Abstract

Profesionalisme dalam dunia pendidikan merupakan suatu keahlian untuk menghadirkan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berkualitas, dimana sifat ini didapat melalui berbagai pendidikan dan latihan khusus sebagai langkah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan profesi yang dijalaninya. Dalam hal ini guru sangatlah diharuskan untuk memilikinya dan menyandangnya. Oleh karena itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi kepala sekolah untuk turut membantu dan mendukung kepemilikan profesionalisme guru. Karena dari seluruh kebijakan dan kegiatan yang ditetapkan kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh kepada profesionalitas guru. Dengan kata lain profesionalisme guru terbentuk melalui upaya-upaya tepat yang diselenggarakan kepala sekolah. Dan MAN Tempursari Ngawi merupakan suatu institusi pendidikan yang selalu mengadakan usaha-usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas kegiatan kependidikan. Dimana Para guru-guru didalamnya memiliki kesemangatan untuk terus memperbaiki kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan upaya dan hambatan-hambatan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru PAI di MAN Tempursari Ngawi Jawa TimurTahun Ajaran: 2014-2015.

Abstract

Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School Gontor is Islamiceducational institutions with dormitory system oriented in the field ofeducation and cadreses of people formation. The method used by givingassignments in the dormitory as a manager of dormitory in DarussalamModern Islamic Boarding School Gontor, which functions as a regulator andcontroller for all student activities directionally. This research is intended todetermine the ability of dormitory managers of class four about writtenfabrication’s grade at Islamic Teacher Trainning Collage, Darussalam ModernIslamic Boarding School Gontor Ponorogo. Type of this research is field studythat is descriptive quantitative and comparative quantitative. This samplewas taken and determined by Stratified Random Sampling, becausecapabilities of each individual is different. Research data processing wascarried out by the statistic method. The result of this study was showed thatlevels of dormitory’s manager has good result for written fabrication’s. Theresults can be seen from the result that was gotten them in this lesson is 6.71which is divided the result from all of manager of class four, 42 people.

