Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to examine the factors that caused the extinction of the pottery industry center and findimprovement solutions if it still allows the industry to be re-run. This research approach is qualitative with case studies. Theinformants included potters, potters, local village equipment and local communities. Data analysis includes (1) data collection(2) data display (3)data reduction and (4) conclusions. (Miles, Mathew B., 1994) The results showed that there are five mainproblems that cause the extinction of the pottery industry center, among others; (1) Market demand decreases due to its rolein being replaced by goods made by manufacturers of solutions by highlighting the copetitive advantages of natural claymaterials in other earthenware functions(2) Late innovating and transfer of the function of the production of the solution byinnovating and switching from the power of the gera functionbah into the value of pottery (3) The production process isuntouched advanced technology solutions with advanced technology approaches and information technology (4) Entangledmiddle-class businesses have difficulty getting capital for the development of solutions Need a joint institution can be in theform of cooperatives or groups ( 5) The role of the government that has not been maximal solution maximizes the role of thegovernment.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan merupakan program baru yang diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Keberadaan ini telah merubah cara belajar dan wawasan yang lebih luas. Baik dosen mahasiswa dan tenaga kependidikan dituntut untuk mengikuti perubahan dan beradaptasi. Dibutuhan pengetahuan, skill dan sikap untuk mendukung kesuksesan dalam program MBKM. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu mengembangkan marketing online dan produk innovation yang diterapkan pada masyarakat terutama pada UMKM di Kabupaten Magetan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini merupakan bentuk dari program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dimana dosen dan mahasiswa ikut serta turun ke dalam masyarakat dalam memajukan UMKM di Kabupaten Magetan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan ilmu dan pelatihan bagaimana memasarkan dan mempromosikan produk-produk UMKM dalam bentuk marketing online melalui sosial media serta memberikan pelatihan mengenai product inovatian dalam hal pemberian label kemasan dan packaging product .Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap para peserta yang berperan dalam kegiatan MBKM dan serta mampu mengaplikasikan kepada masyarakat dengan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the influence of decision-making factors (Citra PT, Parents, peers and personality Individual / interest in the selection of university management program PGRI madiun 2017 This research uses survey method with questionnaire as data collection tool. The population in this research is some new students which amounted to 54 people. Data obtained through questionnaires that tested the validity and reliability using the product moment correlation formula and cronbach's alpha. Data analysis using multiple irregression analyst, F test, t test, coefficient of determination, dominant test and accompanied by testing classical assumption. The results showed that: (Image PT, Parents, peers and personality Individuals / interests) simultaneously influence the significance of the selection of university management program PGRI madiun. Factors Parentsless influence the selection of university management program PGRI madiun university. Citra PT, peers and personality Individuals / ask positive effect on the selection of university management program PGRI madiun. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the impact of product quality, price perception, and country of origin on user satisfaction of the Vivo cellular phone in Madiun. The number of samples in this study was 100 taken through convenience technique using an online questionnaire. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the research model met the requirements of the goodness of fit. Product quality, price perception, and country of origin affect user satisfaction for the Vivo brand mobile phone in Madiun. Future research can add other variables to improve the ability of the research model to explain customer satisfaction. Abstract

