Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada PT. Pegadaian Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksplanasi, dengan desain metode survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 44 pegawai, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling, sumber data primer menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0,05, dari hasil dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh pada prestasi kerja pegawai PT, Pegadaian Jombang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,392 > 0,05 dan disiplin berpengaruh pada prestasi kerja pegawai PT. Pegadaian Jombang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Hasil R2 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,699 yang berarti variabel motivasi dan disiplin memberikan pengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 69,9% dan sisanya sebesar 30,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Yayasan Pendidikan Dan Pembinaan Seribu Warna (YPP SENA) Jombang. YPP Sena adalah organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pendidikan dan pengembangan anak usia dini, anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) dan Ibu Asuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS Versi 26. Dengan metode penyebaran data kuesioner baik kepada pemilik yayasan maupun seluruh pegawai YPP SENA, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sesuai dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan YPP SENA. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference of employee performace in PT Surya Indah Food Multirasa Jombang districts. This type of research is quantitative research with survey research methods. In collecting data using purposive sampling techniques. The population of this research is all employees at PT Surya Indah Food Multirasa Jombang districts, so that the sample in this study is 52 respondents. To analyze the data obtained using the Classic Assumption Test, and One Way Anova. Whereas the data collection was carried out through several techniques, namely field studies and lift deployment studies. The results of research and data processing show that the three independent variables, gender, age, and length of working simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Correlation coefficient test results show that the R value of 0,662, it means gender, age, and legth of working together have a very strong relationship of employee performance. While the result of One Way Anova test show that sig is 0,009 < 0,05 that it can be interpreted there is a performance difference of gender, than sig as 0,011 < 0,05 that it can be interpreted there is a performance difference of age, and than sig as 210 > 0,05 that it can be interpreted there is a performance difference oflegth of working. Expected things to pay attention to further improve employee performance at PT Surya Indah Food Multirasa Jombang districts that is evaluating in the employee’s work

Abstract

The preservation of conservative traditional methods in learning Arabic at the elementary level is a classic problem that needs to be given a sustainable solution. The innovation and creativity of teachers in conveying information has an impact on the success of learning and or the achievement of learning objectives. Utilization of learning media is one solution to these problems. The results of this study became the issues raised in mentoring and training activities to make BiZi card learning media for teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Rejosopinggir Jombang, with the hope that Arabic language learning would become attractive and effective learning. The implementation of this community service uses the Community Based Research (CBR) method which is carried out through training and mentoring for teachers at MI Muhammadiyah Rejosopinggir for 5 days. The activity stages started with the presentation of material about the importance of learning media, the practice of designing computing-based cards, and making BiZi cards of various sizes, then closed with an evaluation. The results of this service indicate that teachers gain new motivation and knowledge in order to improve their competence in utilizing and using learning media. After the training was carried out, the Arabic learning process could take place in a pleasant atmosphere, and students seemed actively involved in learning. In the practice carried out during mentoring, the teacher began to apply arabic language skills which included maharah istima', kalam, qira'ah, and kitabah during the learning process. And in the practice carried out during mentoring, it is known that teachers are starting to facilitate more and more students to be actively involved in the learning process, because there is reciprocity with students.

Abstract

Revolution 4.0 changes the mindset millennial generation in developing science and discovering several discoveries in the field of technology. Millennial generations who are sensitive to technological developments can master and implement existing technological advances to change the consumptive civilization from offline to online. The internet has a very important role in the Covid-19 era with high competitiveness that can produce innovations in building or developing products and businesses that are managed by students as millennials. With this opportunity, it makes it easier for students to promote various types of products as a source of income, and if managed further they can be used as a source of funding for lectures. The problems experienced by students in entrepreneurship are the difficulty of promoting goods and the lack of innovating a product that is more value-added and the lack of capital for the next business development. Therefore, the Ramadhan bazaar activity program organized by SITE Bima aims to foster and develop an entrepreneurial spirit among students so that they can increase the potential, creativity, innovation in students, and become a forum or business community that can be developed into start-ups. digital business. The method applied in this activity is the preparation of activities, implementation of activities, monitoring, and reporting. After carrying out this activity students can survive by doing entrepreneurship independently in the Covid-19 era and creating new product innovations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: the influence of service quality on the decision of KJKS BMT RIZQONA TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG members. This type of research uses a descriptive approach with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using the commissioner, respondents were members of KJKS BMT RIZQONA, amounting to 100 people, sampling techniques using non-Probability. In this study an R2 of 0.644 was obtained, which means that the variable quality of service only contributed an influence of 64.4%. Based on the results of the t test obtained t value of 13.332 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. Then Ho refused Ha accepted, that the quality of service significantly influences the decision of KJKS BMT RIZQUNA TAMBAKBERAS JOMBANG members. Keywords: Service Quality, Member Decision

