The preoperative phase was an action before surgery which was the basis for success in the next stage. In this phase, psychological disorders could occur, for example, anxiety. The feeling of anxiety that was felt by this preoperative patient might be overcome immediately, because it would hinder the future process, namely when the surgery was carried out, this was because feelings of anxiety could cause physiological changes. The purpose of this literature review was to describe the change in anxiety levels in preoperative patients after being given murottal Al-Qur'an therapy. This research design was a descriptive analysis with a literature review approach. Search for articles using 8 journal databases, namely PubMed, ScienceDirect, TaylorFrancis Online, JSTOR, SAGE Journal, Willey Online Library, Springer, and Google Scholar. Selection was carried out by assessing articles that meet the inclusion criteria with a publication range of 2015-2021, in English and Indonesian, and open access to full text pdf, while the exclusion criteria were book chapters, abstract proceedings, and posters. A total of 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria were reviewed. All articles were fully reviewed, specifically criticized and rated using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programmed instrument with 321 respondents. The results of the review showed that murottal Al-Qur'an therapy had a positive effect in lowering anxiety levels in the nursing process in preoperative patients.

Introduction : Dental and oral health education is an effort to influence someone to behave well and motivate them to maintain dental and oral health, as well as increase public awareness of the importance of dental and oral health and provide an understanding of ways to maintain dental and oral health. Objective : The purpose of this community service is to increase children's knowledge and understanding of dental and oral health, and to improve good and correct brushing habits for elementary school students. Method : the method used is the lecture and demonstration method, namely by playing while learning to use the help of the snake ladder educational game banner. Then take respondents from class 4 SDN 1 Gereba as many as 20 people and samples taken only 3 people, 30 minutes of playing time interspersed with questions and answers according to the questions already available in each column of snakes and ladders. The activities included the introduction of basic material on dental and oral health, then Health Education was carried out by 6 extension workers by playing and learning with the help of snakes and ladders educational media as well as material presentation which then did a role play on how to brush teeth properly and correctly. Result : Health education about teeth and mouth using lecture and demonstration methods with the help of the snake and ladder educational game banner media which was carried out on school-age children with 20 respondents and a sample of 3 people, the use of this media was effective in increasing children's dental and oral health knowledge.

Introduction: Appendicitis is a disease of the respiratory system where inflammation is due to infection of the appendix or appendix, this infection will cause several complications if surgery is not immediately taken for treatment, usually an appendectomy is performed to reduce the risk of perforation. Appendicitis can be caused by predisposing factors such as obstruction of the lumen, infection with bacteria from the colon (E. Coli, Streptococcus), and male sex in adolescents-adults. As well as precipitating factors such as blockage of the appendix lumen, erosion of the appendix mucosa, and an unhealthy lifestyle, such as eating habits that are low in fiber. Objective: This assistance aims to provide nursing care to the patient Mr. A with a medical diagnosis of appendicitis in the Anggrek room at RSUD Kota Banjar in 2022. Method: Assistance activities are carried out by providing nursing care through 5 stages of the nursing process, including Assessment, Diagnosis, Nursing Intervention, Nursing Implementation, and Evaluation. Result: The results showed that the patient's main complaint was pain in the post-operative appendectomy wound in the right lower quadrant of the abdomen, the diagnosis that appeared in the patient was acute pain and sleep disturbances, after being given nursing actions from January 4-6, the results showed that the patient said the pain he felt has decreased, the patient does not look grimacing, the patient's expression looks relaxed, the pain scale has decreased from the initial scale of 6 to a scale of 3. Conclusion: After the process of providing nursing care was carried out on 04-January-2022, it was found that the nursing problem in Mr. A with a medical diagnosis of appendicitis could be resolved.

Introduction : Pain is one of the physiological problems that can be found in Rheumatoid Arthritis patients. An effort that can be made to solve the problem is a warm compress of red ginger. Methods : This study uses a case study design with a nursing care approach or the implementation of evidence-based practice that focuses on nursing innovation. This research was carried out in Cikanyere Hamlet RT/003 RW/014 Gegempalan Village, the working area of the UPTD Cikoneng Health Center on May 25-28, 2022. Participants in this study were one family with a family member who experienced pain, namely Mrs.K aged 67 years, with complaints of pain in the right knee joint. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observations, physical examinations and documentation studies. Results : The client said there was an effect of warm ginger compresses on the pain he felt, with the results of the pain scale before being given the intervention of warm compresses of red ginger by 4 (1-10) with indications of moderate pain, and after being given the intervention of warm compresses of red ginger by 2 (1-10) with indications of mild pain. Discussion : Giving of warm compresses of red ginger is effective in lowering pain in clients with Rheumatoid Arthritis, this intervention can be done independently by the client.
