Abstract

The development of science and technology has brought great influence to educational technology which further influences learning technology and ultimately to the patterns of learning from conventional/ traditional (textual and teacher only learning) patterns to transition patterns (semi textual and teacher together media) and finally to modern patterns (contextual and media as learning resources). This is very influential on the pattern of learning Civic that is conventional/traditional textual to contextual learning patterns. The current reality in Indonesia is that civic learning is still dominated by conventional systems, so that the application of contextualized oriented learning is still far from expectations, as evidenced by the still serious learning problem, where most students can not relate what they have learned and applications in his current and future life. This occurs because the lesson of civics is less related to the material with the reality of student life, not contextual, consequently civics fails in carrying out its mission to develop civics competence namely civics knowledge, civics disposition and citizenship skills. In carrying the contextualized oriented civics learning, conventional learning system in schools is increasingly believed to be a system that is not effective anymore and resulted in learning Civics felt less meaningful for students To solve the problem of learning civics less meaningful, it is necessary to use contextual teaching approach learning) as one effective alternative. Abstract

One of the problems encountered during the learning process was the low ability to speak in front of the class. This study aimed to improve speaking skills using the storytelling learning model in Pancasila and civic education subjects. This study was a second-cycle class action research consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data analysis in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The analysis results found an increase in students' speaking ability at each meeting. It had proved that students' speaking ability in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects increased with the application of the storytelling learning model.

Abstract

This study aimed to produce a combination of flashcard media that was feasible, practical, attractive, and effective in the Pancasila and Civic Education subject in the Norms and Justice chapter. This study followed the development research stage of Borg and Gall. The subjects used were 34 students of class VII SMP Sunan Kalijogo Jabung. The study results showed that each validation test of media experts, materials experts, and learning experts obtained a percentage score of 100 percent. The results of the practicality test of combined flashcard media get a score percentage of 100 percent. The attractiveness of the combined flashcard media tested on a small group got a percentage of 95.2 percent and a large group of 94.7 percent. The results of the large group trial showed an increase from the pretest score of 33.3 percent to 66.6 percent in the posttest. Thus, based on all the trials that have been carried out, it was proven that the combined flashcard media in the Civics subject of SMP Class VII chapter of Norms and Justice could be categorized as very feasible, practical, attractive, and effective to use.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the values of the Tandhang dance, explain the role of the Tarara Studio, obstacles, and solutions to obstacles in the preservation of the Tandhang dance in Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. Tandhang dance has good values which are used as life guidelines for the Madurese, the role of the Tarara Studio is very good in preserving the Tandhang dance with training and staging, the obstacles faced are, delays, differences in ability, laziness, outside culture, differences in public opinion. The solutions taken were reminding, dividing groups, motivating oneself, attracting interest, and accepting differences of opinion. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai tari Tandhang, menjelaskan peranan Sanggar Tarara, hambatan, dan solusi dari hambatan dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif milik Miles dan Huberman. Tari Tandhang memiliki nilai-nilai baik yang dijadikan sebagai pedoman hidup orang Madura, peranan Sanggar Tarara sangat baik dalam pelestarian tari Tandhang dengan pelatihan dan pementasan, hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu, keterlambatan, perbedaan kemanpuan, malas, budaya luar, perbedaan pendapat masyarakat. Solusi yang diambil yaitu, mengingatkan, membagi kelompok, memotivasi diri, menarik minat, dan menerima perbedaan pendapat.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter religius. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi dilakukan melalui pembiasaan, penerapan, pembelajaran dan peraturan, serta kebijakan. Dampak yang diperoleh yaitu implikasi positif dari peserta didik, komitmen dan konsistensi dari pihak sekolah dan wali murid.
