Abstract

Playing for childreen is not only playing something like adult seen. But also   exploring his or her surround, knowing each others. Playing for children could he a good time for parent to transform a good value. Refer to what Rasulullah said, "if you have child you must be child (but not be childish) It means, we must be playing together with our children, make them happy. Today, we see many parents want their children to take a short course like English Course, dance, model, singing etc. if we ask them, what purpose all of their children's activity. They make rationalization that all of their children's activity is for their children's future, it is rights or it's just a ticket for parent to get into one community. It is coercion to child. We must give our children time for playing, whatever he or she does. It is better for them than force them to take a course, while he or she does not need it.Key word: Playing, Child rearing

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian kabupaten Bantaeng. 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian kabupaten Bantaeng. 4) Untuk menganalisis Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi, INformatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng.            Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng.Metode yang di gunakan adalah Survey lapangan dengan kuisener sbagai instrument pendukung. Penelitian ini dapat di golongkan sebagai penelitian populasi karena seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, dimana seluruh populasi akan dijadikan responden Data dianalisis dengan Regresi Linear Berganda.            Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) secara bersama-sama, tiga faktor atau variabel yang menjadi analisis penelitian yaitu faktor Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh bermakna dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, Statistik dan Persandian Kabupaten Bantaeng. Dari ketiga faktor tersebut, faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya adalah Kompetensi, kemudian di susul oleh Pelatihan di posisi kedua, dan terakhir adalah motivasi.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, motivasi, Pelatihan dan Kinerja Pegawai AbstractThis study aims to: 1) To analyze the influence of competence on the performance of the office of communications, informatics, Statistics and endcryption of bantaeng regency 2) To analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of the office of communications, informatics, Statistics and endcryption of bantaeng regency 3) To analyze the effect of training on the performance of the office of communications, informatics, Statistics and endcryption of bantaeng regency 4) To analyze the dominant variable affecting the performance personnel communications, informatics, Statistics and endcryption of bantaeng regency.This research was conducted at the office of communications, informatics, Statistics and endcryption of Bantaeng regency.The method used is field survey with questionnaire as supporting instrument. This study can be classifield as a population study because the entire population is made a respondent. The method used is the census method, where the entire  population will be used as respondents data is analized by multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that 1) simultaneously, the three factors or variables that become the research analysis of factors competence, motivation, and training, has a significant and significant influence on employee performance on the office of communications, informatics, statistics and endcryption of bantaeng regency, 2) Individually or partially, that the factors of  competence, motivation, and training, have a significant or significant influence on employee performance at the office  of communications, informatics, statistics and endcryption and bantaeng district administration. Of the three factors , the most dominant factors of influence is competence, followed by training in second position, and last is motivationKeywords : Competence, Motivation, Training and employee Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya masalah seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan jumlah bank syariah dan jumlah aset dari bank syariah tersebut. yaitu pembiayaan mayoritas disalurkan pada debt financing yaitu sebesar 70,93% dengan komposisi murabahah 66.42%;lainnya 4,51%, sedangkan pembiayaan bagi hasil (equity financing) hanya sebesar 29,07% dengan komposisi mudharabah 18,05%;musyarakah 11,02%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh tingkat debt financing dan equity financing secara bersama - sama (simultan) profit expense ratio bank syariah. Dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh tingkat debt financing dan equity financing secara parsial terhadap profit expense ratio bank syariah.Dalam penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki yang kemudian di analisis.Jumlah dana pihak ketiga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap nisbah bagi hasil yang diberikan bank Muamalat Capem Bone kepada nasabahnya dengan arah negatif. Pengaruh yang negatif berarti bahwa peningkatan (penurunan) jumlah dana pihak ketiga akan menyebabkan penurunan (peningkatan) nisbah bagi hasil yang diberikan bank Muamalat Capem Bone kepada nasabahnya. Kenaikan jumlah dana pihak ketiga menyebabkan penurunan nisbah bagi hasil yang diberikan Bank Muamalat Capem Bone kepada nasabahnya.

Abstract

The main problems studied focus on how to implement demonstration and role play methods, learning outcomes of moral aspects and supporting factors and The barrier aims to determine the process of implementing the Demonstration and Role Playing method from beginning to end and to describe the moral aspects of students after its implementation. As a complement to this thesis, the author uses this type of classroom action research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research on problem disclosure as there is data analysis using field research, observation, interviews, and documentation using data analysis, namely, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions (verification). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic Education learning in the method of demonstration and role playing, is well executed, effective and efficient, fun and exhilarating. Positive impact for students on learning. Students prefer the learning process of the group discussion method. Group discussions provide a lot of different knowledge and knowledge according to the opinions of each group member from various references. Aspects of Moral personality, discipline, responsibility and empathy that exist in students need to be developed in UPT SMA Negeri 2 Sidrap. Each group member has good character so that it is maintained to improve the learning process to be carried out properly, effectively and efficiently. The morals possessed by each student have an assessment both in the relationship of the school environment and individuals. Have a good social, get a value or award so that it is maintained / improved.

Abstract

Seeking the truth, for Javanese people, is not solely based on rational consideration. In many cases, this is also correlated with spiritual one, and even, to some extent, the previ- ous is undermined by the latter. This situation poses Javanese people on a cross-road between religion and culture, and for them it is the best way to practice both. Abstract

This research proposes to evaluate a correlation between same-aged friendship interactionand inter-personal competence of students. The population are all students of theFaculty of Psychology and Social and Cultural Science of the Universitas Islam Indonesia.Samples are 25 percent of the population, 315 students, taken through the stratified proportionalrandom. Using a product moment correlation analysis of Pearson, it is revealedthat the value of the correlation between the same-aged interaction and inter-personalcompetence is 0.457 (p=0.000). This shows a significant correlation between these variables.Keywords: same-age friendship, interpersonal competence, correlation.
