Abstract

The development of instructional tool is based on not availability of material resources for applyingcompetency based curriculum proferly. In this research, it has been developed chemistry lesson tools, such asPeriodical system and Atomic Structure for Portofolio learning´s Model. Instructional tools validator iscarried out by validator who has knowledgeable/ experts on instructional models and chemistry lesson,whileous to over viewed/ observed the effectivity and runny well of instructional tools. It has beenimplemented all activities in class experiment. The instructional tools developed sylaby, insructional plan,student activity sheets, Evaluation sheets. The development instructional tools is based on Thiagarajan´sDesign, sammel and Sammel (1974). The model consists 4 stages and is well know as four-D Models. Theimplementation of chemical instructional tools has breen running in class with classroom action researchwhile subjeck orf this research is MAN 2 Pekanbaru. The result of research conclusison is instructional tools,Validation and implemantation in class shows the instructional tools of portofolio model is valid, practicaland effective to support competency based curriculum in learning process.Key word : Model Pembelajaran Portofolio, Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi

Abstract

Abstract: Research on learning strategy of Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) has been done in SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The purpose of the study is to improve learning achievement of learners on the subject of acidic and alkaline solutions in kelasi XI IPA SMAN 2 Pekanbaru. The research type is experimental research with randomized control group pretest-posttest. The sample of the study consisted of 2 classes, class XI IPA2 as the experimental class and class XI IPA5 as the control class selected randomly after homogeneity test. The experimental class applied POGIL learning strategy while control class was not applied POGIL learning strategy. Technical analysis of data used is t test. based on the test data analysis obtained t count> ttable is 1.92> 1.66, meaning the application of learning strategies POGIL can improve student learning achievement on the subject of acidic and alkaline solutions in class XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with the category of improvement achievement (N -Gain) which is 7.9 high.Keywords : Learning Achievement, POGIL Learning Strategy, Acid and Base Solution

Abstract

Abstract: The research subjects of science chemistry teaching of SMP / MTs are based on curriculum 2013. The object of this research is the science syllabus of SMP / MTs curriculum 2013. The research method used is descriptive, qualitative. This research uses Philip Mayring's analysis model starting from the research question stage, category determination or analysis center, step by step formulation of main category to sub category, revision of result of analysis (validation) and interpretation of result. The data collection instrument is a validation questionnaire given to 3 (three) validators, 2 lecturers of FKIP UR chemistry and 1 teacher of Raudatussalam Rambah School. Research shows that the results of the validation of the results of the analysis sheet amounted to 84.75% and are in a valid category. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that the subject matter of SMP / MTs chemistry is valid or in accordance with the curriculum 2013.Keywords: Analysis of teaching materials, Philip Mayring analysis model, Curriculum 2013, subject matter of SMP / MTs

Abstract

Abstrak: The objective of this research was to develop the student’s activity paper on the subject of ionic equilibrium and ph of the buffer. The type of this research was reserach and development (R & D) with the 4-D development model which include Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research was to develop phase and be continue with a definite tryout. This research was conducted in FKIP Riau University. The object of this research was the students’ activity paper based on the problem solving. The data analysis technique used for this research was descriptive statistic descriptive. The descriptive analysis done by calculated the percentage of validation value. The average score of valuation to five expediency aspect of student’s activity sheet by validator’s team, such as the content properness, the criteria of problem solving, the language properness, course and the graphical has expediency value continued is 92%, 98%, 90, 90%, and 90%. Thus, the average score totality of student’s activity paper based on the problem solving subject of Ionic Equilibrium and pH of the Buffer is 92% which is in very valid criteria, means that the LKPD Developed is proper to be use. Whereas percentage response of teacher and student is 82,3% and 81% to LKPD with very practical and very interesting.Key Words: Student Activity Sheet, Problem Solving, and Ionic Equilibrium and pH of the Buffer.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian penerapan model pembelajaran prolem based learning bertujuan untuk mencapai ketuntasan belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan kesetimbangan kimia di kelas XI IPA SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen dengan desain One Shotstudy Case. Waktu pengambilan data dari tanggal 18 November sampai 28 November 2014. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan pertimbangan dari 5 kelas IPA, diperoleh kelas MIA 5. Teknik analisis data menggunakan perhitungan persentasi ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Hasil akhir dari penelitian didapatkan ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa sebesar 93,55%, artinya penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan kesetimbangan kimia di kelas XI MIA SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract : Research implementation of cooperative learning model of active knowledge sharing aims to achieve mastery learning students on the subject of the reaction rate in class XI state senior high school 1 Gunung toar. his study uses a case study desihn one shot-study case. Time date retrieval from the  1st of November  to 17 november 2014. The population is class XI science senior high school 1 gunung toar which consists of one class. The sample is total sample consisting of 1 class. Date were  analyzed using classical learning completeness percentage calculation. Data retrieval technique is a  technique test. Results of the research showed classical learning completeness 89,29% student attitudes 100% and skills of the students  major domains 100%. Concluded that the implementation  of cooperative learning model of active knowledge  sharing can  achieve  mastery  learning students on the subject of the rate of reaction in class XI state senior high school 1 gunung toar Regency kuantan singingi. Abstract

