Abstract

Abstract This research was carried out to improve students' learning outcomes by using students' worksheet based on POE (Predict, Observe, Explain).This research was conducted in class X of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember in the 2019/2020 school acadenic year. This research used experimental research methods. The instruments used in this study were lesson plan, syllabus, students' worksheet based on POE (Predict, Observe, Explain), and post-test question. After analyzing it by comparing with the results of the daily chapter of the previous chapter, it was found that the test scores using LKS based on POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) were higher compared to conventional learning . Thus it can be concluded that class given treatment in the form of learning by using students' worksheet based on POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) has a significant effect on the students' learning outcomes compared to class with conventional learning. Abstract

Implementation Governmet Finance Statistics in Indonesia is one of the organization’s response to the mandate of Law No. 1 year of 2004. As stipulated by that, the Government Financial Statements that is prepared can produce financial statistik. One of the function of the Government Finance Statistics is to analyze and evaluate fiscal policy. DJPB as an organization that compile report as a constituent of the government's financial statements need to respond to this implementation. To realize the implementation of the Government Finance Statistics, organizations affected by the environment in which is located, so that the organization strives to be similar to the environment that is called isomorphism. Isomorphism occurred because of institutional pressures that influence organizational decision making. This study aims to determine the institutional pressures that affect decision making in impelemntasi GFS in Indonesia. The institutional pressure is divided of three to coersive pressure, mimetic pressure and normative pressure. The methodology used in this study is qualitative methods with intrepretatif techniques through institutional theory approach. The results of this study concluded that the organization experience symptoms that responded isomorphism according to the kind of pressure that appears. So that the organization mapped the pressures that affect the decision making of implementation GFS in Indonesia that have appropriate expectations for the purpose of analysis and evaluation of fiscal policy in accordance with Law No. 1 of 2004. ABSTRAK Implementasi Governmet Finance Statistics di Indonesia merupakan salah satu langkah organisasi dalam merespon amanat Undang-undang No. 1 tahun 2004. Sesuai amanat Undang-Undang tersebut bahwa Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah yang disusun dapat menghasilkan statistik keuangan. Salah satu fungsi Government Finance Statistics adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi kebijakan fiskal. Organisasi DJPB sebagai organisasi yang melakukan tugasnya sebagai penyusun laporan keuangan pemerintah perlu merespon implementasi ini. Untuk mewujudkan implementasi Government Finance Statistics, organisasi dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan di mana berada, sehingga organisasi berupaya menjadi mirip dengan lingkungannya yang disebut dengan isomorphism. Peristiwa isomorphism terjadi karena adanya tekanan-tekanan institusional yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tekanan-tekanan institusional apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dalam implemntasi GFS di Indonesia. Tekanan tersebut dibagi tiga menjadi coersive pressure, mimetic pressure dan normative pressure. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik intrepretatif melalui pendekatan teori institusional. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa organisasi DJPB mengalami gejala-gejala isomorphism yang direspon akibat tekanan yang muncul. Organisasi menjadi terpetakan akan tekanan-tekanan yang mempengaruhi dalam pengambilan keputusan implementasi GFS di Indonesia yang menjadi latar belakang implementasi yang belum sesuai ekpektasi untuk tujuan analisis dan implementasi kebijakan fiskal sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 1 Tahun 2004.

Abstract

Introduction: The latest corona virus (Covid-19), centered in one of the provinces in China, has spread to various countries. World Health Organization (WHO) Emergency Committee declared a global health emergency. Covid-19 virus based on several studies can be transmitted from human to human. Knowing the ways and media of transmission of Covid-19 is crucial so that transmission prevention can be done immediately. Objective: The purpose of the study to know the specific transmission of Covid-19 virus and how to prevent it that can be done. Method: The research was conducted using two databases, namely: Google scholar and Pubmed 2019-2020. Articles that meet the inclusion criteria namely methods, media of transmission and management of prevention of Covid-19 transmission are then reviewed. Results: Covid-19 transmission from human to human can be caused by close relationships such as family, close relatives, close friends, contact with people who are already infected. Transmission occurs through coughing, sneezing and aerosols. Transmission by air contributed to the Covid-19 outbreak. Less than one meter distance from an infected person has the potential for transmission. In the mechanism of infectious disease, transmission through vomiting plays a greater role than droplets. Discussion: Covid-19 virus has spread to more than 100 countries. Appropriate measures must be taken immediately to prevent the spread of the epidemic. The main purpose of prevention is to break the chain of transmission from human to human by separating people who have the potential to transmit it to others. One effort to achieve these goals is self-isolation at home or in health services. Social restrictions are also important to prevent spread in people who have not been detected by Covid-19. Conclusion: Because of its rapid and wide spread, it is important to prevent proper transmission to avoid threats to health, and the spread of this virus. By knowing Covid-19 transmission can be used as a guide for prevention and control both at home, and in health care.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables work related use, strain, social related use, excessive use of personal social media at work, for job performance at Super Indo Jakarta. The sample used in this study amounted to 200 respondents. The sampling technique used was sample random sampling. Data were analyzed using the Structure Equation Model (Quantitative) method. The results of this study are: (1) Work Related Use has a positive effect to Job Performance, (2) Strain has a positive effect to Job Performance, (3) Social Related Use has a positive effect to Job Performance, and (4) Excessive Use of Personal Social Media at Work has a positive effect to Job Performance.
