Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop a learning model character education with a multiculturalapproach used in Civic Education. The resulting learning model is poured in the form of modules andvisualized in the form of instructional videos. Framework of a prototype model of learning by takinginto account the competence of the subjects that must be owned by the students, faculty competencein multicultural approach, the cultural background of students, and the characteristics oflearning the nuances of multicultural material. Strategies that can be used, among others: strategiesand learning activities are combined with the concept attainment strategy, the strategy value analysis,and strategies of social analysis. Drafting of the learning can be done through five main stages,namely content analysis, the analysis of cultural background, mapping materials, organizing materials,and then poured in Civic Education learning format. In the implementation of character educationlearning model with a multicultural approach can be done through the following phases: ExplorationStudies, Presentations, Peer Group Analysis, Expert Opinion, and Reflections and Recommendations.Keywords: character education, multicultural, and civic education

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to develop a learning model character education with a multicultural approach used in Civic Education. Abstract

Abstract: this paper aims to describe the repositioning of the people's consultative assembly (mpr) after the 1945 changes. There are at least four experienced reposition the country's institutions. Mpr is no longer the incamation of all the people. Mpr limited authority. The presence of mpr loss provisions and konsepsualnya juridical basis. And the assembly is no longer the parliament.

Abstract

Abstract: The four-time amendments ofthe Constitution 1945 have brought quite big implications in the structures of Indonesian constitutional law It is particularly on the organization of the state institutions dealing with the classes, residences, duties, and mandates of the institutions. Take, for example, the president, Before the amendments, president as the holder of the executive power was judged executive heavy. On the other hand, after the amendments, there is a quite significant power resfiietion. However, there is also a strengthening; the president is chosen directly by the peoples. As the result, he has strong political legitimacy. Here, the power restriction of the president is done through controls of the Parliament. The conhols include the mechanisms ofjudgments and agreements of the Parliament on some authorities that fi,rlly belonged to the president before, On one side, the restriction gives a positive impact in avoiding abuse of power, On the othet side, it also emergesanother problem in the statc running because it looks excessive and not proportional,

Abstract

MPR Decree was in hierarchical manner betweenl945 and theAct which in theory in the group of legal norms Staats grund gesetz (Rules of the State/State Basic Rules). MPR Decree under the 1945 Constitutionis a consequence of the position of the MPR as executor of full sovereignty of the people and the country's top institutions. However, 1945 Constitution amendment no longer determinethe MPR as executor of full sovereignty of the people. Moreover, MPR are no longer the highest state institution. Therefore, it has implications for the existence of the Legislative Actin the hierarchy of legislation. MPRS Decree No. XXA4PRS/1966 and MPR Decree No.IIL&IPR/2000 put MPR Decree in the second place after 1945 Constitution. LawNo. l0 of 2004 does not recognize the MPR decree as one type of legislation. Law No.12 of 20 i 1 put back MPR decree as one type of legislation. This paper attempts to discuss the rationale of the dynamic development of MPR Decree position in the hierarchy of legislation before the Amendment of 1945 Constitution to the promulgation of Law No. l2 of 20 I I , after the Amendment of I 945 Constitution.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this development research is to produce a book enriching local cultural themes based on strengthening character education and literacy. The product consists of a teacher manual and student books. Products developed with the ADDIE model consist of analysis (analysis), design (design), develop (development), implement (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). Product feasibility test is obtained through validation test, attractiveness test, practicality test, and influence test to support the research results. Based on a series of tests carried out, the product was declared to have met the criteria and requirements for use in the field as a supporting book.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku pengayaan tema budaya lokal berbasis Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dan literasi. Produk terdiri dari buku panduan guru dan buku siswa. Produk dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE terdiri dari analisys (analisis), design (desain), develop (pengembangan), implement (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Uji kelayakan produk diperoleh melalui kegiatan uji validasi, uji kemenarikan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji pengaruh guna mendukung hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan serangkaian pengujian yang dilakukan, produk dinyatakan telah memenuhi kriteria dan persyaratan untuk digunakan di lapangan sebagai buku penunjang.

