Abstract

Menurut data Kementrian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi (Kemenristekdikti) menyebutkan, hingga tahun 2019 mendatang Indonesia kekurangan 190.997 lulusan Sarjana Teknik S1 dan D3. Melihat besarnya kebutuhan Indonesia akan Sarjana Teknik serta program studi terkait dengan STEM (Scinece, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), mendorong Universitas XYZ untuk turut serta mewujudkan terpenuhinya jumlah Sarjana Teknik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui biaya kuliah yang sesuai agar mencapai keuntungan akan ditanggung Mahasiswa berdasarkan biaya kuliah pada perguruan tinggi pesaing dengan program studi yang sama. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan simulasi  jumlah Mahasiswa sejumlah 20, 30 dan 40, analisis aspek keuangan serta analisis hasil meggunakan metode Kriteria Investasi. Program studi yang diteliti yaitu Program Studi A, B dan C dengan melihat nilai NPV dan IRR pada perhitungan sensitivitas biaya dan analisis hasil Kriteria Investasi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan Program Studi A dapat beroperasi baik secara keuangan untuk semua skenario kecuali harga minimal dan jumlah mahasiswa 20 dengan biaya kuliah 104177,7311, Program Studi B hanya dapat beroperasi baik secara keuangan pada skenario harga maksimal dan jumlah mahasiswa minimal 30 dengan biaya kuliah 67176, 47059  dan Program Studi C hanya dapat beroperasi baik secara keuangan pada skenario harga maksimal dan jumlah mahasiswa minimal 30 dengan biaya kuliah 85730,58824. Kata kunci : internal rate of return, kriteria investasi, net present value, sensitivitas biaya, studi kelayakan

Abstract

Pada era globalisasi ini perkembangan industri semakin maju dan pesat, salah satu perkembangan yang paling meningkat yaitu perkembangan teknologi komunikasi.. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penyedia dan  pelayanan air di Jakarta yang memiliki Kantor Call Center yaitu unit pelayanan keluhan pelanggan masalah air. Untuk dapat bertahan, pihak perusahaan khususnya bagian call center harus memiliki agent yang memiliki kompetensi yang lebih unggul dari perusahaan lain. Sikap paling utama yang harus dimiliki agent adalah ramah dan baik. Namun pelanggan sendiri memiliki berbagai karakter dan sifat yang berbeda-beda. Sehingga para agent call center bisa dikatakan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan call center setiap harinya memiliki beban kerja yang cukup tinggi, misalnya dituntut ramah kepada customer dalam keadaan apapun, menguras pikiran dan suara, lingkungan kerja kurang nyaman, kompensasi rendah, merusak perilaku karena agent hanya terus mendengarkan masalah, kurangnya pelatihan, jam kerja yang tidak menentu, dll Penelitian di fokuskan pada karyawan bagian call center shift pagi dan shift malam dengan mengukur beban kerja psikologis secara subjektif  menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (Task Load Index). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan bantuan kuisioner. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana beban kerja psikologis yang dialami call center saat melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dari hasil yang telah didapat beban kerja psikologis paling tinggi terdapat pada agent 7 yang bekerja pada shift malam dengan skor NASA-TLX sebesar 85,3. Setelah mengukur beban kerja dilakukan uji beda menggunakan Kruskal Wallis dan di dapat hasil bahwa P value (0.00) < batas kritis (0,05), maka H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak artinya terdapat perbedaan  antara beban kerja psikologis shift pagi dan beban kerja psikologis shift malam.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEntrepreneurship initiating and development program as a supporter of university programs as an enterprising university is designed to produce new entrepreneurs from FST UAI students and alumni. The activity plan starts from initial mapping, training, strengthening and launching. Preliminary Mapping takes SWOT measurements to map current tenants' strengths and weaknesses, to maximize opportunities and minimize threats that also accompany them. Followed by the trainings in seven parts, namely, business planning, financial planning, marketing management, E-Commerce, product development, Branding, IPR, and Muslimpreneur. Strengthening Phase 1 is the FGD regarding improvements and innovations, expansion and diversification, efficiency and utilization. In strengthening phase 2 there was discussion of real problems faced by tenants. The activity ended with the launch of 6 new ICT-based entrepreneurs per year and the publication of results. Keywords: entrepreneur, syariah, ICT, UAI

