.96) with a p-value of 0.000, then the second hypothesis is accepted. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.476. From the results of data processing, the t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value (4.338> 1.96) with a p-value of 0.000, then the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The Influence of Training Application Level, Preventive Discipline, System of Providing Allowances on Employee Performance (Case Study at PT. Lingga AbstractPerdana Kota Cilegon) is the thesis title of Herlina Juniyanti (5551170119), a student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Management (Resource Management Human) under the guidance of Vera Maria, SE., MM as mentor I and Sri Ndaru Arthawati, MM as mentor II. This study aims to determine the effect of the Training Application Level (X1) of Preventive Discipline (X2) and the System of Providing Allowances (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Lingga Perdana City of Cilegon. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, the population in this study are employees at PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon, with a total of 150 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents who were determined by the Slovin formula. The research instrument trial was conducted at PT. Lingga Perdana Kota Cilegon with sampling using probability sampling method, and in measuring the questionnaire using the Likert scale, the data analysis methods used were data quality test, classical assumption test and multiple linear test with the help of IBM SPSS version 25 software.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the business units that play an important role in economic growth and development as well as the welfare of the people in Indonesia. Promotion is a way for companies to communicate both business and to many people so that consumers are interested in buying the products offered. The research used is an approach and the data used in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from sources. The results obtained from this research are from Witrove's promotional strategy to promote its business with Surabaya Fashion Week (SFW) in collaboration with the local government. Witrove also collaborated with several well-known influencers to promote their products. Then there was a price gap between the Witrove business and its competitors in the marketplace, causing no purchases of Witrove business products. Furthermore, the quality of Witrove's human resources is still less competent in terms of managing social media accounts and in the activeness of its admin marketplace.

Abstract

A company is founded with the aim of increasing its value, as indicated by the share price. Complete and accurate information is needed for rational decision making to produce the desired results. Businesses can leak information that will increase their value to attract investors. As a result, businesses often release information they perceive as increasing their value, which can drive up their share price. This study aims to find out the effect of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on company value mediated by Profitability in real estate and property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2022. The results show that Intellectual Capital (IC) has a negative effect on Company Value, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on Company Value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on company value. Profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Intellectual Capital (IC) does not affect Profitability. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) harms profitability. Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) does not affect profitability. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Intellectual Capital (IC) and Firm Value. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Values. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Company Value.

Abstract

Technological disruption is causing unprecedented changes in how every aspect of human life is conducted. The economy and social interactions are greatly affected by these changes. Therefore, the government must intervene to accelerate the use of technology for society. Technology is a tool to make work easier. Current technological developments have become something that is the main need for humans in completing work. Technological developments started from the Industrial Revolution 1.0 to the Industrial Revolution 4.0. In addition, changes in human behavior are also marked by the development of Society 5.0. The impact of technological developments greatly influences the behavior of the Economic Community, especially in e-commerce activities. The development of e-commerce is dominating in Indonesia, especially in increasing interest in entrepreneurship. The research methodology is based on theoretical and conceptual experience, collection of information and data related to entrepreneurship and e-commerce, and additional data from books, journals or other sources.

Abstract

The increase in fuel oil is a policy taken by the government for reasons that cannot be separated from the increase in world oil prices and the state budget deficit, the increase in world oil and the occurrence of a state budget deficit by a country that this is reason why the price of fuel oil is increased, if seen from one side, maybe the government's decision to increase the price of fuel oil is right. However, the government should also pay attention to the condition of the small community even though the government realizes that Indonesia is one of the poorest countries with tens of unemployed people. Therefore, the government should be more realistic. Fuel oil (BBM) is an important component in the process of sustainability for MSMEs. When fuel prices rise, MSMEs generally reduce labor costs as an indicator of production which results in lower production volumes. However, most MSMEs do not seek to increase selling prices, namely by using the strategy of reducing the size of goods, reducing product quality, reducing business profits, and making production cost efficiencies