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh  minimnya para santri TPQ dalam menguasai keterampilan dalam membaca kitab bernadzhom. hal ini dikarenakan guru hanya mengembangkan potensi dalam mempelajari ayat-ayat Al Qur’an  sedangkan pembelajaran kitab-kitab dasar yang seharusnya dipelajari juga untuk sedikit pembekalan bagi anak ketika akan masuk ke pondok pesantren  atau sekolah di bawah yayasan pendidikan agama belum ada. Oleh karena itu, adanya pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan  pengetahuan tentang kitab Aqidatul Awam di desa Dukuharum. Metode yang digunakan  dalam pengabdian ini adalah  Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), yang mengutamakan pemanfaatan aset dan potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat untuk kemudian digunakan sebagai bahan yang memperdayakanadapun jenis data analisis mengahsilkan  diantaranya:  (1)  telah dikembangkan buku saku Aqidatul Awam untuk memudah santri TPQ dalam mempelajari Kitab Aqidatul Awam (2) Kegiatan yang mempelajari cara pelafalan nadhom Aqidatul Awam sebagai sarana belajar ilmu tauhid melalui nadhom (3) Kitab yang disusun juga menampung ringkasan materi dari Kitab Aqidatul awam. Sehingga, memudahkan bagi santri yang ingin mempelajari kitab Aqidatul Awam namun tidak mengerti dengan bahasanya. (4) Kegiatan tidak hanya dilakukan sekali saja, namun dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan sehingga santri tidak sekilas mengerti namun apa yang dipelajari bisa merasuk dan melekat pada ingatan mereka.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi nasional adalah suatu keharusan jika suatu negara ingin meningkatkan taraf hidup dan kesejahteraan rakyatnya terutama usaha mikro yang terus meningkat belum diikuti dengan peningkatan kualitas usaha mikro yang merata. sektor UMKM memiliki berbagai masalah, yaitu keterbatasan akses modal kerja maupun investasi, kesulitan dalam pemasaran, distribusi dan pengadaan bahan baku, kualitas SDM yang rendah keterbatasan akses informasi mengenai peluang pasar, biaya transportasi tinggi, birokrasi yang kompleks, dan kebijaksanaan ekonomi yang belum jelas arahnya. Sifat unbankable usaha mikro inilah yang memunculkan semacam Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM), Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT), Lembaga Amil Zakat (LAZ), Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) ataupun Badan Amil Zakat (BAZ) sebagai lembaga-lembaga finansial mikro yang menyalurkan dana zakat dan wakaf produktif dalam bentuk modal. Penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada akibat distribusi dana zakat dan wakaf produktif kepada perkembangan usaha mustahik dan menganalisa apakah terdapat perbandingan pemasaran saat sebelum serta setelah memperoleh dana zakat dan wakaf produktif, populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 100 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pengelolaan zakat dan wakaf produktif terhadap pelaku usaha UMKM di Kabupaten Jombang setelah menerima zakat dan wakaf produktif dari LAZISNU Kabupaten Jombang

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Leadership Style on Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Bairuny Jombang. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with associative methods. Source of data used is primary data. The technique used for sampling is Non Probability Sampling and using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 35 respondents. The data collection method uses a Likert Scale model questionnaire. The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had no significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style has an influence on the performance of MA Al-Bairuny Jombang teachers. The ability of several independent variables to influence the dependent variable is 43.2% and the remaining 56.8% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.Keywords:Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Leadership Style, Performance.
