Abstract

Perilaku caring seorang perawat di rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang sudah pernah dilakukan workshop perilaku caring, namun belum ada evaluasi secara kontiniu oleh pihak manejerial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Perilaku Caring Perawat Dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif korelatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional Study. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang. Penelitian dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dari bulan Desember 2017 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2018, dengan jumlah populasi 965 dan sampel 90 responden . teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa secara univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh (60%) perawat memiliki perilaku caring dan kurang dari separuh (35,6%) pasien puas. Hasil penelitian bivariat berdasarkan uji statistik diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna (p=0,043) antara perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien di RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara perilaku caring perawat dengan kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

Based on a report from the padang city health office in 2022, it was stated that the andalas health centre was one of the health centers with the highest number of covid 19 incidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship betwen knowledge and attitudes towards covid 19 prevention measures in the community in RT 02/RW 02 Andalas Village, Working Area Of Andalas Health Centre, Padang City.This type of research is deskriptive analytical using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in RT 02/RW 02. Reasearch and data collection was carried out from march 2022 to july 2022, with a population of 121 and a sample of 55 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The data obtained were analized univariately with a frequency distribution and bivariate with statistical tests Chi Square.The result of univariate study obtained knowledge (47,3%), attitudes (43,6 %) and preventive measures for covid 19 (54,5%). Bivariate research results based on statistical tests it was found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p=0,017) and no mean relationship between attitude (p=1,00) with covid 19 prevention measures in the community in RT 02/RW 02 Andalas Village, Working Area Of Andalas Health Centre, Padang City. Based on the research above, it can be concluded that preventive measures for covid 19 are influenced by public knowledge. It is recomended to the health centre to provide specific, valid and targeted knowledge in order to improve community prevention measures against Covid 19 infection.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) states that the percentage of deaths from non-communicable diseases is 63% compared to infectious diseases. Indonesia based on the results of hypertension occurs in the elderly age group (55.2%). West Sumatra more. Patients with hypertension at the age of 60 years and over are around 650,000 people (19.1%). The highest incidence of hypertension in the elderly was found at the Air Cold Health Center, Padang, which ranked first as many as 920 people (38.5%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and adherence to hypertension treatment in the elderly at the Air Cold Padang Public Health Center in 2022. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The study was carried out in February – September 2022. Data collection was on 22 – 27 August 2022. The population in this study were all hypertensive elderly who came to visit the Padang Air Cold Health Center totaling 154 people with a sample of 61 people. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The study used a questionnaire by means of interviews. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square statistical test with a significance level of 95% = 0.05. The results showed that less than half of 44.3% had elderly medication adherence. Less than half of 45.9% have low knowledge. More than half 50.8% have poor motivation in the elderly, more than half 52.5% have unsupportive families in the elderly. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge, motivation, family support and adherence to treatment for hypertension in the Air Cold Padang Public Health Center in 2022. Factors level of knowledge, motivation, family support associated with adherence to treatment of hypertension elderly. It is expected that health workers will further improve providing information to patients with hypertension in compliance with treatment according to the schedule by health workers. The conclusion of this study is that it is expected that health workers will improve providing information to patients with hypertension in adherence to treatment as scheduled by health workers.

Abstract

Babies with low birth weight (LBW) is still a problem throughout the world because it is a cause of illness and death in the newborn period. The prevalence of LBW estimated 15% of all births in the world with a limit of 3.3% -38% and is more common in developing countries or low socio-economic. Objective knows Overview Risk Factors Genesis low birth weight (LBW) in RSUD.dr.Rasidin Padang in the Year 2016 in dr. Rasidin Padang in 2023 there were 47 mothers who give birth to babies with low birth weight. This type of research is descriptive to see an overview of a study. This study was conducted in mei 2023 until juni 2023 in hospitals Dr.Rasidin Padang, the samples in the study were 47 respondents, data collection techniques are data from hospital medical records, sample collection technique Total Sampling technique. Data processing techniques with editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, cleaning and data analysis with univariate analysis. From the results, the risk of maternal age (59.6%), risk parity (55.3%), the risk of birth spacing (61.7%) of risk factors that affect the incidence of low birth weight. There is a description of risk factors at birth mothers with LBW.