Abstract

3D printer technology is being widely used in various manufacturing industries. 3D printers can produce three-dimensional products made of plastic sheets with a certain diameter called filaments. 3D printer filaments that are widely used are made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) plastic. The purpose of this research is to develop a Creatics plastic waste processing machine to produce products in the form of filaments that can be used as materials in 3D printers, so that they have more economic value and are environmentally friendly. Creatics machine is an integrated plastic waste processing machine that converts plastic waste into recycled products. In this study, the Teorija Rezhenija Izobretatelskih Zadach (TRIZ) method is used as a product development method to determine product specifications that are able to generate new ideas by eliminating contradictions and using innovative principles that can produce creative solutions. In the process of selecting alternative concepts, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) decision-making method is used. The results obtained by the TRIZ method are important parameters and need to be prioritized in designing a filament extruder, namely product reliability, energy use from moving objects, and product strength. The product design chosen based on the AHP method is a filament extruder made of stainless steel to be resistant to rust and utilizes the fan in the filament cooling process.Keywords - AHP method, Creatics machine, Filament extruder, Plastics waste, TRIZ method

Abstract

The aging process brings various consequences in the form of physical, mental, and social problems so that an elderly person experiences limitations. The limitations of the elderly in carrying out their activities, especially in foot movement when walking, therefore a walking aid is needed. Each walking aid has a different function and usage method, one of which is a cane. Canes are often used to help balance, widen the stride and lower the weight on the legs. Safe and comfortable use is essential for the cane to function properly in assisting walking function. Canes still do not have a new design that suits the needs of the elderly. In this study, the development of a cane product for the elderly was carried out which was adapted to the ergonomic aspects and ideal aesthetic aspects. The aim is to provide convenience for the elderly in carrying out activities despite their limitations. Based on the research of the report on product development, namely Tongkat Wusaji using the Garvin Dimension method which is supported by 5 parts, namely performance, durability, features, serviceability, and aesthetics. It was found that the product concept applied to the Wusaji Stick uses aluminum material which has a product resistance of more than 3 years. The Wusaji stick has a minimalist design that is supported by the Bfinders and auto adjustable features and there are ergonomic usage procedures. Tongkat Wusaji has a product selling price of Rp. 250,000.Keywords: Identify customer needs, Product development, Product specifications, Industrial design

Abstract

Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia (UAI) selalu berusaha meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya baik dari segi operasional maupun penyediaan fasilitasnya. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keinginan pelanggan (dalam hal ini mahasiswa) mengenai harapan dan kinerja pelayanan UAI yang diterima mahasiswa selama ini. Studi ini dimulai dengan dibuatnya pemetaan service blueprint yang dialami mahasiswa dalam menghadapi pelayanan di UAI. Setelah itu dilakukan survei langsung wawancara dalam bentuk pra kuesioner. Berdasarkan dari hasil pra kuesioner dibuatlah kuesioner. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh ini kuesioner ini dilakukan perhitungan dan dibuatlah model Service Quality (ServQual) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap kedua model, didapatkan atribut layanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas untuk meningkatkan kualitas jasa layanan di UAI secara berurutan yaitu: (1) meja dan kursi kuliah yang nyaman, (2) dosen komunikatif dalam proses perkuliahan, (3) adanya spanduk atau signageyang menunjukan adanya gedung UAI, (4) jumlah mahasiswa wanita, (5) panjang antrian di Bank, (6) kemudahan proses pembayaran, (7) jumlah meja dan kursi sesuai dengan pengunjung perpustakaan, (8) dosen memberikan penilaian secara objektif, (9) dosen dapat memberikan materi dengan baik dan jelas, (10) staf berpenampilan rapi, (11) dosen berpenampilan rapi saat kuliah, (12) nilai perkuliahan diumumkan secara terbuka dan diberitahukan dengan rinci, (13) sistem pembayaran semesteran yang lebih praktis (misalnya melalui ATM), (14) jumlah toilet untuk mahasiswa pria, (15) kemudahan proses mendaftar.AbstractUniversity of Al Azhar Indonesia (UAI) is attempting to increase their services quality at operational and facility level. This study is conducted to obtain customer perception (in this case the student) about UAI performance versus the student’s expectancy. The study began with mapping operational procedure in service blueprint which become as basis of generating questionnaires. To analyze the result, Service Quality (ServQual) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) are modeled. From the two models analysis results, the priority attributes to enhance the service quality in UAI are (1) table and chair coziness, (2) lecturers’ communication quality, (3) visibility of UAI banner and signage, (4) number of women restrooms, (5) length of queue in the bank, (6) simplicity of tuition payment procedure, (7) number of table and chair in the library, (8) lecturers’ grading objectivity, (9) lecturers’clarity in delivering their material, (10) employees code of dress (properly and neatly), (11) lecturers’ code of dress (tidiness), (12) student grades are announce openly in detail, (13) more practical tuition payment system (e.g using ATM), (14) number of men restrooms, (15) admission procedur simplicity.

