Abstract

ABSTRAKKejadian Kurang Energi Kronik (KEK) dan anemia dalam kehamilan merupakan penyebab tidak langsung dan penyebab utama dari Kematian Ibu dan Bayi di Indonesia (Arali, 2008; Saifuddin 2008). Berdasarkan hasil Survey Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2007 menyebutkan bahwa Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) sebesar 228 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Kesepakatan global Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) menargetkan AKI tahun 2015 di Indonesia dapat diturunkan menjadi 102 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang KEK. Jenis penelitian ini adalah  deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah  seluruh ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perdagangan. Sampel dalam  penelitian ini seluruh ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Perdagangan sebanyak 50 orang (Total Sampling). Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengetahuan ibu hamil mayoritas responden berpengetahuan kurang sebanyak 26 responden (52%) dan minoritas responden berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 5 responden (10%). Diharapkan penelitian ini  dapat menjadi bahan masukan bagi petugas kesehatan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan dan pendidikan kesehatan serta informasi tentang KEK pada ibu hamil dengan pemberian penyuluhan.Kata Kunci   :     Pengetahuan, Ibu Hamil, KEK ABSTRACTThe incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) and anemia in pregnancy is an indirect cause and the main cause of maternal and infant mortality in Indonesia (Arali, 2008; Saifuddin 2008). Based on the results of the Indonesian Demographic Health Survey (IDHS) in 2007 stated that the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) was 228 per 100,000 live births. The global agreement on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) targets the 2015 MMR in Indonesia to be reduced to 102 per 100,000 live births. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about SEZ. This type of research is descriptive. The population of this study were all pregnant women in the Work Area of the Trade Health Center. The sample in this study were all pregnant women in the Work Area of the Trade Health Center as many as 50 people (Total Sampling). The results of the study obtained that the knowledge of pregnant women was the majority of respondents with less knowledge as many as 26 respondents (52%) and a minority of respondents with good knowledge of 5 respondents (10%). It is hoped that this research can be input for health workers to improve the quality of health services and education as well as information about SEZ for pregnant women by providing counseling.Keywords: Knowledge, Pregnant Women, KEK

Abstract

ABSTRAK            COVID-19 atau yang lebih dikenal dengan virus corona menjadi topic yang paling banyak dibicarakan semua kalangan di semua negara di dunia saat ini.Penularan virus Covid 19 masih belum diketahui secara pasti. Hingga 26 april 2020, kasusnya terus bertambah menjadi 8.882 kasus diseluruh Indonesia dan menyebar di 34 provinsi dengan 282 kabupaten/ kota yang terdampak dan angka kematian mencapai 8,365%. Corona Virus merupakan penyakit yang mudah menyerang individu yang memiliki imun yang rendah sehingga anak-anak, ibu hamil dan lansia lebih rentan tertular wabah penyakit ini.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Yang Mempunyai Balita Terhadap Pencegahan Covid-19 Di Puskemas Panei Kecamatan Panei Tongah Kabupaten Simalungun.Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik.Populasi penelitian ini adalah  ibu yang mempunyai balita. Sampel dalam  penelitian ini seluruh ibu yang berkujung ke Puskesmas Panei. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan  hasil uji statistik Chi-Square  diperoleh p value = 0,002 ≤ alpha 0,05.  Sehingga diketahui adanya  Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu terhadap perilaku pencegahan Covid-19. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan saran  untuk petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Panei dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya ibu yang mempunyai balita tentang perilaku pencegahan Covid.Kata Kunci        :    Pengetahuan, Ibu, Perilaku Pencegahan Covid  ABSTRACT COVID-19 or better known as the corona virus is the most talked about topic in all countries in the world today. The transmission of the Covid-19 virus is still not known with certainty. Until April 26, 2020, the cases continued to increase to 8,882 cases throughout Indonesia and spread to 34 provinces with 282 districts/cities affected and the mortality rate reached 8.365%. Corona Virus is a disease that easily attacks individuals who have low immunity so that children, pregnant women and the elderly are more susceptible to contracting this disease outbreak. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge of mothers who have toddlers and prevention of Covid-19 at the Panei Public Health Center, Panei Tongah District, Simalungun Regency. This type of research is analytic. The population of this research is mothers who have toddlers. The sample in this study were all mothers who visited the Panei Health Center. The results of the study based on the results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained p value = 0.002 alpha 0.05. So that it is known that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge and behavior to prevent Covid-19. It is hoped that the results of this study can be input and suggestions for health workers at the Panei Health Center in increasing public knowledge, especially mothers who have toddlers about Covid prevention behavior. Keywords: Knowledge, Mother, Covid Prevention Behavior
