Abstract

Intrapreneurship has been acknowledged in literature and practice as a vital element of economic and organizational growth, success and competitiveness and can be considered as a unique competitive advantage. The purpose of the paper is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the concept of intrapreneurship. Concluding, the paper suggests directions for future research.

Abstract

This study  intent to search several variables’ effect which is probably able to rise loyalty and firm performance. The study used several customer of WAN HAI Ltd in Midle of Java as sample. Data analyze instrument used by the writer is AMOS 4. Data analyze result shows that the research model has well appropriateness and all hypothesis of the study are able to be evidenced. Summary said that satisfaction, reputation, price, are positively effected to loyalty, and  loyalty are positively effected to firms performance. Result of research proves that satisfaction, reputation, and price has positive influence and significant to loyalty. Loyalty has positive influence and signifaicant to firm performance. Managerial implication given to the company is suggestion or input to management to concern the price factors, as it is the most dominant factor effected to loyalty. The research’s limitation is that it is case study so that the result is not able to be generalized

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine empirically the correlation between loyalty to salesperson and loyalty to the store. The subjects of this research were 98 customer of Distro, taken from population using purposive sampling technique. Data analyze instrument used by the writer is SPSS 17. Data analyze result shows that the research model has well appropriateness and all hypothesis of the study are able to be evidenced. Summary said that loyalty to salesperson, and loyalty to the store are positively effected to word of mouth behavior. Based on the result of the study, managerial implication given to the company is suggestion or input to management to give more concern at the loyalty to the store, as it is the most dominant factor effected to word of mouth.   Keywords: word of mouth, loyalty to salesperson, loyalty to the store

Abstract

The dynamics of business competition is very strict demands that businesses must have a good marketing performance to be able to compete with competitors. One strategy that can be used by businesses to improve marketing performance. Marketing a good performance will facilitate the success of a business, in this case the performance marketing is seen as the spearhead of success in achieving corporate goals for future. The purpose of this research is done in order to investigate the variable product innovativeness, towards differentiation advantage and cost advantage to improve the marketing performance of SMEs in Semarang. This data research using questionnaires. The sampling technique is to use probability sampling, with one of the methods used is purposive sampling.

Abstract

The development of technology had a great impact on the company in introducing or marketing their products to consumers, marketing has become the world's interest. They market of goods, services, property, people, places, events, information, ideas, and organizations. In order to maintain its position in the eyes of consumers, marketers strive to create an ideas and innovation that can attract the interest of market participants. The purpose of this research is done in order to examine the information of variable quality, assurance and responsiveness to the quality of relationships that affect consumer promotions lazada mouth to mouth in Semarang. This data research using questionnaires with a sample of 148 respondents in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique is to use probability sampling, with one of the methods used is purposive sampling. The data obtained and analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS application 21. The results of this study are: (1) the quality of information, assurance and responsiveness positive and significant impact on the quality of the relationship. (2) the quality of information, assurance, responsiveness and quality of the relationship positive and significant effect on word of mouth.