Abstract

Abstrak – Inovasi merupakan aspek kunci yang mendorong suatu perusahaan semakin berkembang dan tetap bertahan dalam ketatnya persaingan di pasar. Seiringan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang revolusioner, menimbulkan adanya kebutuhan akan produk-produk dengan kemampuan yang mutakhir, oleh karena itu dibutuhan pola pikir yang kreatif dan berorientasi pada kreativitas bagi para perusahaan untuk tetap mempertahankan kedudukannya di persaingan pasar. Dalam upaya menghasilkan produk yang inovatif dan berkualitas tinggi, diperlukan perencanaan dan pengembangan produk yang komprehensif, selain itu juga diharapkan memiliki manfaat yang berkelanjutan dan bermanfaat bagi kelestarian lingkungan. Salah satu orientasi yang ditujukan pada perusahaan saat ini ialah mengembangkan Green Technology yang merujuk pada pembangunan dan aplikasi produk, peralatan serta sistem untuk memelihara alam sekitar dan meminimumkan dampak kerusakan lingkungan yang diakibatkan oleh manusia. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan produk tempat sampah penghancur plastik ramah lingkungan bertenaga mekanik, dengan sensor elektrik yang mampu mendeteksi ketinggian sampah agar tidak menumpuk. Alur penelitian dilakukan mulai dari pencarian dan pengumpulan ide produk, penyaringan ide produk yang feasible dan berpotensi menguntungkan, pembuatan prototipe produk, hingga analisis ekonomi dari produk yang akan dikembangkan. Tempat sampah penghancur sampah yang ramah lingkungan ini diberi nama Trade (Trash Destroyer).Abstract - Innovation is a key aspect that encourages a company to grow and stay afloat in the tight competition in the market. In tandem with revolutionary technological developments, there is a need for products with cutting edge capabilities, therefore a creative, creativity-oriented mindset is required for companies to maintain their position in the marketplace. To be able to produce innovative and high quality products, comprehensive product planning and development is required, but it is also expected to have sustainable and beneficial benefits for environmental sustainability. One of the orientations aimed at companies today is to develop Green Technology which refers to the development and application of products, equipment and systems to maintain the natural surroundings and nature and minimize or minimize negative impressions rather than human activities. This study carries out the planning and development of an environmentally friendly, mechanical-powered, plastic crushing trash bin that is equipped with electric sensors which is capable of detecting the height of waste to prevent trash accumulation. The flow of research is carried out starting from the search and collection of product ideas, filtering feasible and potentially profitable product ideas, making product prototypes, to economic analysis of the products to be developed. Abstract

