Abstract

Abstract: Research on learning strategy of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) has been done in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study is to improve learning achievement of learners on the subject of acidic and alkaline solutions in kelasi XI IPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The research type is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest. The sample of the study consisted of 2 classes, class XI IPA2 as the experimental class and class XI IPA5 as the control class selected randomly after homogeneity test. The experimental class applied POGIL learning strategy while control class was not applied POGIL learning strategy. Technical analysis of data used is t test. based on the test data analysis obtained t count> ttable is 1.92> 1.66, meaning the application of learning strategies POGIL can improve student learning achievement on the subject of acidic and alkaline solutions in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with the category of improvement achievement (N -Gain) which is 7.9 high.Keywords : Learning Achievement, POGIL Learning Strategy, Acid and Base Solution

Abstract

Abstract : Research on the implementation of REACT strategy aims for improve learning achievement on reaction rate material and knowing kategori of learning achievement improvement of learners in class X I SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru After given the tests of normality and homogeneity The sample of research consisted two class, obtained the students of class XI IPA2 as the experimental class and the students of class XI IPA4 as the control class. They were randomly determined. The Experimental class is a class which was given a treatment by applying REACT strategy, includes five steps Relating, Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, and Transferring. This research used experiment with design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The data were analyzed by using t-test. Based on the result of data analysis, it obtained tscore > ttable (5,68 > 1,67), meaning the implementation of the REACT strategy can improve student learning achievement there is material rate reaction in class X I MIA SMA Negeri 11 Pekanbaru. The improvement category in learning achievement on the material rate reactions in the experimental class include high category with normalized N- gain of 0.71 .Keywords: Strategy REACT , Learning Achievement, Rate Reaction

Abstract

Abstract : The research about implementation to improve student learning achievement on the subject chemical equilibrium at the class XI MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The research was a form of experimental research with the design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The sample consists of two classes, class XI MIA 5 as the experimental class and class XI MIA 3 as the control class is determined randomly after normality test and homogeneity test. Experimental class was implied of learning model cooperative POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) while the control class didn’t imply learning model cooperative POE (Predict, Observe, Explain). Data analysis technique used is the t-test. Based on the results of data processing obtained tcount > ttable is 3,38 > 2,00, its means that the implementation of learning model cooperative POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) can improve students learning achievement on the subject chemical equilibrium at the class XI MIA SMA Muhammadiyah 1 pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of research are to know the improvement of student learning outcomes by implementing problem posing learning model on the subject of chemical bonds in class X MIPA SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.. This research is experimental research using Design Randomized Control Group Pretest-Posttest. The population in the research consist of 4 class, that is X MIPA 1, X MIPA 2, X MIPA 3 and X MIPA 4. The research sample consisted two class, class X MIPA 4 as experiment class and class X MIPA 2 as control class that has tested by normality test using Liliefors test and homogeneity test using equality of two average test. Hypothesis was done by using test-t right side to choiced the improvement category of student achievement. Research result shown that the implementation of problem posing learning model can improve student learning outcomes on the chemical bonds subject where tarithmetic = 2,07 > ttable = 1,67.Key Words: Learning Model Problem Posing, Learning Outcomes, Chemical Bonds

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop PQ4R-based LKPD in high school chemistry learning subject to valid chemical bonds based on aspects of content eligibility, PQ4R characteristics, linguistic, presentation and graphic as well as knowing user responses to LKPD. This type of research is development research with the development process referring to the development of the Plomp model. Consists of the initial investigation, design, realization / construction, test, evaluation and revision, and implementation phases. However, this research is limited only to the test, evaluation and revision phases because the purpose of this study is to develop the product and determine the user's response. The object of this research is PQ4R-based LKPD. Data collection instruments are validation sheets and user responses. The results of the data analysis obtained validity on the aspects of content eligibility, PQ4R characteristics, linguistic, presentation and graphic characteristics, respectively; 97.62%, 95.24%, 91.67%, 95.24%, and 91.67% with valid categories. Trial of user responses by teachers and students in a row; 95.83% and 91.63%, so the LKPD that has been developed is suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was the development of a chemoentrepreneurship based student worksheet (LKM) to increase the entrepreneurial interest in chemistry teacher candidates. The sample of this study was 115 students of the Department of Chemistry at the University of Riau and the State Islamic University (UIN) Sultan Syarif Kasim in the 6th semester of the 2019 academic year. The results obtained at the validation stage of MFI development were 95% with the valid category. The results of the small-scale test on the one-one test obtained an average percentage of 84.80% which was included in the very practical category. Furthermore, the lecturer response obtained an average percentage of assessment of 90.40% with the LKM category being well used in the learning process. The results of the small-scale trial assessment obtained an average percentage of the assessment of 85.16% which falls into the very practical category. The results of large-scale student assessments after using the LKM developed through filling out the student response questionnaires obtained an average score percentage of 80.63% with the practical category. The results of the increase in the entrepreneurial interest of UR students as a whole were 80.61, including the high category, and the results of the UIN students' interest in entrepreneurship as a whole were 81.64 including the very high category.
