Abstract

The purposeof thisstudywas to determine Influence ofLeadership Style, Motiveasiand Discipline Workon Employee Performance PT Romindo Primavetcom Branch Medan. The populationin this study were all employees of PT Romindo Primavetcom Branch Medan of 40 people. Descriptive research method that aim stootain information about a phenomenonat the time ofthe research conducted. The research instrument was a questionnaire/questionnaire with Likert scale models. Test requirements conducted to test normality, heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique use dismultiple regression techniq ues at significance level α=0.05. The results showed: (1) there was a significant effect of leadership styleon employee performance with t=3,557; (2) there is a significant relationship between motivation crimes against employee performance with t=3,392; (3) there isa significant influence between disciplines influence on the performance of employees working with t=3,898.

Abstract

Motivasi yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelayanan dan potongan harga terhadap kepuasan Konsumen pada PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. Riset ini dilaksanaakan di PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa, dengan populasi 35 individu sebagai sampel. Instrumen pemeriksaan berupa survei/polling dengan model skala Likert. Uji prasyarat diarahkan untuk menguji keteraturan. Metode investigasi informasi yang digunakan adalah adalah teknik regresi Berganda pada tingkat kepentingan = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh positif dan masif antara Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, nilai signifikan sebesar 0.008< 0,05. Sedangakn variabel Potongan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0.506> 0,05 tidak terdapat pengaruh. Berdasarkan hasil SPSS, diketahui bahwa nilai R square sebesar 0,202 atau 20,2% menyiratkan bahwa komponen bantuan dan batas nilai dapat dipahami oleh pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya dapat dipahami oleh berbagai faktor lain.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work performance and discipline on the promotion of police officers at the Medan Polrestabes. This research is an associative type of research, where this study seeks to find out the relationship between interrelated variables. This research is located at Polrestabes Medan which is located on Jl. HM. Said No.1, Sidorame Bar. I, District. Medan Perjuangan, Medan City, this research took place from January 2022 to April 2022, the population of this study were all active police employees at the Sabhara Section of Medan Polrestabes totaling 40 employees, the sample used was saturated sampling where all the population of 40 people became the sample , the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, while the results of this study are, In this study, achievement assessment has an effect on promotion. It can be seen in column t that the Achievement variable (X1) has a value of tcount (3,672) > ttable ( 2.024) which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the significant value of 0.003 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In this study, discipline has an effect on promotion. It can be seen in column t that the discipline variable (X2) has a value of tcount (7,113) > ttable (2,024), which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. While the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. Based on the results of the F test, the data of this study is significant, because Fcount 39,098 > Ftable 3.24, namely Hypotesis a is accepted and Hypotesis o is rejected. The significance level is 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of job satisfaction and workload on organizational commitment. This study descriptive quantitative questionnaire instrument. The study population amounted to 53 teachers with saturated sample technique then the sample of 53 people. The results of the study were the value of workload tcount 4.163, value ttable 1.675; value tcount> ttable and sigcount < sigtable (4.163 > 1.675) and (0.000 < 0.05). tcount value of job satisfaction 3.956, ttable value 1.675; tcount value > ttable and sigcount < sigtable (3.956 > 1.675) and (0.000 < 0.05). Value Fcount facilities and job satisfaction 18.837, value Ftable 3.18; value Fcount > Ftable and sigcount < sigtable (18.837 > 3.18) and (0.000 < 0.05). The value of Rsquare is 0.430 or R2 x 100% by 43.00%, meaning that the independent variable contributes greatly to describe the organizational commitment of 43.00% the remaining 57.00% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: workload, job satisfaction, organizational commitment ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitan untuk mengetahui secara parsial maupun serentak pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif instrumen kuesioner. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 53 orang, dengan teknik sampel jenuh maka sampel 53 orang. Hasil penelitian yaitu nilai thitung beban kerja 4,163, nilai ttabel 1,675; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (4,163 > 1,675) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai thitung kepuasan kerja 3,956, nilai ttabel 1,675; nilai thitung > ttabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (3,956 > 1,675) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Fhitung fasilitas dan kepuasan kerja 18,837, nilai Ftabel 3,18; nilai Fhitung > Ftabel dan sighitung < sigtabel (18,837 > 3,18) dan (0,000 < 0.05). Nilai Rsquare yaitu 0.430 atau R2 x 100% sebesar 43.00 %, artinya variabel bebas memberi sumbangsih besar guna menguraikan tentang Komitmen organisasi sebesar 43.00 % sisa 57.00% di pengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan serentak Harga dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Kosmetik Merek Emina Di Jihan Shop Binjai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan intrumen kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Jihan Shop Binjai pada bulan maret, menerapkan teknik sampel jenuh maka sampel berjumlah 69 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menerapkan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh konsumen, data yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Adapun Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukan adanya pengaruh positif harga dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik parsial maupun simultan. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu harga sangat memengaruhi loyalitas konsumen, kualitas produk memberikan pengaruh signifikan dan bersifat dominan terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Jihan Shop Binjai
