Abstract

Most People assume Madrasah or Pesantren as second-classeducational institutions compared with state education institutions, thelack of professionalism in school management becomes a reason for animprovement in it. Whereas a Pesantren is the oldest educational system inIndonesia, whose existence has been proven by history and continues untilknow. and it is the pioneer of education system that become the foundationof education ideology in Indonesia. Therefore, it is need to hold in-depthstudy on the management of the curriculum in Madrasah or pesantren.This paper aims to review the curriculum management in Pondok ModernDarussalam Gontor. Because this Pesantren is an educational institutionthat is very well-known internasiaonally. This study found that PondokModern Gontor implement integrative, comprehensive and independenteducation system. Integrative means the integration of intra, extra and cocurricularactivities. So as to consistently integrate Three education center.Comprehensive means cover all aspect and complete, sharpening allpotential (intellectuality, spirituality, mentality, as well as physicaly). andindependent because the curriculum is the result of its own formulation,composed by education personnel who are experts in their fields, and thewhole composers is a teachers in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. Thesystem of Gontor has become a phenomenon in the developomental ofeducation in Indonesia. this educational system could be compared withMuhammadiyah and Taman Siswa.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya, setiap manusia dilahirkan dalam keadaan fitrah. Halini berarti, manusia dilahirkan dalam keadaan sama-sama lemah meskipunmenyimpan potensi besar. Namun bukan berarti manusia, ketika dilahirkan,bagaikan kertas putih atau kosong seperti yang dikatakan John Lock atautak berdaya seperti pandangan Jabariyah. Hal ini karena manusia memilikipotensi yang berupa kecenderungan-kecenderungan tertentu yangmenyangkut daya nalar, mental, maupun psikisnya yang berbeda-bedajenis dan tingkatannya. Pemahaman para ahli pendidikan Islam terhadaphakikat fitrah membawa implikasi lahirnya teori fitrah dalam pendidikan.Dalam konteks pendidikan, teori tersebut menjadi pijakan dalammengembangan fitrah manusia. Dalam hal ini, proses pendidikan menjadipenting untuk ditingkatkan kualitasnya karena ia merupakan salah satusarana yang dapat menumbuhkankembangkan potensi-potensi yang adadalam diri manusia sesuai dengan fitrah penciptaannya. Makalah inimembahas tinjauan filosofis fitrah manusia tersebut dalam kontekspendidikan Islam.

Abstract

 The Curriculum is a tool of plans and arrangements regarding the purpose, content and learning materials. The Implementation of a comprehensive curriculum by school for the achievement of more comprehensive educational objectives. With the COVID 19 virus outbreak that occurred, the Minister of Education and Culture issued a letter on the Implementation of Education decision in the Emergency Period of the Spread of COVID 19 by closing learning activities in schools and implementing online learning. Purpose of study 1) to  know the implementation of Al-Azhar curriculum during COVID 19 at SMP Azhari Islamic School Rasuna. 2) to know the inhibitory and supporting factors in the implementation of Al-Azhar curriculum during COVID 19 at AZHARI Islamic School Rasuna Junior High School. The research is descriptive qualitative research. Techniques Data collection using: 1) Passive participation observation techniques by conducting observations on al-Azhar curriculum learning online. 2) Technique interview with al-Azhar curriculum teacher. 3) Documentation Techniques by taking information at SMP Azhari Islamic School Rasuna South Jakarta. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman methods with three stages of research, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. From the analysis data, the results of the study are 1) The Implementation of Al - Azhar curriculum during COVID 19 by combining Al - Azhar and K13 Curruriculum into one in the process of planning, implementation and evaluation. In accordance with government in 2019 and 2020 learning during COVID 19 By using online media Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Via Videocall Whatssapp. 2) inhibitory factors: unstable network, limitations of teacher personnel and parents in the field of technology, limitations of students' ability in the use of Arabic language that is not maximal with the absence of face-to-face so that learning using Indonesia Language. Supporting factors of distance learning are supported by learning applications, providing material summaries in each subject, giving practice questions and assignments or quizzes. Based on the research that has been described. So I want to give advice that is: For schools and teachers must have innovation, creativity and renewal in the implementation of the Al-Azhar curriculum by improving the field of technology and information.

