Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang metodologi yang digunakan di dalam tafsir al-Qurţubī oleh Imam al-Qurţubī. Terdapat tiga permasalahan pokok yang menjadi fokus penelitian dalam studi ini, yaitu; metode penafsiran dalam kitab al-Jāmi‘ li Aĥkām al-Qur’an, sumber penafsiran dalam kitab al-Jāmi‘ li Aĥkām al-Qur’an dan corak penafsiran dalam kitab al-Jāmi‘ li Aĥkām al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini adalah library research, dengan menggunakan pendekatan multidisipliner, yakni pendekatan ilmu tafsir, filosofis, historis dan sosiologis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yakni kitab Tafsir al-Jāmi‘ li Aĥkām al-Qur’an dan data sekunder yang meliputi karya-karya yang terkait dengan tafsir al-Jāmi‘ li Aĥkām al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini mendapati beberapa temuan, anatara lain, (1) al-Qurţubī menggunakan metodologi taĥlīlī dalam menulis kitab tafsir al-Jāmi‘ li Aĥkām al-Qur’an, (2) kitab tafsir ini pun lebih dominan menggunakan ra’yi dibandingakn dalil-dalil al-Ma’śūr, (3) kitab tafsir ini bercorak fiqhi atau hukum.

Abstract

Penulis bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan buku Kaidah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis yang ditulis oleh Syuhudi Ismail, salah seorang tokoh hadis terkemuka di Makassar. Penulis menggunakan metode kajian pustaka (library research), sehingga apa yang terdapat dalam tulisan ini berdasarkan atas buku Kaidah kesahihan sanad hadis yang di tulis oleh Syuhudi Ismail yang digunakan oleh penulis sebagai rujujkan untuk menganalisa buku tersebut. Selanjutnya hasil dari kajian tersebut adalah (1) pemikiran Syuhudi Ismail, sebagai seorang ahli hadis yaitu dapat di golongkan sebagai salah seorang pemikir dan kritikus hadis yang bersifat moderat karena ia bersikap obyektif menyikapi periwayat hadis yang diperselisihkan tanpa terikat pada salah satu kaidah jarh wa ta’dil yang ekstrim, mendahulukan Jarh ataukah Ta’dil bagi periwayat yang diperselisihi kualitasnya, (2) Adapun metodologi penyusunan dan pembahasan buku Kaedah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis menggunakan pendekatan Ilmu Sejarah yang merupakan hasil penelitian desertasi Syuhudi merupakan buku hadis pertama yang mengklasifikasikan kesahihan sanad hadis kedalam kaidah mayor dan minor

Abstract

Capitalist behavior was unavoidable when the co-19 outbreak struck. Panic buying at a number of shopping centers, as well as hoarding of healthcare supplies such as masks and sanitizers, are all manifestations of capitalism’s selfish behavior. This essay stressed the critical importance of ethics in all parts of behavior, including economic activity, in order to dissuade such behavior. This study took a qualitative method, with Al-Gazali’s Sufistic thinking serving as the primary reference point. This study took a sociological perspective. The primary data collection took place over the course of one week at Lakessi traditional market, Sejahtera store, Alfamidi Weke branch, Indomaret Weke branch, Kimia Farma Andi Makkasau Pharmacy, Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Bau Massepe Pharmacy, and Indah Farma Pharmacy. Interviews corroborated the findings. Additionally, this study utilized secondary data from Al-Gazali’s work Ihya Ulumiddin and contemporary research. More precisely, when the sickness struck, Al-Gazali’s beliefs acted as a check on capitalist behavior. The qadr al-hajah and ihsan were revealed to be the most critical aspects in encouraging sharing and caring while simultaneously minimizing panic buying and hoarding. This article is expected to contribute to the scientific riches of the Co-19 Era and to fill the moral hole produced by capitalism.

Abstract

Alms is one of the prophetic teachings that can be seen in various text books of the Prophet’s hadith sources. The reception of the meaning of hadith which is actualized by Muslims with various religious practices is referred to as living hadith. One of them is the massulakka tradition to the Imam Lapeo charity box which is located on the side of the Trans-Sulawesi road, Nuruttaubah Lapeo mosque, Lapeo Village, Campalagian District, Polewali Mandar Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The research method is qualitative based on the results of interviews and observations. The main speakers were Imam Lapeo's grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Annangguru Hisham and Annangguru Zuhriah. Meanwhile, the sources of the experience of the massulakka community were taken in a random from the Polewali Mandar community, a total of 20 people from outside the region. This research is also based on library data such as books, journals and social media data. The approach used is the living hadith, while the analytical model uses reception theory and Shutz’s motivation theory, namely because of motive (past causes) and in order of motive (future causes). The result of his research is that the massulakka tradition is a living hadith phenomenon which is motivated by the figure of Imam Lapeo who teaches alms as the teachings of the Prophet. The benefits of giving charity become evident in the person of Imam Lapeo in the form of hospitality such as getting safety and spaciousness of sustenance. After death, the community as the in-order motive in carrying out the massulakka tradition to the charity box at the Imam Lapeo location has the motivational goal of being able to resist reinforcements, invite sustenance, calm the soul. The proceeds from the charity box are used for the benefit and development of Islamic society such as the empowerment of mosques and orphanages managed by the administrators of the Lapeo Nuruttaubah Mosque. Theoretically, the use of Shutz’s theory of motivation is relatively new in Living Hadith, so this research adds to the discourse on the need to build a solid theoretical episteme in the study of Living Hadith