Abstract

Abstract: Development research to produce Computer Assisted Instruction interactive media theme "hero" sub-theme "hero is pride" SD IV grade material is valid, interesting, effective, and practical Computer-based learning media can used as alternative in the learning. Media products are developed based the steps of the 4-D development model. The results of validation and trials that have been done, obtained data (a) the results of media validation reached a percentage of 82.5% with very valid criteria; (b) the results of the media attractiveness test reached a percentage of 95.56% with very interesting criteria; (c) the practicality test results of students and teachers reached a percentage of 94.8% with very practical criteria; (d) the results of the effectiveness test that learning outcomes increased by compare the pre-test and post-test results.Abstrak: Penelitian pengembangan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media interaktif Computer Assisted Instruction tema “Pahlawanku” subtema“Pahlawanku Kebangganku” materi IPS kelas IV SD yang valid, menarik, efektif, dan praktis. Media pembelajaran berbasis komputer dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Produk media dikembangkan berdasarkan langkah model pengembangan 4-D. Hasil validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh data (a) hasil validasi media mencapai persentase 82,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid; (b) hasil uji kemenarikan media mencapai persentase 95,56% dengan kriteria sangat menarik; (c) hasil uji kepraktisan siswa dan guru mencapai persentase 94,8% dengan kriteria sangat praktis; (d) hasil uji efektivitas bahwa hasil belajar lebih optimal dengan membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research development is to produce non-textbooks with the character value of the Kediri SLG relief. The product consists of student books and teacher books developed with the 4D model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Product feasibility test is obtained through expert validation, and development test. The product validation test, respectively, obtained an average of 97%, 98%, and 97% that declared valid and can be used. Development testing is divided into small group trials and field trials. In a small group trial an assessment of student responses and student activity was carried out on the product. Student responses scored 98% and student activities 93%, which means that the product is very effective in learning. Then the field test consists of effectiveness tests in learning 1 to 5 obtaining an average percentage of 93% and hypothesis testing using Paired Sample T-Test with the acquisition of sig values. 0,000 <0.050, meaning the use of the product has an effect on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students. Based on a series of tests carried out, the product was declared to have met the criteria and requirements for use in the field as a supporting book.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah menghasilkan buku non teks bertema nilai karakter dari relief SLG Kediri. Produk terdiri dari buku buku siswa dan buku guru yang dikembangkan dengan model 4D, yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Uji kelayakan produk diperoleh melalui uji validasi ahli dan uji pengembangan. Uji validasi produk secara berurutan memperoleh rerata sebesar 97%, 98%, dan 97% yang artinya  valid dan dapat digunakan. Uji pengembangan dibedakan atas uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan penilaian respon siswa dan aktivitas siswa terhadap produk. Respons siswa mendapat skor 98% dan aktivitas siswa sebesar 93% yang artinya produk sangat efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kemudian uji lapangan terdiri atas uji efektivitas pada pembelajaran 1—5 memperoleh rerata persentase sebesar 93% serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Paired Sample t-test dengan perolehan nilai sig. 0,000<0,050, berarti penggunaan produk berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa kelas IV. Berdasarkan serangkaian pengujian yang dilaksanakan, produk dinyatakan sudah mencukupi kriteria dan persyaratan guna digunakan di lapangan sebagai buku penunjang.

Abstract

One of the problems encountered during the learning process was the low ability to speak in front of the class. This study aimed to improve speaking skills using the storytelling learning model in Pancasila and civic education subjects. This study was a second-cycle class action research consisting of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data analysis in this study was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The analysis results found an increase in students' speaking ability at each meeting. It had proved that students' speaking ability in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects increased with the application of the storytelling learning model.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application and analysis of student's critical thinking skills in learning that used a jigsaw cooperative model with monopoly game media. The study used classroom action research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model with monopoly game media was applied in several stages, namely group formation, rolling dice in turns, followed by transaction activities in the form of a combination of answering questions, renting, selling, and buying assets until finally one of the students became an absolute rich person called a monopolist. The student's critical thinking ability before taking action measured through the pretest. It showed that the percentage of completeness obtained by students was 65.6 percent with a minimum completeness criterion of 75. The student's critical thinking ability after the action in cycle I showed that there was a change in the percentage of completeness obtained by students of 66.67 percent of the pretest results to 76.67 percent of the post-test results. In the second cycle, there was a change of 76.67 percent from the pretest results to 90 percent from the post-test results, thus student's critical thinking skills in learning that used a jigsaw cooperative model with monopoly game media increased by 10 percent in cycles I and 13.33 percent in cycle II.
