Abstract

The research sets purpose to increase the dtudi result of ips by using the draft map method for subject kind of job toward students at third grade in SDN XXV Wailiti in 2017 / 2018 . This research is actually a class measure research which has the students of third grade as its subject of research, consists of 9 schooolboys and 16 schoolgirls. It is done within 2 cycles and each cyele goes through planning, implementation, observation and reflection. While to assemble the data, it uses test, observation, documentation. The result of the research shows increases in teachers and students activity, and also the study result of students in IPS by using draf map method. The observation on the teachers activity on the firdt cycle at first meeting reaches 75% categorizet as good, and at the second neeting reaches 88,33% categorizet as good. The second cyle for the first meeting gets 90% for good category, and on the second it achieves 96,6% for very good category. While the students activity on the first cycle for the first meeting reaches 75% categorizet as good, and the second meeting reaches 83,33% categorizet as very good. On the second cycle at first meeting attains 87,5% for good category, second meeting achieves 95,83% categorizet as very good. Based on the study result of first cycle, students reach the average level become 66,6%. While the second cycle shows student in average level raises up to 81,6%. In summary, by using draft map method for subject kind of job can increase teachers skills, students activity and study result toward student at third grade in SDN XXV Wailiti, sub-ditrict of Alok Barat, Sikka Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SDI Belang Kelurahan Wailiti Kecamatan Alok Barat Kabupaten Sikka, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan MBS dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SDI Belang Kelurahan Wailiti Kecamatan Alok Barat Kabupaten Sikka. Jenis metode yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif, instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam proses implementasi MBS dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yaitu perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan, penyimpanan dan penginventarisan sudah berjalan dengan efektif, karena sudah berjalan sesuai proses dengan peraturan pemerintah. Akan tetapi dalam proses pengendaliannya kurang berjalan dengan efektif karena pengawasan guru terhadap siswa/siswi dalam penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan disekolah masih kurang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine student learning outcomes by using the snowball throwing modelon PKn subjects in the diversity of ethnic groups in Indonesia towards the learning outcomes ofstudents in class V SD Inpres XX Solot Nita District, Sikka Regency. This research is aquantitative study with the tipe of experimental research method used in this study using thepre-experimental (nondesings) type one-group pretest-design method. The population andresearch sample were all students of class V which numbered 14 students. The test instrumentused to determine is in the form of a pre-test and post-test. Based on the learning outcomes thevalues obtained the average experimental class in the group that was treated before that is 67,5(pre-test) and the group that has been treated 8,21 (post-test) from the results of hypothesistesting and the basis of taking the value is significant. (2-tailed) is 0,000 while the significancelevel is 0,05. Eating a probability value of 0,05 or 0,000 is smaller than 0,05. This means H isaccepted and H0 is rejected. Thus the influence of the application of the snowball throwingmodel on the PKn learning outcomes in the material of Ethic Diversity in Indonesia is the ClassV Elementary School Student Inpres XX Solot Sikka District. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Katolik Tebuk yang kurang memuaskan dimana hanya 18 orang mencapai nilai KKM 75. Hal ini dikarenakan dalam pembelajaran guru hanya memberikan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstasi dan penguasaan saja sehingga tidak memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengamati, mencari, serta menemukan konsep yang dipelajari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi aktivitas guru dan siswa yang diamati oleh guru pamong, (2) untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model Scramble di kelas IV SD Katolik Tebuk. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus pelaksanaan tindakan. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen tes tertulis dan pedoman observasi. Data-data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model Scramble dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh pada tiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I , presentase ketuntasan aktivitas guru mencapai 80,76%, presentase ketuntasan aktivitas siswa 67,85% dan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 88,18%. Data pada siklus II, presentase ketuntasan aktivitas guru mencapai 95,19%, presentase ketuntasan aktivitas siswa mencapai 87,5%, dan presentase ketuntasan hasil belajar Siswa mencapai 92,72%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe scramble yang dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran IPS meteri jenis-jenis pekerjaan dan kegiatan ekonomi dapat meningkatkan aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Katolik Tebuk.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this to improve student’s learning participation in IPS subject matter know thesignificance of events Rengasdengklok after implementing the word square strategy on the students grade V at SD Inpres Iligetang. This study was conducted in two breeding cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 phases, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. From the design of the research that has been drawn up and implemented researchers, then researchers have obtained data research result of each chycle that shows an increase in the participation of student learning. On the cycle of I obtained the value of study result of the student with the average value was 78,66, with the persentage thoroughness of students to study is 100%. From the data above show an increase learning outcomes student’s on the IPS subject of studies material Rengasdengklok know the significance of events after apply a strategy of learning word square. To maintain the result so carried out the cycle of II with develop indicators learning with apply a strategy I learning word square. Learning outcomes of students who obtained at cycle that is their average score is 88,70 with the presentage of student learning thoroughness 100% it is from the outcome of this research it can be conctuded that participation of students to study undergo change at that better after apply a strategy of learning word square in learning IPS material know the significance of events Rengasdengklok. Participation increased student learning because students enthusiastically and actively participate by applying learning strategies of word square. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan partisipasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran IPS materi mengenal pentingnya peristiwa Rengasdeng klok setelah menerapkan model strategi word square pada siswa kelas V SD Inpres Iligetang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri atas 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dari rancangan penelitian yang telah disusun dan dilaksanakan peneliti, maka peneliti telah mendapatkan data hasil penelitian dari masing-masing siklus yang menunjukan adanya peningkatan partisipasi belajar siswa. Pada siklus I diperoleh nilai hasil belajar siswa dengan rata-rata nilainya adalah 78,66 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 100%. Dari data di atas menujukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS materi mengenal pentingnya peristiwa Rengasdengklok setelah menerapkan strategi pembelajaran word square. Untuk mempertahankan hasil tersebut maka dilaksanakan siklus II dengan mengembangkan indikator pembelajarannya dengan menerapkan strategi l pembelajaran word square. Hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus II yaitu nilai rata-ratanya adalah 88,70 dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa adalah 100%. Maka dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipasi belajar siswa mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik setelah menerapkan strategi pembelajaran word square dalam pembelajaran IPS materi mengenal pentingnya peristiewa Rengasdengklok. Partisipasi belajar siswa meningkat karena siswa antusiasdan berpartisipasi aktif dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran word square.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students learning achievement by Contextual Teaching and Learning toward 3rd grade students in SD Inpres Waioti. This research is class action research, the subject of this research is the 3rd grade students of SD Inpres Waioti, which numbered 23 students.. The data collecting techniques using observation and the result of test for work. The data analysis techniques that used in this research is quantitative analysis. The result of this research shows the process of learning by using Contextual Teaching and Learning which can increase toward cycle number 1 with completeness 87% refers to the deficiency of cycle 1, then repaired the learning process, in cycle II the percentage of completeness become 100%. Then from the result of this research can be concluded that students’ learning outcomes got the changes towards the better after using Contextual Teaching and Learning in social study selling and buying material.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) describe the role of the principal on teacher performance in improving the quality of education at SDK Ona Nangahure. The research used was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of the data used in this study, namely research using source triangulation. Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques start from the data collection stage, the reduction stage, data display, and verification/conclusion. The results showed that the role of the Principal of SDK Ona Nangahure on teacher performance was that the principal always controlled each teacher during the learning process so as to produce quality education. Obstacles faced by principals in improving teacher performance at the Ona Nangahure SDK are the lack of teacher discipline in entering school and teacher delays in submitting learning tools. Efforts made by the principal in improving teacher performance at the Ona Nanaghure SDK are always, providing motivation and encouragement to subordinates so that they work well, based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the principal's role on teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Ona Nangahure SDK is that the principal the school always controls the teacher in the learning process

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant effect on the application of the Problem Based Instruction model on learning achievement. This research is a type of quantitative research, aiming to see the effect of student achievement on social studies subjects with material on ethnic diversity through the Problem Based Instruction model for fourth grade students at SDN XXV Wailiti. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students in the 2018/2019 academic year with 30 students in the experimental class. This research is motivated by the low learning achievement in social studies learning. One of the solutions taken to overcome these problems is learning by using the Problem Based Instruction model so that learning is more interesting and more meaningful. The results of observing student activities in the experimental class using the Preoblem Based Instruction model are seen in the results of observing the activity of students in the learning experiment class reaching an average value of 82.66, the results of the observations being in a good category. It was found that the learning outcomes in the experimental class using the Problem Based Instruction model, the average value in the experimental class pretest learning outcomes was 49.9 with classical completeness of 49.9% while the average posttest learning outcomes in the experimental class was 64.8 with completeness classical by 64.8%. Student learning outcomes have changed for the better after using the Problem Based Instruction model with ethnic diversity material. Based on the research achievement indicators, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Instruction model has a positive effect on student learning achievement at SDN XXV Wailiti, Wolomarang Village, Alok Barat District, Sikka Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.
