Abstract

Muslim dewasa ini dihadapkan dengan berbagai kegiatan bisnis yang menuntut kejernihan dan kejelihan dalam menentukan kehalalan dan keharaman, seperti bisnis yang kian semakin marak berkedok bisnis ibadah melalui pemasaran Multi Level Marketing (MLM). Biro-biro perjalanan umrah dan haji banyak memasarkan kepada masyarakat dengan metode atau cara pemasaran yang menggunakan mata rantai Up Line - Down Line. Secara praktek sering terjadi adanya pemaksaan secara tidak langsung dengan menggunakan dalil-dalil yang dipaksakan, dengan maksud untuk segera bergabung dan membeli produknya dengan rangsangan bonus. Praktek seperti ini yang secara Islam tidak dibenarkan karena adanya unsur, riba, pemaksaan, penipuan, perjudian, ketidak adilan

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk hidup tidak akan bisa terlepas dari kegiatan-kegiatan yang berorientasi pada aspek pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari (ekonomi). Oleh karenanya, manusia dianjurkan berikhtiar sesuai dengan kadar potensinya dan diberikan kebebasan yang seluas-luasnya untuk mencari rizki yang halal dan diridhai Allah Swt dengan tidak melanggar rambu-rambu yang telah digariskan oleh ajaran Islam. Dalam dunia modern dewasa ini, kehidupan ekonomi tidak dapat terlepas dari keberadaan serta peran penting sektor jasa keuangan pada umumnya, dan perbankan pada khususnya. Tulisan ini akan membahas tentang konsep dan aplikasi mudhârabah dalam perbankan syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Shariah peer to peer lending services with case studies at PT. Syarfi Technology Indonesia is based on the musyarakah contract. Researchers conducted a literature review and interviews as a research method. Based on field observations, the musharaka contract in the Shariah platform there are three financing models, namely invoice financing, PO financing, and financing for procurement of goods for Online Seller. But the financing that has been running is just Invoice Financing. Invoice Financing is a funding product that is guaranteed by a bill or invoice. Invoice Financing works by guaranteeing a bill for goods or services that have been provided by the payor to the recipient of financing to obtain financing from the financing provider through the organizer (Syarfi).

Abstract

This study examines the status of orphans in receiving zakat Throughout the author's research from Islamic books and references that orphans do not become obligatory alms. Zakat mustahik people who are entitled to receive zakat assets. A person is not entitled to receive zakat (not considered as mustahik), except for an independent Muslim (not a slave), not a member of the Bani Hasyim or Bani Muttalib tribe, and must have one of the eighth asnaf (group) characteristics. in the Qur'an. In other words, zakat may not be distributed to unbelievers, people who are still slaves, or a member of the Bani Hasyim and Bani Muttalib tribes. As mentioned in the Qur'an at-Taubah [9]: 60, those who are entitled to receive zakat (Mustahik zakat). This is the verse used as the argument, that the recipients of zakat are 8 groups. And do not include that orphans as zakat alms.

Abstract

There are still many parents who take their children to go to kindergarten institutions with the aim that their children can learn to read, write, count and be good at (reading) the Koran. Like what happened in Hauriyah Halum Integrated Kindergarten. Since the learning process is implemented, parents only fulfill all the needs of the children requested by the institution for the learning process including completing school administration. After that, the parents are only tasked with taking the child to school in the morning and picking up the child from school after the learning process, and sometimes asking how many stars the child's work got. Parents do not think at all about the child's behavior while at school, such as annoying friends, making noise during the learning process, hitting friends, and saying bad words to friends. This is often conveyed by the teacher every time the child comes home from school with the hope that the parents advise the child while at home. However, every day there is no visible change and even more protracted. For this reason, it is necessary to do counseling on the importance of parental involvement in kindergarten institutions in stimulating children's socio-emotional development from an early age. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service in the form of counseling. The extension method is in the form of lectures and questions and answers. This community service aims to ensure that teachers always involve parents in educating children, especially in stimulating children's social-emotional development from an early age. So that children can follow the learning process and behave well to teachers and friends while they are at school. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that all parents can train themselves or get used to behaving well in front of children at all times while at home as teachers have been accustomed to while the child is in school.

Abstract

Diversitas metodologi dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab dan aspek terkait lainnya telah banyak diproklamirkan oleh beberapa cendikiawan, mulai dari metodologi yang bersifat klasik (metode iqra`, qira`ati, baghdadi, al-barqi, maisura, amsilati) hingga metodologi yang berbasis elektronik). Dan salah satu metode yang masih eksis sampai saat ini adalah metode Tamyiz yang diaplikasikan pada pembelajaran teori dasar nahwu-shorof di Pesantren Takhasus Bayt Tamyiz di Indramayu. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa metode Tamyiz memiliki pebedaaan dengan metode bahasa Arab lainnya, yaitu dengan mempelajari segala hal tentang bahasa Arab dengan hanya memformulasikan teori dasar nahwu-shorof quantum dengan cara pembelajaran yang mudah (easy) dan menyenangkan (fun), adapun langkah metodis dalam metode Tamyiz adalah sebagai berikut : pertama, menghadirkan guru dalam kelas sebagai fasilitator, kedua, metode Tamyiz tidak ada ijazah, dikatakan mampu adalah dengan mengajarkan para juniornya dengan dimonitoring dan evaluasi dari Ustadz, ketiga, memaksimalkan metode menghafal dan mengulangnya, keempat, dielaborasi dengan metode madkhal, manhaj, kelima, tutorial sebaya atau teknik scaffolding atau gunakan kawan sesama murid yang lebih ahli sebagai guru, keenam, kelas formal SMP dibagi berdasarkan jenjang semester kurikulum nasional pendidikan dan dipisah dalam waktunya lalu dilakukan tamyiz tersendiri, ketujuah, metode pembelajaran Tamyiz juga aplikasikan pada mata pelajaran umum lainnya, dan kedelapan, tamyiz Icon Indramayu masih belum optimal karena tidak mengikuti sistem pembelajaran Tamyiz sesuai dengan apa yang telah digariskan oleh penemu metode Tamyiz Abaza, MM.

Abstract

This reseach aims to analyse the implementation of the entertainment tax-voting system in Cirebon. method using descriptive analysis. The subject of the Sub-Division head of indigenous revenue, the regional field staff of indigenous revenue, the budget agency, the Regional Representative Council of Cirebon. The result of data obtained that the voting mechanism is initiated from registration and logging, determination, depositing, accounting and reporting as well as billing tax collection conducted by the financial agency of the city of Cirebon in accordance with the prevailing regulations, as well as the procedure of objection and appeal, correction, cancellation, reduction of provisions, elimination or reduction of administrative sanctions and refund of overpaid entertainment tax .
