Abstract

This research aims to find the concept of Tazkiyat al-Nafs in the perspective of Sufism in the Jamiyyah Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Rejoso Peterongan Jombang and the perspective of fiqh at the Islamic Boarding School Sunan Drajad Paciran Lamongan, to find construct of thought of social piety and the religiosity of community through the concept of Tazkiyat al-Nafs in building social piety and the religiosity of community. Using the field research approach with factual historical models and analysis contests (Unitizing, Sampling, Recording, Reducing, Inferring, Narrating), it is expected that the results of this study is able to find the concept of Tazkiyat al-Nafs from various perspectives. The results of this research interpret Tazkiyat al-Nafs as a process of developing human beings to have pure creed, wide knowledge, sacred soul, and life worthy of worship, developing human beings to have pure souls and noble with fellow human beings, developing human beings with healthy souls and free from despicable behavior endanger the soul by means of rituals of worship, surrender to the Murshid and learn the praiseworthy behavior of the scholars. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menemukan konsep Tazkiyat al-Nafs perspektif tasawuf di Jamiyyah Tarekat Qodiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Rejoso Peterongan Jombang dan perspektif fikih di Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajad Paciran Lamongan, menemukan konstruksi pemikiran tentang kesalehan sosial dan religiositas masyarakat melalui konsep Tazkiyat al-Nafs dalam membangun kesalehan sosial dan religiositas masyarakat. Dengan pendekatan field research dengan model historis faktual serta contens analysis (Unitizing, Sampling, Recording, Reducing, Inferring, Narrating) diharapkan hasil penelitian ini bisa menemukan konsep Tazkiyat al-Nafs dari berbagai perspektif. Hasil riset ini memaknai Tazkiyat al-Nafs sebagai proses pembentukan manusia yang suci akidahnya, luas ilmunya, suci jiwanya, dan kehidupannya bernilai Ibadah, membentuk manusia yang suci jiwanya dan berakhlak mulia dengan sesama manusia, membentuk manusia dengan jiwa sehat dan terbebas dari perilaku tercela yang mebahayakan jiwa dengan cara ritualritual ibadah, penyerahan diri kepada Mursyid dan belajar perilaku terpuji dari para ulama.

Abstract

The Hajj queue in Indonesia, which extends up to 25 years, necessitates clear and effective policies to mitigate this issue. One such policy is encapsulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 29/2015, which amends the earlier Regulation No. 14/2012 on the Implementation of Regular Hajj. This regulation prohibits individuals who have already performed the Hajj pilgrimage from re-registering for a period of 10 years. This research employs the Ushul Fiqh approach. Data were collected by reviewing and analyzing pertinent literature, including documents and regulations of the Minister of Religious Affairs, as well as several ushul fiqh books and other relevant sources. The study aims to examine the restriction as a means to prevent potential unrest in the community, in line with the concept of Sadd al-Dzari’ah. This restriction is intended to benefit those who have not yet performed Hajj and to safeguard the rights of others to undertake this worship, adhering to the principle of tasharruf al-imam ala al-ra'iyah manuth bi al-maslahah. The implementation of this policy is expected to exchange the efficiency and effectiveness of Hajj pilgrimage management and reduce public unrest. Therefore, it is crucial that this policy is executed clearly and effectively to maximize its benefits for the community.

Abstract

The Indonesian government effort through the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency, launched the Halal certification program, a self-declaration program specifically for micro and small businesses. The halal certification program involves a Halal Product Process Assistant who is responsible for assisting business proprietors in submitting product halal statements. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of halal certification assistance to micro and small enterprises in self declare pathway at Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation with primary and secondary data sources. The research results show that halal sertification assistance has contributed to the issuance of a number of halal certificates for micro and small enterprises in Surabaya. Halal certification assistance to business proprietors at Surabaya has been effective in the aspect of achieving goals and integration, but less so in the aspect of adaptation.

Abstract

Kajian dalam tulisan ini mendeskripsikan dinamika kontekstualisasi mustahiq zakat, mustahiq zakat telah dijelaskan dalam al-Qur’an surat al-Taubah (9) : 60. Bahwa mustahiq zakat itu mencakup delapan golongan, yaitu faqir, miskin, ‘amil, mu'allaf, riqab, gharim, sabilillah dan ibn al-sabil. Akan tetapi terjadi dinamika pemaknaan kontekstualisasi mustahiq zakat delapan golongan mustahiq zakat, mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Shari'at Islam sebagaimana di tegaskan oleh ahli usul, akan selalu dinamis, sesuai untuk setiap saat dan tempat (al-Shari’ah al-Islamiyyah Salihun Li Kulli Zaman wa Makan). Oleh karena itu dalam menetapkan hukum Islam selalu dituntut adanya kontekstualisasi terhadap perubahan zaman, kondisi, situasi dan lingkungan yang ada. Dinamika kontekstualisasi mustahiq zakat yang terjadi sesuai dengan maqasid al-shari’ah dengan memperhatikan pada pemeliharaan kemaslahatan manusia untuk menggapai mereka kepada kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat dengan cara memberikan kemanfaatan dan menolak kesulitan kepada mereka. Dalam rangka pemeliharaan kemasla­hatan manusia, teori perubahan (elastisitas) hukum lantaran situasi dan kondisi yang berubah dan berbeda, para ahli hukum Islam sudah telah menyatakan bahwa letak kekuatan hukum Islam terlatak pada sifatnya yang akomodatif terha­dap perubahan zaman dan peralihan tempat.
