Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan merupakan program baru yang diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan. Keberadaan ini telah merubah cara belajar dan wawasan yang lebih luas. Baik dosen mahasiswa dan tenaga kependidikan dituntut untuk mengikuti perubahan dan beradaptasi. Dibutuhan pengetahuan, skill dan sikap untuk mendukung kesuksesan dalam program MBKM. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu mengembangkan marketing online dan produk innovation yang diterapkan pada masyarakat terutama pada UMKM di Kabupaten Magetan. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini merupakan bentuk dari program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka dimana dosen dan mahasiswa ikut serta turun ke dalam masyarakat dalam memajukan UMKM di Kabupaten Magetan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan ilmu dan pelatihan bagaimana memasarkan dan mempromosikan produk-produk UMKM dalam bentuk marketing online melalui sosial media serta memberikan pelatihan mengenai product inovatian dalam hal pemberian label kemasan dan packaging product .Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap para peserta yang berperan dalam kegiatan MBKM dan serta mampu mengaplikasikan kepada masyarakat dengan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Sejak adanya wabah virus Covid-19 banyak home industri manco ini merasa kesulitan dalam hal pemasaran, maka dibutuhkanya teknologi dalam sebuah transformasi digital. Hal ini dikarenakan sebagian besar dari pengusaha manco ini masih melakukan pemasaran secara tradisional. Tujuan dari program kemitraan kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberdayakan usaha industri rumah tangga mitra dengan memberikan inovasi teknologi untuk pengembangan dan strategi pemasaran dengan berbasiskan teknologi dan informasi dalam bentuk e-commerce. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu pertama adalah perlu adanya penerapan teknologi berupa aplikasi e-commerce melalui marketplace dan media sosial. Kedua yaitu perlu adanya strategi packaging yang baik dan menarik sehingga dapat menambah nilai jual produk agar mampu bersaing dalam pemasaran secara e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of tax aggressiveness on corporate value with profitability as a moderating variable (empirical study of manufacturing companies in the agricultural sector of the estate sub-sector in BEI). The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. Population in this research is manufacturing company of agricultural sub-sector of plantation at BEI 2012-2016. There are 7 sample in this research which were taken by using purposive sampling methode. Data analysis used were descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test using SPSS version 17.0. partial test results (t test), tax aggressiveness doesn’t affect on corporate value. While the results of the moderation t test, profitability can’t moderate the influence of tax aggressiveness on corporate value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the empirical evidence of differences in reporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises listed on the Stock Exchange in 2014. This research is a quantitative research. The study population was BUMN and BUMS listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Samples are 22 companies consisting of 12 BUMN companies and 10 companies BUMS listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The analysis technique used using independent samples t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company's state-owned enterprises with private enterprises in terms of economic sectors. A description of the analysis showed that CSR BUMN in sectors of the economy is greater than the company BUMS, but the differences were considered less significant. There were no significant differences between the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company's state-owned enterprises with private enterprises in terms of the environmental sector. A description of the analysis showed that CSR state-owned companies in the environmental sector is greater than the company BUMS, but the differences were considered less significant. There are significant differences between the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of the company's state-owned enterprises with private enterprises in terms of the employment sector. A description of the analysis showed that CSR state-owned enterprises in the employment sector is greater than the company BUMS, and the difference is considered to be very significant CSR.Keywords : BUMN , BUMS, CSR

Abstract

MSME Kripik Tahu Barokah which has its own taste in the hearts of the people of Banjarejo Madiun has a different taste. The purpose of empowering SMEs is in the field of marketing such as labeling, packaging and marketing of tofu chips where the marketing has not been through online media, but is still offline and delivered to shops, angkringan and stalls. Where the marketing of this tofu walik product is still offline and is constrained by the money from the sale. With marketing training using social media technology as a forum for disseminating information in the era of internet advancement. The training program provided uses lecture, demonstration, socialization, and discussion methods. These implementation activities include planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the training program showed that the SMEs of Tahu walik chips already understood marketing using social media technology ranging from products, packaging, product photos, information and posting. The expected impact of the training program is awareness of the role of marketing technology media, such as social media, which can be utilized and maximized to increase sales so that later it can be known and known by the wider community.

