Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) siswa sekolah dasar kelas 3 melalui mind mapping. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0, maka dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia dengan keterampilan HOTS yang tinggi. Higher Order Thingking Skills merupakan sebuah proses berpikir dimana peserta didik diharuskan untuk mengolah informasi dan ide-ide sesuai cara yang mereka hendaki. Melalui penerapan HOTS ini diharapakan kelak peserta didik dapat memiliki kemampuan 4C (Communication, Collaborative, Critical Thingking, and Creativity). Penerapan Higher Order Thingking Skills dapat dilakukan melalui Mind Mapping. Mind Mapping merupakan salah satu cara memetakan informasi serta ide-ide ke dalam otak dengan cara yang kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan. Desain, gambar, dan warna yang dapat diatur sesuai keinginan dapat mempermudah siswa untuk memanggil kembali informasi tersebut.

Abstract

Professional ethics in the legal field are becoming increasingly relevant and significant in this digital era. As a rule of appropriate behavior in the workplace, a code of ethics is very important to maintain the honor of the profession and protect society from abuse of power and justice in the legal field. Professional ethics in the legal field is centered on readiness to provide services that are altruistic and focused on the good of society.To be relevant and effective in defending the interests of society in facing social changes caused by the digital era, the ability to adapt and revolution is needed. The aim of this research is to determine professional ethical attitudes towards social change in the digital era, especially in the legal field. The author of this research used library research methodology, taking sources from books and journals. In this way, researchers can draw conclusions about the urgent need for attitudes and changes in society regarding professional ethics in the legal field, because social developments in the digital era have an impact on professional behavior patterns in carrying out their professional mandates and highlight the need for more concrete ethics. In order for a professional to act professionally, an investigation into professional ethics is also required as part of this.

Abstract

The Ministry of Religion, through the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance Number 172 of 2022, instructed that every prospective bride and groom who are going to get married must first follow marriage guidance as a step in creating a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. Based on this background, the main problems are: 1). How effective is the implementation of premarital marriage guidance at the Mojowarno District KUA? 2). How to analyze the implementation of premarital guidance in creating family harmony for bridal couples in the KUA, Mojowarno District? This research, which can be categorized as field research, can also be considered as a broad approach to qualitative research or as a method for collecting qualitative data. This research was carried out by coming directly to the research location, namely the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency.Based on the results of the research conducted, the author concludes: First, the implementation of premarital marriage guidance at the Mojowarno District KUA has been effective in accordance with the technical instructions for implementing marriage guidance, clarity of objectives to be achieved, and fulfillment of intrastructure needs. Second, after following the marriage guidance process there is a positive influence on the family harmony of the bridal couple. Mentally and scientifically, participants become more mature in living their married life, they become wiser in responding to problems in their domestic life.
