<![CDATA[Abstrak Penegakan Perda adalah unsur utama sebagai pelaksanaan di lapangan. Kewenangan tersebut diemban oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) yang mempunyai tugas membantu Kepala Daerah untuk menciptakan suatu kondisi daerah yang tentram, tertib, dan teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan gender terhadap kinerja pegawai di satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu expost facto. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian adalah semua pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu, peneliti mengambil sampel dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Gender berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Lingkungan kerja dan gender berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Luwu. Alangkah lebih baik lagi apabila ditingkatkan dengan cara lebih memperhatikan lingkungan kerja, baik lingkungan kerja fisik maupun lingkungan kerja non fisik di tempat kerja. Dengan demikian, kinerja pegawai tentunya akan mengalami peningkatan yang efektif. Gender has a significant effect on employee performance in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. The work environment and gender simultaneously affect employee performance in the Luwu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. It would be better if it is improved by paying more attention to the work environment, both the physical work environment and the non-physical work environment in the workplace.
