Abstract

This paper deals with  political relations between the state and Moslem communities in Indonesia at the first emergence until being political power from the seventh century to the beginning of the nineteenth century. This issue will be discussed using socio-historical analysis. Based on the data analysis, the Muslim community played a significant role in a parliamentary democracy. Thus, they were marginalized in a guided democracy, and become an object, rather than a subject, both in the New Order and the Reform era, in terms of a variety of national issues. In other words, Muslim community become a target of depolitization and such issues as the sole principle, moral education of Pancasila, veiling, right-wing extremists, and terrorism, despite of the fact that the 1945 Constitution gives to all Indonesian people a freedom to embrace their religion.Kata Kunci: politik Islam, depolitisai,   umat Islam Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the da'wah communication strategy of Jamaah Tabligh that includes planning, implementing and identifying agents of change in the Jamaah da’wah in sub-district of Tondo, Palu. The research used phenomenological method with interviews and observations as data collection techniques. The results showed that Jamaah Tabligh da’wah communication strategies include; first, planning with tafakud which means ensuring readiness. Second, the implementation of da'wah through khuruj emphasizes the practice of Intiqoli (Amal Intiqoli) and the practice of maqami (Amal maqami). Third, the agents of change in the da'wah communication process are individuals and groups. The Agents referred to are ahbab karkun and amir. The role of the changer is to change morals to be praiseworthy according to the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi komunikasi dakwah yang mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan mengidentifikasi agen perubahan dakwah Jamaah Tabligh di Tondo, Kota Palu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode fenomenologi dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi dakwah Jamaah Tabligh meliputi; pertama perencanaan dengan tafakud yaitu memastikan kesiapan. Kedua pelaksanaan dakwah melalui khuruj, dengan memperhatikan amalan Intiqoli dan amalan maqami. Ketiga, agen pengubah dalam proses komunikasi dakwah Jamaah Tabligh yakni individu dan kelompok. Agen pengubah yang dimaksud adalah ahbab karkun dan amir. Peran pengubah ialah merubah akhlak menjadi terpuji sesuai tuntunan Rasulullah SAW.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the communication style to overcome the boredom of students’ learning in the social history course at History Education Program Study, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tadulako University". This research uses qualitative research approach by examining 1 lecturer and 45 students in class A. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis, with three stages which include: data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.  The results of the research show that the communication style of lecturers to reduce boredom of learning, as follows: Develop an active communication style while still emphasizing assertiveness, taking full social initiative so that students can imitate and apply the communication style in their social environment, and they are able to express opinions with controlled emotions, communication style must be done in two-ways that is by sending full information attentively, communication style by commanding but showing the way, so that students become maximally measured in doing their tasks, there is reflection after evaluation, and communication style of the listener, being attentive in conveying information, making decisions by considering all parties.Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya komunikasi mengatasi kejenuhan Belajar pada matakuliah Sejarah Sosial Mahasiswa Pendidikan Sejarah Untad”. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menekankan pada pendekatan kualitatif dengan meneliti 1 orang dosen dengan populasi mahasiswa 45 orang di kelas A. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis secara kualitatif, dengan tiga jenis meliputi: Reduksi Data, Penyajian data, serta Verifikasi data. Hasil peneitian menunjukkan: gaya komunikasi dosen untuk mengurangi kejenuhan belajar, sebagai berikut; mengembangkan gaya komunikasi aktif namun tetap mengedepankan ketegasan, mengambil secara penuh inisiatif sosial agar mahasiswa meniru di lingkungan sosialnya, serta mampu menyatakan pendapat dengan emosional yang terkontrol; gaya komunikasi harus dua arah dengan mengirim informasi secara full dengan penuh perhatian; gaya komunikasi dengan memerintah tapi menunjukkan caranya, sehingga mahasiswa menjadi terukur secara maksimal dapat mengerjakan tugas, ada refleksi ketika evaluasi, dan gaya komunikasi  pendengar, penuh perhatian dalam menyampaikan informasi, membuat keputusan dengan mempertimbangkan semua pihak.

Abstract

This research aims at decribing the process of literature learning at a senior high school in the academic year of 2019/2020. This study is a descriptive qualitative research with the subjects are a teacher of literature and 15 students of the tenth grade at SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkep. The instruments for collecting data are observation result, interview result, and documentation. The research results showed that the goals of literature learning were well-achieved, indicated by the students’ capability in appreciating literary works and expressing the appreciation in the form of poems and short stories. The success in learning literature was marked by the increase of the students’ reading interest, their frequently browsing of articles on both literary and non-literary materials from various websites, and their work products in the form of poetry. The achievement of those students was caused by the effort applied by the teacher, namely supporting students in developing their creativity on literary activities, either inside or outside school hours, such as short story writing contest, poetry writing contest, poetry reading contest, and drama performance.

