Abstract

In this rapidly evolving period, notably the digital era, technology is critical. The globe is presently living in the technological era, sometimes known as the "Industrial Revolution 4.0." This state is characterized by the widespread use of digital machines and the internet, which has resulted in quick and substantial changes in many aspects of human existence, making it simpler for humans to perform numerous tasks. The digital transformation age is part of a more robust technology, which is a shift in how digital technology is applied to many elements of life in society. Artificial intelligence is a field of study that looks at ways to make computers behave like humans. In order to advance science, technology, and art in Indonesia, an artificial intelligence system framework is required. The goal of this research is to explain the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) paradigm in the context of artificial intelligence development. This framework is intended to serve as a model for implementing intelligence systems in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect after transaction failure and after failure recovery on the transaction experience, the effect after transaction failure and recovery from transaction failure using digital wallets on user satisfaction, especially in the millennial generation. The population of this study is all digital wallet users in the DKI Jakarta province with a total sample of 94 digital wallet users. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with the criteria of digital wallet users who have made transactions for at least 1 year, this is intended so that these respondents already have transaction experience and are at least 17 years old. Meanwhile, the data processing used Structural Equation Modeling analysis software Lisrel. The results showed: (1) Transaction failure affects the transaction experience of digital wallet users; (2) Transaction failure recovery will affect the transaction experience of digital wallet users; (3) Transaction experience affects the satisfaction of digital wallet users; (4) Transaction failure has no effect on digital wallet user satisfaction; (5) Transaction failure recovery affects the satisfaction of digital wallet users. The novelty of this research is transaction failure has no effect on digital wallet user satisfaction. In addition, the benefits that are felt are far greater than the failures that are experienced, especially when recovery from failure is carried out quickly and precisely.

Abstract

This research looks at the influence of human resource competence and innovation on small and medium-sized micro-enterprises. The study uses a quantitative approach by testing hypotheses using statistics. Calculations are done based on statistical formulas with the help of the Smart PLS 2.0M3 application. The study uses a survey method, i.e., collects data from specific natural locations, but the researchers implement treatments in data collection by distributing tables, questions, structured tests, and interviews. The sample for the study was 65 respondents. The results of this study are: (1) The influence of market orientation on human resource competence has a positive and significant value. It is seen from the relationship between variables of 63,534 > 1.96. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between market orientation towards MSME innovation, it is seen from the relationship between variables 4,145 > 1.96. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between human resource competencies on MSME innovation. This is evident from the relationship results between variables 15,149 > 1.96. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between market orientation and human resource competence on MSME innovation. This is seen from the relationship results between variables of 78,683 > 1.96.

Abstract

PT. Surya Baja Pipa Indonesia (SBPI) is a manufacturing company that produces hollow and pipe from rolled iron plate. The production data showed that during January up to October 2021 there were still defects products with the percentage greater than 5%, the specified tolerance limit for defects. In order to maintain quality and increase production efficiency, PT. SBPI strives to reduce the defect rate. This study aims to reduce the level of defect by using Statistical Process Control methods and the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method to analyze the level of the worst defects by finding the highest damage value Risk Priority Number (RPN). Histogram showed that the biggest defect occurs in welding (7,51%). Analysis using Fishbone diagram found that the welding defect mostly occur due to human factor/workers, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. The result of FMEA method analysis showed machine setting had the highest RPN and became the first priority to solve. It happened because there is no SOP yet that contains definite engine parameters, such as engine speed and voltage. Based on these results, this study suggests companies to prepare SOPs to be a guide for operators at work.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Third-Party Funds, Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Return on Assets on Credit Distribution. As well as the role of ROA which becomes mediation in PT. XYZ. This study uses samples in the form of publication balance sheet reports from PT. XYZ in the period 2019-2021. This research is a quantitative research using SEM PLS techniques through the help of smart pls 3.0 software. The results of the study found that DPK significantly affects PK, with a statistical T value of 6,556 > 1.96 and the original sample of -0.773. The absence of influence of NPL on PK due to its statistical T value of 0.868 < 1.96 and the original sample of -0.146 has a negative relationship to credit distribution. ROA has no direct influence on PK with a statistical T value of 0.006 < 1.96 and the original sample of -0.002 has a negative relationship meaning to PK. DPK had a significant negative influence on ROA with a statistical T value of 2,966 > 1.96 and the original sample of -0.657 having a negative relationship direction. There is no effect of NPL on ROA with a Statistical T value of 0.205 < 1.96 and the original sample of 0.056 has a positive relationship to ROA. NPL has no influence over PK through ROA mediation with its Statistical T value of 0.001<1.96.

Abstract

Abstract

The existence of digital and online-based technologies has aided in societal upheaval. This also altered the dynamics of the education industry, allowing it to influence the growth of digitalization, which became a watershed moment in the Industrial Revolution. 4.0. Because today's learning material is relatively accessible to get through Video On Demand on the internet, the presence of formal education is beginning to gain popularity. Although, with the advent of the virtual learning paradigm, more and more institutions are providing informal education. Take advantage of this chance to give informal education for new business prospects. The researchers discovered, using Mediamorfosis Theory, that the convergence of informal education has modified the pattern of learning that is connected to technical skill for audiences who have a high level of education.