Abstract

The implementation of online learning or e-learning can be a solution during the COVID-19 pandemic, Although in practice, there are often problems. This happens because teachers and students are unfamiliar with e-learning learning, limited internet access, and the presentation of the material is less attractive to students. One attempt to solve the problem is by designing and planning lessons well because the design is the initial step in determining the successful implementation of learning. The results of this study are 1. The steps for designing the ADDIE models are a) the needs analysis and problem analysis stages b) designing the content of materials, media, and learning strategies, c) developing lesson plans and syllabus using the student centered Learning-Based approach, d) Application of design that is designed for e-learning teaching situation and e) test and validation by experts, 2) The results of the validity of the learning planning design based on the material validator get 3.49 results with good criteria and media validators get results, 3.62 with very good category, and 2) The results of student responses with very good answers to the design of learning media reached 78%.

Abstract

Leaders are at the core of management. This means that management will achieve its objectives if this leader is able to direct and coordinate group members within the objectives. The principal as the implementer is responsible for the implementation of educational activities, school administration, coaching other educational personnel, and utilization and maintenance. The research used is descriptive method.  And to achieve this goal the author uses an approach method that is qualitative so that the data collected is in the form of data and sentences. therefore this research is descriptive qualitative so to get good research results then the author uses interviews, observations and documentation as a support in collecting data in this study. Findings in this study shows the management pattern of the principal in improving the competence of teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo, the principal used planning management in the recruitment process by conducting selections to prospective teachers. And the principal also uses academic supervision of teachers and conducts training programs such as workshops for the entire teacher council. and also found the existence of factors that support the development and inhibition of improvement in teacher competence.

Abstract

Peningkatkan mutu pendidikan tidak bisa terlepas dari upaya perbaikan manajemennya. Salah satu komponen penting dalam pendidikan yaitu manajemen pondok pesantren, sekolah dan madrasah menjadi hal yang sangat mendesak untuk diperbaiki. Masih belum profesionalnya manajemen sekolah/madrasah dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, baik kondisi sosial budaya, internal sekolah, kemampuan sumber daya manusia (SDM) anak didik atau peran masyarakat. Masing-masing lembaga pendidikan memiliki tujuan pendidikan yang berbeda, sesuai dengan falsafah dan karakter masyarakatnya. Kemungkinan untuk mengaplikasikan teori manajemen dalam proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pengajaran di pondok pesantren, sekolah dan madrasah sangat besar, agar lembaga pendidikan dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman saat ini. Jadi para lulusan diharapkan sudah siap menghadapi era globalisasi dan bisa survive di dalamnya. Beberapa pesantren modern dan madrasah sudah mengaplikasikan teori-teori manajemen dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pengajaran di lembaganya, namun tidak sedikit pula pondok pesantren tradisional yang hanya setengah-setengah dalam mengaplikasikan teori-teori manajemen dan tidak memenuhi 8 standar nasional pendidikan. Penerapan Total Quality Manajemen di pondok pesantren, sekolah dan madrasah diharapkan mampu menjadikan kualitas lulusan bermutu dan kompeten di era globalisasi saat ini sehingga mereka mampu berkembang di masyarakat.

Abstract

Analisis kebijakan adalah sebagai suatu metode menggunakan argumentasirasional dan fakta-fakta untuk menjelaskan, menilai, dan membuahkan pemikirandalam rangka upaya memecahkan masalah public. Atau suatu prosedurmenggunakan metode inquiri dan argumentasi berganda untuk menghasilkandan mendayagunakan informasi kebijakan yang sesuai dalam suatu prosespengambilan keputusan yang bersifat politis dalam rangka memecahkan masalahkebijakan. Penguasaan isu-isu yang relevan secara internal ataupun sektoralmerupakan tuntutan para analisis kebijakan di samping penguasaan teknik-teknikpenelitian dan pengembangan. Makalah ini mencoba membahas analisiskebijakan, pendekatannya, paradigm metodologis dan prosedurnya.

