Abstract

Audit bertujuan untuk meyakinkan kembali bahwa laporan keuangan yang dimiliki suatu entitas telah disusun melalui prinsip dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku dalam hal ini termasuk pertanggungjawaban penyelenggaran penerimaan dan pengeluaran keuangan pada rumah ibadah yang merupakan entitas yang masuk dalam kategori entitas nonlaba. Dalam audit laporan keuangan akan dipastikan kembali bahwa suatu entitas telah melaporkan jumlah keuangan sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya pada tanggal pelaporan yang dicantumkan. Dari hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat sebelumnya telah dilakukan pendampingan penyusunan laporan keuangan untuk rumah ibadah dan tatacara Publikasi Laporan Keuangan Masjid melalui Website. Tahap selanjutnya adalah dengan adanya keinginan dan permintaan dari mitra sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban pengurus DKM kepada umat untuk memberikan keyakinan kesesuaian laporan keuangan yang disusun dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, maka pengurus masjid memerlukan opini dari pihak yang independent yaitu auditor. Pada program pengabdian ini merupakan program pengabdian lanjutan, pada pelaksanaannya diberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan bagi para pengurus masjid / Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid untuk dapat mempersiapkan dalam menghadapi audit yang dilaksakanan sesuai dengan prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh auditor sehingga opini audit diharapkan dapat diperoleh wajar tanpa pengecualian oleh masjid Nurul Masyriq ini. Namun yang paling sesuai setelah berkonsultasi dengan KAP maka yang digunakan adalah SJT 4400: perikatan untuk melakukan prosedur yang disepakati atas informasi keuangan, sehingga hasil akhir Laporan perikatan ini memberikan petunjuk secara jelas bahwa laporan keuangan ditujukan kepada pihak-pihak yang ditentukan yang memberikan manfaat.

Abstract

The development of education in Indonesia, which continues to make progress, is evidenced by the growing number of universities and competitors among others. This study aims to map universities with slices of kemenristekdikti, Webometrics, and QS World Star rankings based on brand equity. This research uses quantitative method with a survey to 386 respondents who know the existence of Telkom University, Binus University, Islamic University of Indonesia, and Muhammdiyah University of Yogyakarta who are or have studied higher education. This is a type of descriptive research with multidimensional scalling analysis techniques. The results showed that Telkom University, Binus University, Islamic University of Indonesia, and Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta are in the same quadrant with close proximity, meaning that the competition between the four is high. Furthermore, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta has superior value compared to its competitors based on brand equity. Each college continues to increase its brand equity so as to increase its competitive advantage.

Abstract

Regional head election system was change in 2015. It has impact on political marketing strategy to all stake holders, such as political party and candidatures.The purposes of this research is to analyzeashifting ofpolitical marketing issueson regional election 2015. The research approach uses the mix method with the type of sequential explanatory. The subjects of this research are the candidates, election successful teams or supporting team, and young voters. Location of research based on cluster system district and sub district in Bandung, Cianjur, Magelang, Sleman, and Medan. The data are collected through techniques of questionnaires to young voters; interview to candidates, election successful teams and young voters, as well as the documentation of media and data on Regional General Elections Commission (KPUD). There are also triangular data techniqueinterviews with the General Elections Commission (KPU), the community and supporting team, and documentation and questionnaire form. The result shows that the system of political marketing has already started shifting from product, promotion, price, place, and people known as the 5Ps from mostly dominated by Political Partyinto the role of PEOPLE as candidature in influensing the voters. The Result also tells that shifting from using convetional media into almost using digital media was powerfull.

Abstract

The growth of delivery services sector in Indonesia continues to grow every year. JNE Express and J&T Express are two major delivery services companies in Indonesia. To be able to survive in the intense competition of delivery service companies, companies need to implement the best service quality to consumers. Delivery services that have good service quality will certainly be more attract to consumers. This study is a comparative analysis which aims to describe the differences in service quality of JNE Express and J&T Express. The data in this study used primary data collected through questionnaires to 400 respondents. Research instrument used is five dimensions of service quality based on SERVQUAL Model and used Mann Whitney U-Test for data analysis technique. The results of descriptive analysis shows that service quality of J&T Express gets higher average than JNE Express. Based on the results of Mann Whitney U-Test shows that there are differences in reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions. But, there are no difference in tangible and empathy dimensions. It can be concluded that there are differences in the service quality of JNE Express and J&T Express delivery service in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode kuantitatif adalah metode dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para generasi muda yang memiliki usaha dan berdomisili di Kota Bandung dan dipilih secara acak berjumlah sebanyak 402 responden dengan metode nonprobability sampling purposive. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Faktor Eksploratori. (EFA). Bermula dari 12 faktor yang diadopsi dari 4 penelitian terdahulu, setelah melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan EFA, lalu didapatlah hasil penelitian dan analisa yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa terdapat sepuluh faktor yang membentuk minat berwirausaha para generasi muda, yaitu Faktor Internal, Self Efficacy, Ekspektasi Pendapatan, Pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga, Kebebasan Bekerja, Networking, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Potential Skill Enterpreneurship, Socio Demografi, dan Faktor Kontekstual.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh dari masing-masing faktor Kesadaran Lingkungan, Pengetahuan dan Sikap Lingkungan terhadap Minat Beli produk kosmetik ramah lingkungan di Indonesia. sebanyak 385 responden yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan menggunakan Program Software AMOS versi 22. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran lingkungan (Environmental Consciousness), Pengetahuan Lingkungan (Environmental Knowledge), dan Sikap Lingkungan (Environmental Attitude) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Produk Kosmetik Ramah Lingkungan Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Ge; 92% di Negara Indonesia.

