Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and spiritual intelligence on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, was conducted on organic employees at PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero),, with a total sample of 158 employees. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires filled out by employees then analyzed using SPSS and SEM software.This study will use two kinds of analysis techniques, namely (1) Confirmatory Factor Analysis on SEM which is used to confirm the most dominant factors in one group of variables and (2) Regression Weight on SEM which is used to examine how much the relationship between variables. The results showed that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable had the strongest relationship with Employee Performance, with CR a value of 4.249 with a P-value <5%. which means the higher organizational citizenship behavior, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

Packaging and brand design are essential factors that can help MSME businesses compete in an increasingly competitive market. Attractive packaging and brand design can differentiate a product from competitors. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the packaging of MSME products in Segunung Hamlet, Wonosalam sub-district. Community service has been carried out to assess the understanding of MSME entrepreneurs' understanding of the importance of packaging design and product branding in the MSMEs of Dusun Segunung. Mentoring and training are used by choosing one of the superior products, Tahu Walik Shrimp, produced by MSMEs in Segunung Hamlet. The results of community service in packaging design and product branding include shapes, materials, colors, images, and product information. The packaging design changes the old packaging (plastic bags) into new, more attractive packaging, not only to wrap, protect and prolong the life of shrimp tofu but also to identify the brand and differentiate it from other products on the market.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan pendampingan dalam membantu UMKM di masa pandemi Covid-19, dimana penjualan dan pendapatan mengalami penurunan. Kemudian diadakan pendampingan pelatihan digital marketing bagi UMKM di Dusun Segunung Desa Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang. Masyarakat sangat antusias saat mengikuti kegiatan tim pelaksana pelayanan, dan saat dimintai masukan tentang pelatihan pendampingan, ada 30 peserta yang sudah memahami Digital Marketing; 35 peserta memahami penggunaan Digital Marketing; 34 peserta tertarik dengan pembuatan Konten Materi; 35 peserta memahami Materi Presentasi; sebanyak 35 peserta mendapat tambahan pengetahuan selama diskusi; 35 peserta ingin mengikuti Pelatihan Perorangan; dan terakhir, 35 peserta merasakan manfaat dari program sosialisasi dan pendampingan tersebut.

Abstract

The tourism village is a government program that aims to reduce poverty in the community around the tourist village. Sustainable tourism development can be realized by developing tourist destinations from the smallest unit, namely the village level, this is because most of the tourist activities are there. This is the background of research on the influence of tourist village services on tourist satisfaction in tourist villages in East Java. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the potential for tourist satisfaction with the shopping experience in tourist villages in East Java. Researchers analyzed tourist satisfaction through questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to respondents who had experience visiting tourist villages in East Java. The conceptual framework was developed in an effort to explain and understand tourist satisfaction with the tourist village experience in East Java. Bargaining is something that is most likely to be done by tourists to buy an item they want and get a cheap and good price is a special satisfaction for tourists in shopping. But the results of the analysis that have been obtained tourists prefer to visit tourist villages to enjoy a quieter rural atmosphere.