Abstract

Islamic Education is one of important subject to improve the good character of student, but the implementation in schools is not in accordance with what is expected. One example, after learning 12 years in school, there are students who have not been able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly. Therefore, researchers want to examine the problematic implementation of religious activities in junior high school, namely SMP Muhamdiyah 3 Jetis Ponorogo East Java. This research is a qualitative research, used three method of data collection that is: 1. interview, 2. observation, 3. Documentation. For data analysis researcher use method Miles and Huberman covering three step that is: data collecting, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study show: 1. Islamic Education activities conducted by the school are weekly activities such as Read Al-Quran, Tahfidz Quran and public speaking; daily activities, namely Tadarus Al-Qur'an, Sholat Dhuha and Sholat Dzuhur congregation, 2. Problematic in the implementation of activities in schools are: Problems in terms of teachers are the lack of teachers, cooperation between them and lack of good example; The problem in terms of time are the lack of time available and less precise in the timing; Problems in terms of students are the number of students who do not read Al-Qur'an, joke when activities and many do not follow the activity. 3. The solution of the problems are: for the teacher's solution are to increase the number of teachers, build cooperation among teachers and set a good example for the students; the solution in terms of time are a good time management and the addition of time appropriate to the state of the student; the solutions in terms of students are to advise students on the importance of all Islamic religious education activities and to give warning to the jokes when the activities are held.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah suatu kegiatan dalam membimbing suatu kelompok sedemikian rupa sehingga tercapailah tujuan bersama kelompok itu. Dalam kenyataan hidup sosial, peran dan fungsi pemimpin sangatlah penting dalam mensukseskan setiap usaha bersama. Hal ini bisa disaksikan dalam berbagai lembaga sosial, baik politik, ekonomi, kemasyarakatan, keagamaan dan pendidikan. Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor adalah lembaga pendidikan pesantren yang mendidik para santrinya dengan penekanan orientasi kemasyarakatan dan kepemimpinan. Pondok ini telah berhasil menelurkan para alumni yang berkapasitas pemimpin dalam berbagai organisasi di semua segmentasi masyarakat dan dalam skala kepemimpinan yang berbeda-beda, mulai dari lingkup lokal, nasional, bahkan internasional. Untuk itu penting kiranya melakukan penelitian mendalam terhadap implementasi pendidikan kepemimpinan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor, terutama mengenai methode pendidikan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan serta faktor-faktor pendukung penerapannya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dimana untuk memperoleh data yang akurat serta obyektif, maka penulis datang langsung ke lokasi penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang telah penulis peroleh dianalisa menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan langkah-langkah berupa penyeleksian kelengkapan data, kemudian masuk tabulasi (menggolongkan kategori jawaban, memberikan kode terhadap item-item), kemudian dilanjutkan tahap akhir berupa kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa metode pendidikan kepemimpinan yang diterapkan di Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor terdiri dari pengarahan, pelatihan, penugasan, pembiasaan, pengawalan, keteladanan, pendekatan (manusiawi, idealisme, program). Dengan didukung oleh faktor lingkungan, kegiatan keorganisasian dan nilai-nilai atau falsafah hidup yang ditanamkan dalam setiap kegiatan.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan Karakter merupakan dua aspek yang selalu berkesinambungan dan tak dapat dipisahkan. Proses pendidikan yang baik akan membentuk karakter yang baik, begitu juga dengan penanaman karakter yang hebat merealisasikan pendidikan yang hebat pula. Bangsa ini membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, oleh karenanya proses yang diperlukan untuk melahirkan generasi penerus bangsa yang berkualitas juga harus lebih berkelas dan berkualitas. Dilihat dari segala sudut pandang, pendidikan karakter menempati elemen teratas dalam unsur mendidik dan kependidikan. Pendidikan karakter tidak lepas dari besarnya peran pendidik yang menjadi ruang lingkup dalam tantangan ini. Proses ini merupakan proses yang akan terus berkelanjutan dan tidak akan pernah berakhir. Islam telah memberikan banyak ilmu pengetahuan serta tauladan dalam mendidik anak berkarakter baik seperti yang dilakukan Rasulullah SAW semasa beliau mendidik anak-anaknya, para sahabat, dan seluruh umat sekalian. Sehingga, pembahasan ini mengupas bagaimana penjabaran pendidikan, karakter dan hubungan keduanya dalam perspektif Hadits shahih Nabi Muhammad SAW.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) explain the learning patterns of moral beliefs for children with special needs in inclusive madrasas 2) discuss the application of learning patterns of moral beliefs for children with special needs in inclusive madrasas 3) the role of teachers in implementing the learning patterns of moral beliefs for children with special needs in inclusive madrasas . In this research, a case study-based qualitative method was used. Researchers used interviews, observations and documentation to answer three research objectives. Research results 1) learning patterns for moral belief material, namely teachers and children, teachers and children and tools, teachers and children and media. 2) implementation of the learning pattern of moral beliefs applied in activities around the school with Duha prayers, reading the Asmaul Husna and guidance and advice on good habits and implemented in intracurricular, extracurricular and curricular areas. 3) the role of the teacher in learning moral beliefs with the teacher's role as facilitator, guide, motivator and inspirer. And researchers found new findings regarding the role of teachers as visual support in the implementation of learning moral beliefs. This research found that there has been a pattern of learning moral beliefs for children with special needs on the grounds that there is a teacher's role so that the implementation of learning moral beliefs for children with special needs is implemented. It is hoped that other inclusive schools will implement and improve learning patterns of moral beliefs by implementing learning as well as the mentoring role of guidance and counseling teachers, so that inclusive schools can study and implement learning patterns that are appropriate to students.

Abstract

Yusuf Al-Qardhawi, an Egyptian cleric explains in his book entitled Al-Ilmu wa Ar-Rasul about the basic framework of teaching methods. Namely about what an educator must do to create successful learning activities and produce students with character. This book explains that Rasulullah SAW was the best first teacher. Educators should make Rasulullah SAW a role model in terms of teaching ethics, what an educator must do and the characteristics of an educator in accordance with the teachings of Rasulullah SAW. The basic principles of teaching inherited by Rasulullah SAW have a close relationship with character-based learning management in schools and in other scientific institutions. If the teacher can organize everything in the learning process and can implement the basic principles of teaching that were exemplified by Rasulullah SAW in teaching, then a harmonious learning atmosphere will be created between the teacher and students, the teacher can understand his students. , it is easy for students to digest what is conveyed by the teacher which ultimately can produce graduates who are faithful, pious, accomplished and have character.

Each class is a different work unit that capabilities as a subsystem. To control understudies at KMI (kulliyatul-Mu'allimat-Al-Iislamiyyah) instructors are required who can figure out the qualities of female understudies and can foster the ethics of female understudies "homeroom educator". An ever increasing number of individuals will succeed in the event that they impart positive and commendable characters. Training ought to coordinate parts of mental development (information and abilities), full of feeling (interest, ability, flexibility), and psychomotor (coordinated abilities) as well as reinforcing good person. Instructing and preparing are only a couple of the obligations. In teaching required upkeep and extension in innovation and science. While preparing implies creating abilities in understudies.