The objective of this research is to develop instructionalmedia assisted by computer which is valid, practical, and effective toinstructional high school chemistry at Atomic Structure and ChemicalBonding subject. The method of this research is developmentresearch. The research is held for two years and consist of 4 stages,define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research in the firstyear is as far as the development stage. Research data were collectedthrough assessment form filled by the validator. The result showedthat instructional media assisted by computer which is developed forhigh school chemistry lesson at Atomic Structure and ChemicalBonding subject meeting the valid criteria in terms of content andconstruction.

Abstract

ABSTRAK : Penelitian tentang penerapan model pembelajaran kartu arisan telah dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi sederhana di kelas X SMATri Bhakti Pekanbaru. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X IPA 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X IPA 1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang ditentukan secara acak setelah dilakukan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Model pembelajaran kartu arisan diterapkan dikelas X IPA 2. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data akhir menggunakan rumus uji-t diperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,79 > 1,67 artinya pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kartu arisan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada pokok bahasan tata nama senyawa dan persamaan reaksi sederhana di kelas X SMATri Bhakti Pekanbaru siswa sebesar 11,8%.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Kartu Arisan Prestasi Belajar, Tata Nama Senyawa dan Persamaan Reaksi Sederhana

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research was to develop the students’ activity paper in chemistry lesson subject thermochemical. The type of this research was reserach and development (R & D) with the development model 4-D. This Reseach was conducted in FKIP UR. The object of this research was the students’ activity paper based on problem solving. The data analysis technique used for this research was descriptive statistic descriptive. The descriptive analysis done by calculated the percentage of validation value. The validation done with the four aspect, such as the content properness aspect with the average score is 93,12%, the language properness with the average score is 95%, course with the average score is 86,25% and the graphical with the average score is 85,93%. Based on the result of the validator, the writer obtained the average score 90,07% which is in valid criteria, means that the development of students’ activity paper based problem solving in chemistry lesson subject thermochemical is proper to be use.Key words: Students’ activity paper, Problem Solving, Thermochemical

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil diskusi antara tim pengajar Kimia Dasar  Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Jurusan PMIPA FKIP Universitas Riau, diketahui bahwa kompleksnya permasalahan pada pembelajaran Kimia Dasar. Permasalahan utamanya adalah rendahnya kemampuan berfikir dan penguasaan materi mahasiswa, oleh karena itu melalui penelitian ini ingin mencoba menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan penelitian tindakan kelas. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik probing telah memberikan keseuntungan untuk memecahkan permasalahan seperti yang dihadapi  pada pembelajaran Kimia Dasar, oleh karena itu teknik probing digunakan pada mata kuliah ini. Desain penelitian yang digunakan model spiral yang dikemukakan oleh Lewin, yang terdiri dari empat langkah  yaitu, perencanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan tindakan, melakukan pengamatan (observasi), dan analisis efektifitas tindakan (refleksi). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknik probing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir dan penguasaan materi mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Kimia Dasar I.