Abstract

The entry of Islam in Mandar is a phenomenon because Islam in Mandar entered in an extraordinary way without any rejection from the public in general and from the royal elite, besides that until now Mandar land is still an important reference in learning and deepening Islamic science, especially the learning of the Yellow Book (kitta’ kuning) in Sulawesi. This study explores how scholars spread Islamic teachings in Mandar and how scholars respond to the very diverse Local Culture of Mandar. In uncovering this, the study used Qualitative Descriptive methods in the form of observations, interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The location of this study is in West Sulawesi by focusing on the villages of Pambusuang and Campalagian Polman. The results showed that Islam entered Mandar peacefully because the way and approach used by scholars in spreading Islam was very in accordance with the situation and conditions of mandar society at that time which was a believer in Animism and Dynamism. The scholars in addition to conveying the teachings of Islam with full policy also make the local culture as an approach in conveying islamic teachings so that Islam enters the community with calm and pleasure. The findings in this study will certainly be very useful in the current proselytizing context, considering that Islam is currently widely highlighted and labeled extreme because one of the causes is preachers who seem to impose their opinions and beliefs on others.

Abstract

The reviving of modern economic theory is usually stated starting from the publication of Adam Smith's The Wealth of Natoins, in 1776, although other thinkers who first also gave no small contribution. The main idea put forward by Adam Smith is that competition between various suppliers of goods and buyers will produce the best possibilities in the distribution of goods and services because it will encourage everyoe to do the specialization and increase in capital so that it will produce more value with a permanent workforce. From the Islamic perspective, there are several names that commonly known such, Baqir, Umar Chapra, and Mannan. The purpose of this research is to explore the revival economic though by Abdul Mannan. This research adapts content analysis method, which is a researcher conducts a discussion of the contents of written or edition information in the mass media. The data analysis techniques of this scientific work use literature study techniques, comparative, induction, and deduction. The study began by collecting literature data from Muhammad Abdul Mannan's Concept of Thinking about the Development of Modern Era Islamic economics and Modern Era Islamic Economic concepts in general, (researchers only participated in the discussion). Then proceed with the interpretation that researchers try to understand Muhammad Abdul Mannan's thoughts about the Development of Islamic Economics in the Modern Era. The result of this reseacrh indicates that the revival of Islamic thought by determining basic economic functions that simply cover three functions, namely consumption, production and distribution. Those basics are rooted by Five basic principles rooted in Shariah for basic economic functions in the form of consumption functions are the principles of righteousness, cleanliness, moderation, benefit and morality

Abstract

The authenticity of the hadith is not the same as the authenticity of the Qur'an, where the Qur'an has received direct legitimacy from Allah SWT. In contrast to the hadith, it takes a lot of in-depth research to see how the quality of the hadith is both in terms of its sanad and meaning. There have been many hadith experts who have tried to mix various methods in order to maintain the existence of the hadith itself. Among the many experts, al-Albānī is one of them who devoted most of his life to exploring the system that applies in the study of hadith. As a lover of hadith, al-Albani does not necessarily accept the hadith he reads even though they have been studied previously. This caution is what makes al albāni create his own method, although it cannot be denied that al albān's method is not much different from the methods of his predecessors

Abstract

Issue religious intolerance is one of the challenges in the life of Indonesian society today which is based on diversity both in terms of religion, race, culture, language. Of course there are differences in perspectives. Moreover, as a student who is equipped with knowledge, of course, he has critical power to convey a perception or view to others. Students are expected to be a strategic tool to internalize the values ​​of religious moderation in building tolerance. This study discusses the understanding of religious moderation and students' attitudes towards intolerance. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, namely research that describes the results of interviews in the field. Researchers took data with the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used is the theory of religious pluralism in which the understanding being taught that all religions have relative truth. Meanwhile, multiculturalism theory provides an understanding of cultural, ethnic and religious diversity. The results of this study indicate that students of the sociology of religion have understood religious moderation within the scope of the campus and within the community. They generally reject all forms of social intolerance that harm individuals or groups in the name of religion. This research can serve as a comparison to the phenomena and issues of intolerance in Islamic religious universities today.