Abstract

Program PKH merupakan wujud dari kepedulian Pemerintah dalam upaya meringankan dan mengurangi beban Rumah Tangga Sangat Miskin (RSTM) dalam jangka pendek dan diharapkan dalam jangka panjang dapat memutus rantai kemiskinan. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Abdimas ini yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan serta pengetahuan tentang tatacara pengaturan keuangan keluarga yang nanti diharapkan dapat dijadikan pedoman untuk keluarga RSTM guna mengatur keuangan keluarga dan dapat memutus rantai kemiskinan. Hasil dari kegiatan abdimas ini warga bertambah pengetahuan tentang tata cara pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dan juga bermanaat untuk kegiatan usaha keluarga yang pada saat ini dilakukan oleh keluarga yakni peternakan burung perkutut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived trust, perceived quality, and perceived convenience on the buying interest of Sambal Pecel in Madiun City. This study uses a non-probability sampling method, which is to determine the sample by determining the characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives in determining the number of samples. This situation is also known by the buying interest of consumers who have high perceptions of trust, perceived quality, and perceived ease of buying interest as well as other consumers who will show increased buying interest and trust that are more adaptable to products and more able to accept SME pecel chili products in cities. The results of this study are that Perceived Trust, Perceived Quality, PerceivedConvenience on Purchase Intentions have a positive and significant influence on Sambal Pecel MSMEs in Madiun City. The results of this study are that Perceived Trust, Perceived Quality, Perceived Convenience on Purchase Intentions have a positive andsignificant influence on Sambal Pecel MSMEs in Madiun City. This situation is also known by the buying interest of consumers who have high perceptions of trust, perceived quality, and perceived ease of buying interest as well as other consumers who will show increased buying interest and trust that are more adaptable to products and more able to accept SME pecel chili products in cities. Abstract

Pada era industri 4.0, pengetahuan teknologi informasi sangat penting. Hadirnya teknologi digital mengubah cara pengelolaan usaha dengan memberi peluang dan tantangan baru bagi para pelaku pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Desa Malaka merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara yang memiliki panorama alam indah, destinasi wisata, produk lokal dan kerajinan tangan masyarakat serta kuliner khas desa Malaka. Program pengabdian ini fokus untuk menyusun sebuah strategi marketing melalui media sosial bagi pelaku industri kreatif yang terletak di desa Malaka. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap, menganalisis situasi dengan observasi langsung, wawancara ke pihak-pihak terkait, menetapkan program yang relevan dan merencanakan aplikasi sistem terintegrasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini ialah agar pelaku industri kreatif dapat memanfaatkan internet dan teknologi dalam rangka menunjang pemasaran dan memperluas jangkauan target konsumen melalui digital marketing. Produk kaos Tie Dye lengan pendek merupakan produk unggulan dan inovatif kelompok sekolah perempuan di desa Malaka yang dimodifikasi serta mempunyai nilai tinggi, baik dari warna, ukuran, kemasan maupun merek. Hasil inovasi produk Tie Dye agar cepat di kenal masyarakat luas, baik Lokal dan Nasional harus memahami sosial media terutama IG (Instagram) dan FB (Facebook) serta perlu ada website sebagai alat dan media promosi yang sangat tepat memperkenalkan potensi yang ada. Program pemberdayaan ini diharapkan bisa mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Utara.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu mengembangkan marketing online dan inovasi produk yang dilaksanakan pada UMKM Thani Jamur.Pengabdian Masyarakat ini merupakan bentuk dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat dimana dosen ikut serta turun ke dalam masyarakat dalam memajukan UMKM terutama UMKM Thani Jamur Magetan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan ilmu dan pelatihan bagaimana memasarkan dan mempromosikan produk-produk UMKM dalam bentuk marketing online melalui sosial media serta memberikan pelatihan mengenai product inovatian dalam hal pemberian label kemasan dan packaging product .Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi yang nyata terhadap para pelaku UMKM terutama UMKM Thani Jamur Magetan sebagai bentuk pengaplikasian pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
