Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine a comparative study of furniture business income before and after the covid-19 pandemic in Palopo City. The subject of this research is furniture in Palopo City. The population in this study was all furniture in Palopo City, the sample in this study was 11 furniture. This research was conducted in Palopo City. This research uses a case study method or approach. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by taking primary and secondary data related to furniture business income before and after the covid-19 pandemic at the research site. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that most of the furniture business income before and after the covid-19 pandemic in Palopo City experienced a decline in income during this covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Abstrak Penegakan Perda adalah unsur utama sebagai pelaksanaan di lapangan. Kewenangan tersebut diemban oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) yang mempunyai tugas membantu Kepala Daerah untuk menciptakan suatu kondisi daerah yang tentram, tertib, dan teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan gender terhadap kinerja pegawai di satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu expost facto. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu, peneliti mengambil sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Gender berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Lingkungan kerja dan gender berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Alangkah lebih baik lagi apabila ditingkatkan dengan cara lebih memperhatikan lingkungan kerja, baik lingkungan kerja fisik maupun lingkungan kerja non fisik di tempat kerja. Dengan demikian, kinerja pegawai tentunya akan mengalami peningkatan yang efektif. The authority is carried out by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) which has the task of assisting the Regional Head to create a peaceful, orderly, and orderly regional condition. This study aims to: determine the effect of work environment and gender on employee performance in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police unit. The research design used is expost facto. The population selected in the study were all employees in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit, researchers took samples using sampling techniques, namely saturated sampling (census). The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. Gender has a significant effect on employee performance in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. The work environment and gender simultaneously affect employee performance in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. It would be better if it is improved by paying more attention to the work environment, both the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment in the workplace. Thus, employee performance will certainly experience an effective increase. Keywords: Work environment, gender, performance