Abstract

This study is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles consisting of four stages: planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The result of analysis of affective assessment on pre action of student number 20 people expressed 4 and 4 unfinished students and the highest score was 79,5 and lowest score 32. The result of analysis obtained by students on activity of cycle I, there was an increase in affective appraisal and psychomotor using projector media. The result of affective appraisal showed 7 complete and unfinished students as many as 13 people with the highest score of 85.5 and the lowest score 58,8. While psychomotor assessment showed a complete student 4 and unfinished students 16 people with the highest score of 86.7 and the lowest score of 60.5. In cycle II there is a better improvement of affective and psychomotor assessment. The results of affective assessment showed a complete student as many as 19 people and students who do not complete as many as 1 person with a high score of 92.1 and a low score of 73.8. While the results of psychomotor assessment showed a complete student as many as 20 people with the highest score 92.1 and the lowest score 79.3. Performance of teachers also increased, in cycle I obtained a percentage of 78.33% and on the second cycle obtained percentage of 95%. Student activity in learning process also increase, in cycle I got percentage equal to 63,63% and in cycle II obtained percentage equal to 90,90%. These results can be concluded that the use of media projectors can improve student learning motivation in class XI IPS I SMA Negeri 9 Palu.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this article are (1) How is the implementation of the Think Pair Share learning modelin history subjects in class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Torue ?. (2) What are the obstacles faced by teachers inimplementing Think Pair Share learning models in history subjects in class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Torue? Thepurpose of this article is (1) to explain the implementation of Think Pair Share learning models in history subjects inclass XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Torue. (2) explain the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing Think Pair Sharelearning models in history subjects in class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 1 Torue. This article is a qualitative research. Datacollection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the studyshowed that the implementation of the Think Pair Share method in history subjects in class XI IPS 1 of SMA Negeri 1Torue went well. The initial step in implementing this learning model is the Think stage: giving a problem to studentsthen giving some time to think, the next step is the Pair stage: forming students into groups each consisting of twostudents (classmates) , the final step is Share: students present the results of their discussion to the front of the class.Think Pair Share learning model makes students more active in asking questions and doing the assignments given bythe teacher, besides that students become more confident because they are trained to explain the results of the discussionin front of the class. The obstacles faced by the teacher in implementing Think Pair Share learning models in historysubjects are (a) Limited time which causes the teacher difficulty in guiding students more individually, besides the timefor presentations in front of the class takes longer because the student groups are formed more. (b) There is a passivepartner, only one person doing the task so they are not paired in solving problems but copy the answers from theirpartners. (c) The number of students in one class is an odd number, so that there is only one person left without apartner

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Internet Pada Smartphone Sebagai Sumber Belajar Mata Pelajaran Sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu. Skripsi Pada Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah, Jurusan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Tadulako. Pembimbing Mutawakkil. Permasalahan artikel penelitian ini yaitu : Bagaimana pemanfaatan internet pada smartphone sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu, bagaimana dampak positif dan negatif pemanfaatan internet pada smartphone sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu, apa faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pemanfaatan internet pada smartphone sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan pemanfaatan internet pada smartphone sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu, menjelaskan dampak positif dan negatif pemanfaatan internet pada smartphone sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu, menjelaskan faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pemanfaatan internet pada smartphone sebagai sumber belajar mata pelajaran sejarah di kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu. Adapun jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian Kualitatif yang bersifat deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara dan dokumetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswi kelas XI SMK Negeri 5 Palu telah memanfaatkan internet dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui smartphone, siswa mencari materi pembelajaran yang ada dalam aplikasi google dan yaoutube serta sebagai sarana komunikasi melalui WhatsApp maupun facebook. Guru dan siswa membuat group WhatsApp sebagai media bertukar informasi. internet pada smartphone bermanfaat bagi siswa sebagai sumber belajar sejarah dimana seluruh siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran. Dampak positif smartphone yaitu Dapat Meningkatkan Pengetahuan, Menambah Daya Ingat, MudahnyaBerkomunikasi, Kenyamanan Belajar dan Sebagai Media Hiburan atau Penghilang Stres. Adapun dampak negatifsmartphone yaitu Penyalahgunaan, Terbengkalainya kegiatan di dunia nyata dan Pemborosan uang. Faktor mendukung siswa dalam memanfaatkan internet yaitu adanya samrtphone, jaringan internet yang dapat diakses oleh seluruh siswa serta dorongan dari guru untuk memanfaatkan internet sebagai sumber belajar sejarah. Faktor penghambat yaitu kekurangan pada bandwith internet yang membuat akses internet sekolah menjadi lambat.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengelaborasi kata tarekat dan perubahannya dalam alQuran, oleh karena kata ini terkadang di asumsikan sebagai suatu metode  dan dasar terbentuknya organisasi atau gerakan yang dinaungi oleh para kalangan sufi, padahal dalam catatan sejarah, istilah atau kata ini pada dasarnya belum dikenal di tahun pertama hijriyah yang menunjukkan kata ini dinisbahkan kepada kelompok atau kalangan sufi. Begitupula kata ini muncul di dalam Alquran sebanyak sepuluh kali dan memiliki makna yang beragam, bahkan kata ini pula memiliki hubungan dengan lafaz yang lain seperti: shirath, sabil, minhaj, syara‘a, syari‘ah, syir‘ah, mahajjah, dan sunnah.