Abstract

Rancangan pembelajaran merupakan alat yang sangat penting untuk membantu guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran. Seorang guru harus menyadari bahwa proses desain sangat penting bagi dirinya sendiri. Selain profesionalisme, guru dalam menyusun rancangan pembelajaran juga memerlukan keterampilan, pelatihan dan kesenangan bersama guru lain (terutama guru dengan mata pelajaran yang sama). Di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini, tentunya banyak terjadi perubahan pola pembelajaran, salah satunya berbasis online. Wajarnya, semua guru, termasuk guru PAI, harus berinovasi dalam desain pembelajaran PAI berbasis online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi desain pembelajaran model PAI berbasis online berdasarkan kurikulum yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Tujuan umum dalam pembelajaran dapat tercapai dan dapat meningkatkan perbaikan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of integrative thematic learning of PPKn subject at MI Miftahul Huda, find out the obstacles that arise in carrying out integrative thematic learning of PPKn subject at MI Miftahul Huda, and knowing solutions in dealing with integrative thematic learning problems of this subject. In order to achieve the above goals, researchers use field research with a qualitative approach. Data sources in the study used primary and secondary data sources. The subject of the study was a grade 1 teacher of MI Miftahul Huda. Data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data through readability and triangulation tests. Data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that classroom management was not optimal, low reading and writing skills, inactivity of students in learning, less interesting learning methods, and insufficient time allocation. The solution taken by the school in dealing with this problem is to hold training for teachers, warn various methods, media, and varied learning strategies, and provide additional hours to students who are slow to read and do not understand the learning material.

Abstract

Pesantren selalu dipandang kuno, terbelakang, tidak terorganisir, dan terputus dari dunia luar. Pembahasan kali ini berupaya mengungkapkan tentang bagaimana Pembelajaran khususnya di pesantren salaf yang mana dalam kesehariannya meski masih menggunakan referensi kitab kuning namun sistem pendidikan dan metode yang digunakan sudah mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Madrasah Mu’allimin Mu’allimat Sunan Drajat merupakan salah satu Organisasi di bawah naungan Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat, berorientasi pada “Tafaqquh Fid-din”, dan menggunakan sistem klasikal. Lembaga ini masih eksis menggunakan kitab kuning sebagai bahan rujukan pembelajaranya, meski bersistem Madrasah, pembahasan ini mengungkap bagaimana proses pembelajaran kitab kuning disana, apakah metode yang khas ala pesantren tradisional atau juga memakai metode modern. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan Integrasi metode dan Kurikulum pembelajaran kitab kuning di Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Lamongn. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Mengumpulkan data, Memaparkan data, dan Menarik Kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran kitab kuning di Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat Sunan drajat mengkombinasikan antara metode tradisional yang meliputi metode sorogan, bandongan, pasaran, musyawarah. Dengan metode modern yang meliputi metode modern yang meliputi metode study teks dan metode ceramah. Serta menggunakan metode kolaborasi. (2) integrasi pembelajaran kitab kuning di Madrasah Mu'allimin Mu'allimat dilaksanakan pagi hari dengan mengikuti kegiatan di Lembaga formal serta sore dan malam hari mengikuti kegiatan yang diatur oleh pondok pesantren. Bentuk pengintegrasia kurikulum yaitu dengan memadukan materi kepesantrenan kedalam materi kemadrasahan, begitupun sebaliknya. Dengan menggunakan sistem klasikal yang di terapkan baik dalam core kurikuler, intra kurikuler, dan ekstra kurikuler.