In the economy, the industrial sector has the most important role in our country. The existence of an industry can increase regional income and can create jobs. One of the industrial centres in Madiun is the industrial centre for making Brem, who does not know this particular dish. Brem is processed by fermentation of cooked glutinous rice and mixed with yeast which helps to produce a tape which then takes the water to make a brem. In the village of Bwisata Kec. Wonoasri Madiun is one of the centres in making the brem, one of which is Brem Candi Mas. And we make observations there. This program aims to add insight into MSMEs in Madiun Regency, especially in the Brem Candi Mas UMKM Center, increase sales and income so that they can survive the economic crisis caused by the Covid 19 pandemic, and create new marketing strategies. This service activity is assisted by students as entrepreneurial knowledge. The innovation made is helping the digital marketing process, namely through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and we have created a website so that the current marketing process does not only depend on manual marketing from store to store but is more effective with online marketing.  Abstrak. Dalam perekonomian sektor industri mempunyai peranan yang paling penting di negara kita ini. Keberadaan sebuah industri dapat meningkatkan suatu pendapatan daerah dan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan. Salah satu sentra industri yang berada di madiun adalah sentra industri pembuatan brem, siapa yang tidak mengenal panganan khas yang satu ini. Brem merupakan olahan dengan cara fermentasi beras ketan yang dimasak dan dalam pembuatannya di campur dengan ragi yang membantu agar menghasilakan sebuah tape yang selanjutnya diambil air nya untuk dijadikan sebuah brem. Di Desa Bancong Kec. Wonoasri Madiun adalah salah satu sentra dalam pembuatan brem tersebut, salah satunya adalah brem candi mas. Dan kita melakukan observasi disana. Progam ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan tentang UMKM di kabuoaten madiun khusunya di Centra UMKM Brem Candi Mas ini,meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan agar tetap bisa bertahan dalam krisis ekonomi akibat dari pandemi Covid 19,serta membuat strategi pemasaran yang baru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dibantu oleh para mahasiswa sebagai pengetahuan berwirausaha. Inovasi yang dilakukan adalah membantu proses pemasaran digital yaitu melalui media sosial seperti instagram,facebook,dan kami buatkan website sehingga proses pemasaran dimasa saat ini tidak hanya bergantung pada pemasaran manual dari toko ke toko namun lebih efektif dengan pemasaran online.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to fulfill duties in community service activities in order to help the community in solving problems related to MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The place for community service activities is in the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which provides various regional souvenirs from Kare Village, Kare District, Madiun Regency, East Java. Ekawira UMKM Gallery is chaired by Mrs. Hesti Purwanti. One of the products produced at the Ekawira UMKM Gallery is typical curry pia. This product is neatly packaged and already has a brand, but the marketing is only sold in the area around the Kare area, not yet out of town or through existing social media. This is a problem faced by these MSMEs. Therefore, the purpose of holding this community service is to help the Ekawira UMKM Gallery in marketing its products, by providing several sales/promotion media solutions to make it easier in terms of marketing. The marketing solution provided is by doing digital marketing, how to promote it through social media such as Instagram, creating a page on Facebook and creating a product website for the Ekawira UMKM Gallery which aims to make this product known by many people and more consumers who buy it.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat agar bisa membantu masyarakat dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tempat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berada di Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang menyediakan aneka oleh-oleh daerah khas Desa Kare, Kecamatan Kare, Kabupaten Madiun, Jawa Timur. Galeri UMKM Ekawira diketuai oleh ibu Hesti Purwanti. Salah satu produk yang di hasilkan di Galeri UMKM Ekawira adalah pia khas Kare. Produk ini sudah di kemas dengan rapi dan sudah memiliki merek, namun  pemasarannya hanya dijual di daerah sekitar daerah Kare saja, belum sampai keluar kota maupun melalui media sosial yang ada. Hal ini menjadi masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tersebut. Karena itu, tujuan diadakan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk membantu Galeri UMKM Ekawira dalam memasarkan produknya, dengan memberikan beberapa solusi media penjualan/promosi untuk mempermudah dalam hal pemasaran. Solusi pemasaran yang diberikan yaitu,dengan melakukan digital marketing caranya mempromosikan melalui media sosial seperti instagram, pembuatan laman pada facebook dan pembuatan laman web produk Galeri UMKM Ekawira yang bertujuan agar produk ini di ketahui oleh banyak orang  dan lebih banyak lagi konsumen yang membelinya.

Abstract

The organization is a social entity that consciously coordinates and has boundaries and has an ongoing identity to achieve organizational goals. One of them is Karang Taruna Village Morang which is a forum that has a function as guidance and development of the village's economic potential. The youth organization in Village Morang has a superior program in the form of pekan ambyar. However, the lack of understanding and knowledge in terms of organization, administration, and finance meant that this program was limited to planning. This makes the reason for the need to strengthen youth organizations. The method used in community service programs is in the form of community education training in the form of an understanding of organization, administration, and finance. The results achieved in this activity were that youth organizations could understand in terms of organization, administration, and financial aspects. The implementation of the flagship program pekan ambyar is one of the iconic activities that are competitive and makes the Village Morang Maju.Keywords: administration; financial; karang taruna; organizationAbstrak: Organisasi merupakan sebuah entitas sosial yang secara sadar melakukan koordinasi dan memiliki batasan serta memiliki identitas yang berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Salah satunya adalah karang taruna desa Morang dimana merupakan sebuah wadah yang memiki fungsi sebagai pembinaan dan pengembangan potensi perekonomian desa. Karang taruna yang berada di desa Morang memiliki sebuah program unggulan berupa pekan ambyar. Namun kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam segi organisasi, administrasi dan keuangan menjadikan program ini sebatas perencanaan. Hal ini menjadikan alasan perlunya dilakukan pemantapan karang taruna. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pendidikan masyarakat berupa pemahaman akan organisasi, administrasi, dan keuangan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah karang taruna dapat memahami dalam segi organisasi, segi administrasi, dan segi keuangan. Abstract

This study is entitled "The Influence of Price Perception, Product Reviews, and Ease of Purchasing Decisions on E-Commerce Tokopedia in Madiun City." This study aimed to determine the effect of price perceptions, product reviews, and convenience on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Tokopedia in Madiun City. This quantitative research uses a sampling technique using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The respondents of this study were 384 people—data analysis using multiple linear regression using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there is a positive and significant effect between price perceptions and purchasing decisions, a positive and significant effect between product reviews and purchasing decisions, and a positive and significant influence between convenience and purchasing decisions. However, the perception of price, product reviews, and convenience do not simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, store atmosphere, kualitas produk dan wom (word of mouth) terhadap keputusan konsumen pada penggunaan jasa self foto di studio foto Potrait Room Madiun. Jumlah responden sebanyak 386 orang. Untuk uji statistik dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (SmartPLS 4.0.9.6). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun; (2) Store atmosphere berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun; (3) Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun; (4) WOM (word of mount) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa self foto di Potrait Room Madiun.