Abstract

For people who don't have much free time to shop, they can use e-commerce. because with e-commerce we can do it online, where shopping activities can be done without having to come directly to the store. The purpose of this study is to determine consumer preferences in choosing E-Commerce in Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method and data collection by questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 451 people using the non-probability sampling method. The questionnaire items were 18 statements and the measuring instrument used was a Likert scale. The analysis technique in this study is conjoint analysis. The results of this study indicate that the highest utility value is at the transfer rate is 0.170, the attribute that has the highest importance value is the speed of the delivery attribute is 20,253, and consumers such as E-Commerce use the transfer payment method, shipping costs based on total weight product, 2-4 days delivery speed, has a product warranty that can be exchanged for the same product or product at the same price, website privacy security using a data security system, products sold according to the description given, and website appearance with a design interesting website.

Abstract

Beauty e-commerce often holds promos for people to purchase impulsively. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors can influence impulse buying on beauty e-commerce in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods, with the population are consumers who have purchased at beauty e-commerce. The number of respondents was 385 people who domiciles in big cities, small cities and metropolitan cities. The multivariate technique used exploratory factor analysis. The results show that there were ten new factors formed in impulsive purchases in beauty e-commerce, namely ease and organized, product trend, customer service, promo, pleasure, attraction, limited time, brand, shopping motivation, and recommendation factor. The most dominant factor among those new factors is ease and organized.

Abstract

. Political marketing in the 2019 presidential election is one of the main factors of Indonesian democracy. The brand personality of the 2019 presidential candidates became an important point in the victory of the 2019 presidential election. The millennial generation is part of the target of novice voters. Previous research has carried out mapping and analysis of political marketing in the 2014 presidential election, 2014 legislative elections, and the 2015 regional elections where in each election there were differences in emphasis in political marketing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the uniqueness of political marketing in the 2019 presidential election compared to previous political marketing. This research approach uses quantitative research with descriptive methods with statistical descriptive data analysis. The population of this research is novice voters in West Java. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 100% of beginner voters use digital media to find out presidential candidates and 80% to add to their basic political knowledge. However, the presidential election decision based on the media only reached 57.6%.Keywords: Political Marketing, Political Participation, Political Education, Beginner Voters, Presidential ElectionsMarketing politik dalam pemilihan Presiden Tahun 2019 menjadi salah faktor utama demokrasi Indonesia. Brand personality dari kandidat calon presiden 2019 menjadi poin penting dalam kemenangan pemilihan presiden 2019. Generasi milenial adalah bagian dari target pemilih pemula. Penelitian sebelumnya telah  dilakukan pemetaan dan analisis marketing politik pada pemilihan presiden 2014, pemilihan legislatif 2014, dan pemilihan kepala daerah 2015 di mana dari setiap pemilihan terjadi perbedaan penekanan dalam marketing politik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis keunikan marketing politik pemilihan presiden tahun 2019 dibanding marketing politik sebelumnya. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data deskriptif statistik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemilih pemula di Jawa Barat. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan total sampel 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% pemilih pemula menggunakan media digital untuk mengetahui calon presiden dan 80% untuk menambah pengetahuan dasar politik. Namun, keputusan pemilihan presiden berdasarkan media hanya mencapai 57.6%.Kata Kunci: Marketing Politik, Partisipasi Politik, Pendidikan Politik, Pemilih Pemula, Pemilihan Presiden

Abstract

Saat ini perkembangan dunia digital yang semakin pesat akan berpengaruh terhadap pemasaran yang juga terus berkembang, dari konsep pemasaran konvensional menuju konsep pemasaran modern yaitu melalui media digital, salah satunya dengan iklan bertemakan web series. Variabel yang ada pada penelitian ini meliputi empat dimensi dari EPIC Model yaitu Empathy, Persuation, Impact, dan Communication. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 400 responden iklan web series berjudul SORE – Istri dari Masa Depan, Mengakhiri Cinta dalam 3 Episode dan LINE – Nic and Mar. Skor rata-rata yang didapat dari responden atas pernyataan yang mengukur dimensi empathy sebesar 3,9. Untuk dimensi persuation hasil rata-rata yang didapat adalah 3,77. Dimensi impact menghasilkan 4,01. Dan untuk dimensi communication adalah 4,07. Sehingga hasil dari EPIC Rate atau rata-rata secara keseluruhan adalah 3,99 dari skala maksimum di setiap dimensi adalah 5. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ada, menunjukkan bahwa iklan web series di youtube dinilai efektif.
