Abstract

Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada perilaku pedagang buah muslim dalam berdagang di Kota Watampone dan analisis akurasi ketepatan timbangan pedagang buah muslim di Kota Watampone. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif yakni metode penelitian yang menjelaskan mengenai suatu variabel tertentu yang menjadi fokus penelitian yaitu tentang akurasi ketepatan timbangan buah pedagang muslim yang ada di Kota Watampone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih ada pedagang yang menjual buah dengan tidak memenuhi takaran timbangan sesuai akad jual beli. Mengenai akurasi timbangan, masih terdapat pedagang buah yang bermain pada ukuran timbangan yang mengakibatkan takaran tidak sesuai dan merugikan pembeli. Disamping itu menemukan pedagang yang tidak jujur, masih tidak amanah dan melakukan tindakan gharar. Mereka melakukan tindakan penipuan dengan menjual buah yang tidak sesuai dengan timbangan, buah tidak segar, memberikan janji mengenai rasa yang tidak sesuai, dan mencampur buah yang bagus dengan buah yang sudah busuk.

Abstract

AbstractIntegration of Islamic law and customary law of inheritance that run in the Bugis community in District Palakka Bone takes place in the form of assimilation, syncretic, acculturative, and legitimacy. Integration in a syncretic form can be seen in the division of inheritance society that make Islamic law and customary law as a reference. Integration in the form acculturative can be seen at the time of the division of property, there is executed before the death, and there is also carried out after the death of the testator. The integration in the form of legitimacy can be seen from the case of the division of inheritance community continue to provide part of property to the son of the heir who had died earlier than the heir known as substitute heirs. Integration of Islamic law and customary law apply to the division of the community estate Bugis Bone in District Palakka namely because: a. between Islamic law and customary law have interacted for a long time, complementary in addressing the legal needs of the community, b. Islamic law and customary law used as a reference and a major cornerstone in the division of the community estate, c. Islamic law and customary law into the legal awareness of the public to follow both of these rules. d. between Islamic law and customary law have a common vision and goal to bring peace to people's lives.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the soft and hard skills students need to improve the quality of human resources in the tertiary environment. The research was conducted in Bone Regency, focusing on IAIN Bone students and related stakeholders. The research method used is qualitative research, which involves interviews, observations, and questionnaires to collect primary data and documents and literature as secondary data. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive techniques and descriptive statistical analysis. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to design practical and applicable skills development models and evaluate the effectiveness of the skills development programs that have been implemented. The ultimate goal of this research is to improve the quality of college graduates so that they are ready to compete in the world of work, support higher education policies, increase the competitiveness of universities, and prepare students to face increasingly complex future challenges. This research provides recommendations to universities regarding developing curricula and learning programs that are more comprehensive and relevant to industry needs.