Product development is something that is needed by every existing company. At this time, almost all companies are competing to continue to develop their products to attract consumers to be able to run life easily and comfortably. In this study, we analyzed the design of the LATIKMA (Mango Fruit Picker) to make it easier for people to pick mangoes and have other goals so that the mangoes that were picked were not crushed. This study using 4 methods, namely RPW, MRPW, LCR, and J. Wagon. With a total time of 147 minutes and the total time of all work stations being the same for the RPW method, the number of stations is 10, the line efficiency is 74%, and the smoothing index is 22.56, then for the MRPW, the number of stations is 10, the line efficiency is 74%, and the smoothing index is 22.56, then for the J. Wagon the number of stations is 10, the line efficiency is 74%, and the smoothing index is 30.14, and for the LCR method, the number of stations is 9, the line efficiency is 82%, and the smoothing index is 13.22.Keywords - Product, OPC, Assembly Chart, Heuristic, Prototyp

Abstract

This research was conducted to help solve the problem of environmental pollution resulting from excessive use of plastik and the use of wood as a raw material for production. In addition, the development of creatics 2.0 products to create new products that are of interest to consumers. In this study, the manufacture of product types will be made based on a questionnaire given to 30 respondents to provide input regarding the type and reasons for making the product, which is then concluded to be a decision for the final product to be made. After knowing the type of product to be produced, the design thinking method is used to collect the wishes and opinions of users regarding similar products to find out consumer needs. Design thinking goes through 5 stages of the work process, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design thinking process is a product development process that prioritizes consumer needs. And from data collection and processing, it can be concluded that the desired product is a furniture product that is flexible, lightweight, waterproof, strong, weather-resistant, and easy to store. In addition, plastik molds are also needed in the manufacturing process, the required mold specifications are plastik molds that can be integrated with the creatics machine so there is no need for refutation, and plastik molds that can withstand the heat of the melted plastik until the molding process is complete.Keywords – Product development, Plastik recycle, Design thinking

Abstract

Abstrak - Di industri ini, berbagai jenis persediaan disimpan dan dipesan. Jenis produk atau barang atau bahan baku yang bisa bertahan lama, begitu juga sebaliknya. Produk atau barang atau bahan bakunya tidak tahan lama atau memiliki siklus hidup yang pendek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Tentukan 5 produk yang menempati prioritas tertinggi dalam permintaan produk dengan menggunakan diagram Pareto, dan (2) tentukan jumlah pesanan pelanggan sayuran untuk mendapatkan keuntungan maksimal dengan jumlah Tunggal Order. Hasil plot data dari berbagai jenis sayuran yang telah dipilih adalah sayuran ceri tomat merah, bayam hijau, edamame, dua tomat, dan tomat baru-baru ini karena memiliki jumlah permintaan yang tinggi dibanding sayuran lainnya. Sayuran yang paling diminati adalah sayuran tomat ceri merah dengan total permintaan 30.000 bungkus, sebesar 27.000 bungkus bayam hijau, edamame berjumlah 26.800 bungkus, sebanyak 21.700 bungkus tomat, dan tomat baru-baru ini 16.650 bungkus. Manfaat dalam sayuran tomat ceri merah seharga Rp2.925.000 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan sebesar 6.150 bungkus. Keuntungan pada sayuran hijau bayam seharga Rp346.875 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaannya berjumlah 26 850 bungkus. Keunggulan pada edamame hijau seharga IDR262.618 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan 650 bungkus. Kenaikan harga sayur nabati sebesar Rp3.333.333 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan 3.650 bungkus. Kenaikan harga sayuran tomat baru mencapai Rp1.462.500 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan sebesar 3.000 bungkus.Kata Kunci – Permintaan, Pemesanan, Keuntungan, Gudang, Barang Tahan Lama, Single Order QuantityAbstrak – In the industry, various types of supplies are stored and booked. Benefits in the red cherry tomatoes vegetables for IDR2.925.000 on every booking when the number of requests amounted to 6,150 pack. Gains on spinach green vegetables for IDR346.875 on every booking when the number of his request amounted to 26 850 packs. Advantage on the greens edamame for IDR262.618 on every booking when the number of requests for 650 packs. Gains in tomato vegetable tw for IDR3.333.333 on every booking when the number of requests 3,650 pack.
