Abstract

Natural Zeolite Minerals are a group of minerals consisting of oxides Al2O3, SiO3, Fe2O3, CaO, and MgO. These compilersof zeolite are found in sedimentary rocks, especially minerals originating from the alumina and silicate groups. The details ofzeolite that have been activated can absorb toxic gases such as NO, CO, SO2, H2S, and others. Therefore this zeolitepowder can be used as an absorbent material (adsorbent) gas pollutants from the smoke gas automotive engine. Naturalzeolite as an adsorb material requires AIDS, in this case it is called the bed reactor. Power absorption bed reactor againstgas CO, CO2, and HC is measured using smoke tester type SPTC anycar Auto Chek Gas & Smoke version 1.5.1. E-1.Analysis of measurement results expressed in the number of% volumes for gas CO and CO2 gases. As for HC gas in PPMunits. The results of the test show the bed reactor type of turbulent flow has absorbent power (ADSORBSI) of 53% for gasCO, 52% for CO2 gas, and 41% for gas HC, respectively for large grain 40 mesh. Similarly, absorption (ADSORBSI),amounting to 42% for gas CO, 47% for CO2 gas, and 35% gas download HC, respectively for a large 10 mesh grain.Furthermore, 33% for gas CO, 33% for CO2 gas, and 30% gas download HC, respectively for a large 20 mesh grain.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Energi terbarukan yaitu Energi Panas Matahari ( Solar Cell) yang dipakai berbagai maanfaat mulai dari solar cell, pencahayaan tenaga surya, pemanas ruangan cahaya, dan juga pemanfaatan pada termoelektrik. Di penelitian ini pemanfaatan energi panas matahari yaitu sumber panas. Pengertian termoleketrik adalah suatu perangkat yang mengubah energi kalor (akibat dari perbedaan temperatur panas dan temperatur dingin) menjadi energi listrik. Penelitian ini mengggunakan satu buah heatsing 10 sirip dan 6 buah termoelektrik dan juga ada tambahan perbandingan elemen panas yaitu plat baja. Berdasarkan hal itu, maka pengerjaan tugas akhir ini merancang dan menganalisis pembangkit emergi lstrik sederhana dengan memanfaatkan energi panas matahari dengan metode ternoelektrik. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan selama 3600s menghasilkan yang tanpa menggunakan plat baja tegangan 0.17 V, arus 0.008 A dan daya 0.00141 W, dan menggunakan plat baja tegangan 0.31 V, arus 0.009 dan daya 0.00305 W.

Abstract

Cutting and drilling training is a program designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills for students to cut and form holes in materials. During the training, participants will learn the basic principles and effective cutting techniques using various cutting tools such as hand saws, hacksaw machines, and grinding machines. Participants will also be taught about the proper use of drilling machines and techniques. The trainee will gain an in-depth understanding of selecting suitable cutting tools, machine settings, appropriate cutting speeds and safe handling during the cutting and drilling process. Participants will also be trained in measuring and evaluating the quality of cutting and drilling results. After completing the training, participants are expected to have practical skills in operating cutting machines and drilling machines. Participants can perform cutting and drilling with precision, efficiency and good quality. Participants will also increase their understanding of solving problems related to cutting and drilling. Thus, cutting and drilling training will significantly benefit participants in improving skills, work efficiency, and safety in material cutting and drilling operations.

Abstract

Brass material which generally has low corrosion properties and low frictional forces is very suitable for use as a construction material, piping, ammunition sleeves, jewelry and household appliances. Knowledge of strengthening the mechanical properties of brass materials is needed. In this study, the brass material was forged so that it experienced a volume reduction of 44% at three forging temperatures namely room temperature (28°C), 350°C and 450°C. To observe the impact strength, the brass material specimens were tested using the Charpy Impact tester. The ratio of energy absorbed for forged and unwrought brass specimens was observed using linear regression. The results of physical observations of the fracture pattern show a complete fracture, and the form of a grained fracture. which can be classified as brittle.

Abstract

The motivation behind this plan is to speed up the stripping of quail egg shells, quail eggs are typically handled with different types of food, subsequently requiring a stripping cycle. The timeframe for stripping quail egg shells by manual is a normal of 10 seconds/thing, on the off chance that in huge amounts a peeler is required. From these issues the creator made a "Self-loader Quail Egg Shell Peeler to Increase Productivity and Effectiveness in Quail Egg Shell Peeler". Shaft width. Estimation of creation limit depends on the revolution of the screwdriver with a heap. In light of the plan, the details of the device are gotten utilizing a 12 volt 62 rpm electric engine with a force of 300 watts, a shaft width of 20 mm.
