Abstract

Abstract: Effects of System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality on User Satisfaction of E-Procurement (Study on Layanan Pengadaan Secara Elektronik Kabupaten Malang). User satisfaction is evaluation system utilizing information system, according to Delone (2003), user satisfaction can be measured by three aspects of quality that is system quality, information quality, and service quality. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative approach, data collection technique by distrbuting questionnaries to 123 respondents. Based on the calculation results of multiple linier regression analysis explained the effect of independent variables on dependent variable is large enough, it can be seen R2 value of 0,519, while the results of the F test and t test simultaneously and partially unknown independent variables significantly influence dependent variable. The overall result of this study concluded that three independent variables have significant impact on e-Procurement user satisfaction, so by continuing to improve quality of three aspects, the satisfaction of users and the procurement of goods/service Kabupaten Malang will be more efficient, effective, transparent, open, fair competition, fair, and accountable. Kepuasan pengguna adalah evaluasi pengguna sistem informasi dalam memanfaatkan sistem informasi, menurut Delone (2003), kepuasan pengguna dapat diukur dengan tiga aspek kualitas model kesuksesan sistem informasi yang diperbaharui  yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas pelayanan. Jenis penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 123 responden. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier berganda dijelaskan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat cukup besar dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,519, sedangkan hasil dari uji F dan uji t diketahui secara simultan dan parsial variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil keseluruhan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna e-Procurement, sehingga dengan terus meningkatkan tiga aspek kualitas tersebut maka akan terjadi kepuasan pengguna dan pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa Kabupaten Malang akan lebih efisien, efektif, transparan, terbuka, bersaing secara sehat, adil, dan akuntabel. Abstract

Chicken cartilage (claw) is a waste of chicken cuts which are widely available in Indonesia. Cartilage part of chicken claw becomes a potential source of chondroitin sulfate (CS) and glucosamine (GS). This study aims to determine the most optimal extraction methods of CS and GS from cartilage of chicken claw. Various types of extraction methods used in this study are taken from the extraction by using boiling water (2 and 2.5 hours), acetic acid (7 and 17 hours), as well as proteolysis by papain (24 and 48 hours). Parameters observed include chemical characteristics of powdered cartilage of chicken claw as well as CS and GS levels in powdered cartilage of chicken claw extract. The results of this research show that the levels of CS and GS of chicken claw cartilage powder were 2.17% and 13%. Meanwhile, the highest GS level was obtained from the extraction with water treatment for 2.5 hours which was 8.1%. The treatment and duration of extraction will significantly affect the number of GS which was produced. The highest content of CS was obtained from the extraction with the enzyme treatment for 48 hours which was 2.47%. The best treatment is the extraction with water treatment for 2.5 hours which were the extracts with GS levels of 8.1% and 2.03% CS was selected through the analysis of multiple attribute.

Abstract

Dyslipidemia that could be affected by hypercholesterol diet is a contributing factor in millions of deaths worldwide and a risk factor for ischemic heart disease and stroke. High soluble fiber diet is used as one of the non-pharmacological treatments to control hypercholesterolemia. Black Grass Jelly (Mesona palustris BL) also known as black cincau has a high soluble fiber content. This study aimed to investigate the effect of black cincau as effervescent powder form (BCEP) for anti-dyslipidemia and also the antioxidant activity. BCEP was orally administered to twenty male dyslipidemia Wistar rats induced with hypercholesterol diet for 3 weeks then plasma lipid profile was measured using enzymatic CHOD-PAP assay. The antioxidant activity also has been identified. Oral administration of 3 different doses of BCEP resulted in lipid profiles by decreasing plasma cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), and also high-density lipoprotein (HDL) in dyslipidemia rats (α =  0.01). The increasing doses of BCEP revealed that it has a potential effect of decreasing plasma lipid.

Abstract

Koperasi Wanita “Mitra Wanita” di Desa Tlogo, Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar merupakan sekumpulan wanita yang memiliki usaha olahan pangan. UKM tersebut masih menggunakan peralatan manual sehingga kurang efisien dalam proses produksinya. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan kapasitas produksi masih terbatas. Kegiatan IbM Kelompok Usaha Bersama Mitra Wanita ini bertujuan untuk membantu UKM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi melalui alih teknologi peralatan produksi sehingga berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi UKM dalam Koperasi Wanita “Mitra Wanita” ini memperoleh solusi. Alih teknologi yang dilaksanakan dalam program ini adalah alat pengaduk jenang dan mesin pemarut kelapa untuk produsen jenang ketan, serta mixer dan oven untuk produsen kue kacang. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan pelatihan, pendampingan dan uji coba alat untuk memastikan efisiensi alih teknologi serta pendampingan penerapan Cara Pengolahan Pangan yang Baik (CPPB). Hasil alih teknologi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan efisiensi produksi. Penggunaan waktu yang lebih singkat dapat memperoleh hasil dengan kapasitas yang lebih besar dan kualitas yang lebih baik.
