Abstract

This research discusses about the implementation of the cost efficiency strategy at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. As for the phenomenon of the problem that the authors observe on the financial ratios report of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk., especially in the BOPO ratio (Operating Costs to Operating Income), it ranks fourth highest out of a total of 13 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Based on the authors’ observation, it has implemented the cost efficiency strategy that is also carried out by banks in general. However, there are some obstacles that result in inefficient bank performance, so the BOPO ratio is still high. Therefore, PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. has made several solutions to overcome the obstacles faced.

Abstract

The final report written based on observation in PT Sharia Bank Mandiri Rawamangun branch. Observation methods conducted with observations and interview related to convenant on gold bars. The purpose of this reservation is to know the filing procedures of convenant on gold bars in PT Sharia Bank Mandiri. To apply for gold pawn financing in PT Sharia Bank Mandiri Rawamangun branch, customer comes to the branch office to fill out the application form and attach some requirements like identity card, NPWP card if the financing is above 50 million, have a saving account and warranty of gold bars. In this case, so gold pawn financing can familiar in public especially the middle to lower society then need to socialization and promotion like opening outlets on campus, central business and shopping center.

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an absolute and unavoidable phenomenon in the business world. The survival of a company depends on the strategy devised to be able to carry out transformation and innovation to deal with it. So that companies and businesses that have been built are not crushed by the times and are hampered by their development, the company must be responsive to existing changes, especially with the development of technology and digital business. The company must also have an integrated travel map so that the direction of business development is clearly visible. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed many things of life in an instant. Never before in modern human history has a pandemic progressed and spread rapidly like Covid-19. Therefore, every event, response, and reaction is also oftentimes good. It happens at the individual level, the smallest community, up to the State and nation. Organizations and corporations are also forced to adapt quickly to very high levels of uncertainty. With the incessant change of life lines into all-digital. Therefore, companies really need to prepare reliable human resources and technology literacy in order to continue to achieve success. Employees should be supported and encouraged to continue learning and increase their knowledge of technology. Because the workforce or human resources who are able to apply and control technology in the present are able to move forward. This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource competence and the use of information technology in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 during the co-19 pandemic. In this study using the theory of Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) to examine more in how the process of forming HR groups in the advertising agenda through digital media and also the process of interaction developed by the HR groups. The method in this study uses a qualitative research method with a Case Study approach and the paradigm used is the constructivist paradigm, which is to examine how the interaction and role of HR in the interaction and communication groups in the online media. In this study trying to identify the personalities of each grouped as tourists, mingles, and devotes. Data collection is done by using observation and also conducting in-depth interviews. In addition, the data analysis technique used is to use a flow model from Miles and Huberman consisting of 3 stages, namely Data Reduction, then the presentation of data, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Procedure Analyze of BSm Pawning (Rahn) Gold is in Compliance with SE Bank Indonesia perspective SE 14/7/DPbS and DSN MUI Fatwa No. 26/DSN-MUI/III/2002. BSM Pawning (Rahn) Gold is one of the products owned by PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. A banking financial institution engaged in accordance with Islamic sharia system. This product has previously been carried out by the several institution by it self and it turned out that pawning is executed with conventional systems. Therefore, Bank Syariah Mandiri is trying to adopt this pledge into one of it is products through BSM pawning (Rahn) gold in accordance with Islamic sharia system.In conducting its business, Bank Syariah Mandiri has rules referenced by regulators which are Bank Indonesia as the regulator which regulates the banking processes and Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) as the regulator of governing the rules of Islamic sharia. In carrying out any business process, Bank Syariah Mandiri should pay attention to the two regulators. That is the reason why the author feel the needs to conduct research on whether the procedure of BSM Pawning (Rahn) Gold is in compliance with Bank Indonesia perspective SE14/7/DPbS and DSN MUI Fatwa No.26/DSN-MUI/III/2002. This is necessary so that the authors feel confident to be able to become an agent in developing economy in accordance with Islamic sharia system.From the results of the analysis of this study, the writer found that the suitability of the product BSM Pawn (Rahn) Gold with the regulations from the two regulators. It is obtained from the questionnaire given to the customers of BSM Pawning (Rahn) Gold and from the interviews with employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri as the seller of the product. These results can also be the basis in learning the implementation of sharia economic system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction at PT. JNE Branch Koja North Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and literature. The population in this study was 2,398 consumers in April 2021. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with the accidental sampling method and using the Slovin formula from Sugiyono to collect 100 respondents. The population found using the 90% confidence level or error (e) = 10% (0.1). Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics SPSS version 25 software. The results of the study indicate that service quality has an influence on consumer goals at PT. JNE Branch Koja North Jakarta by 60.7%. Price Perception has an influence on consumers at PT. JNE Branch Koja, North Jakarta by 63.5%. Service Quality and Price Perception have a significant effect on consumer goals at PT. JNE Branch Koja, North Jakarta. Service Quality and Price Perception affect consumer variables at PT. JNE Branch Koja North Jakarta simultaneously with a value of 0.699 or 69.9% of which 30.1% is explained by other factors not included in this study.Keywords: Service Quality, Price Perception, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

Cacao is one of the plantation commodities playing an important role in Indonesian economic activities. Cacao also makes a significant contribution to Indonesia’s foreign exchange income. The research aims to identify the impact of total cacao production and price, and total production and price on Indonesian cacao export values from 2017 to 2020. The type of research used was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data in the research were secondary data collected from Indonesian Statistics (BPS). Samples in the research were collected through nonprobability sampling using the saturated sampling method. The statistical testing with t-test showed that total production as determined by the cacao total production had a significant value of 0.000 and was less than the significance level of 0,05. The cacao selling price (X2) was 0.000 with a significant value of less than 0.05 or 0.000 < 0,05. Therefore, Ha accepted, the price variable affected export volume significantly. The F-test showed an F value of 135.981 with a significance level of 0.000, and since it is less than 0.05 therefore a conclusion can be drawn that production and price jointly affected the variable independents. The value of the R square determinant coefficient showed the value of export-dependent 0,862 value that can be explained by the independent variables of production and price which was 86.2% and 13,8%, respectively. The government is expected to increase cacao productivity by providing supporting facilities for cacao farmers in Indonesia.
